從大堂到房間，空間結構佈局到剋制的燈光運用，都有一種很熟悉的設計語言，一查房內酒店介紹，果然和廣州MO一樣，出自季裕棠之手。 🏨：服務👍🏻，打車非常方便，無論check in還是check out上下客區抵達後，直接交給門僮就好，會幫忙安排妥當； 🏠：TOD業態典範，連結🚇、商業和隔壁棟住宅，都有巧妙的連廊將幾棟建築有機串聯起來，在mall裏的餐廳都很不錯，連續兩天使用泳池，一來是34度高温讓人下午毫無逛街慾望，二來人也太少了！當然泳道也衹有兩道，一道給member一道給酒店住客。 🚇：下電梯往左手邊走，標識見圖，可以走地下通道到地鐵站【虎門之丘Toranomon Sta.】，有銀座線和日比谷線兩條途徑。

Overall, the hotel is good, but it is clear that the property has not undergone renovation for quite some time, and the interior already feels noticeably outdated. I was also surprised to find only two towels in the bathroom and toothpaste provided in a sachet, which looked rather unusual for a hotel of this level.  We did not try breakfast, as we unfortunately overslept. The sleep quality itself was excellent. The staff were extremely warm and welcoming. We happened to stay on the day when an earthquake occurred in northern Japan, and the team handled the situation very professionally—calmly explaining everything, reassuring us that we were completely safe, and even encouraging us to continue enjoying our evening drink at the bar without worry. Overall, thank you for the stay. There is certainly room for improvement, as Mandarin should strive for perfection. In this case, I believe there are aspects that could be refined.

Otel hizmeti iyi, sorunlar zamanında çözülüyor. Ortam zarif. Bir dahaki sefere tekrar geleceğim. Ulusal Bayram sırasında çok sayıda insan oluyor. Bir dahaki sefere daha erken rezervasyon yaptıracağım. Umarım oda daha büyük olabilir.

Excellent new hotel in Tokyo, fully serviced with restaurants, gym, pool and spa facilities. Rooms were impeccably clean with large bathrooms. Bed was top quality. One slight downside was the location but it is only really 4 stations away from Ginza or Shibuya via JR Rail.

Japonya'da üç Four Seasons oteli var, ikisi Tokyo'da. Aynı markalar ama farklı yatırımcılara sahipler. Marunouchi'deki Four Seasons, Four Seasons gibi değil. Çin'in All Seasons'ının onu geçebileceğine inanıyorum. Ana kapı oldukça güvenli bir köşede gizli ve lobide sade bir Budist tarzı hakim. Oda penceresiz fena değil ama perdeleri açınca başka birinin evinin çatısını görebiliyorsunuz. Fiyatlar mevsimsel olarak çok değişken ve birkaç dolar verip Otemachi'ye gitmek daha hesaplı.

The hotel is very well located and not to mention it is so close to lots of good restaurants. The hotel staffs are all well trained and very professional with great hospitalities to guests I have stayed in this hotel since it was in operations and I trust it will never led you down

Superb hotel with beautiful rooms and top notch service. The building is surrounded by a garden and located not too far from the metro station. Highly recommended.

We booked Park Hyatt very last minute due to issue with our original hotel that we booked in Tokyo. We travelled with a 3 & 4 years old and the hotel was amazing. The playground across the hotel is a big plus. From the moment we arrived the staff made us feel very welcome and the process was very seamlessly. We left the first hotel fairly early and knew we couldn't get into the room but our plan was to go through Shinjuku and knew we wouldn't be back until later that day. The hotel lobby is on the 41st floor, you can see the entire city view and at night the sight is amazing. The hotel location is about a 15min walk to Shinjuku station which is not bad and there is a shuttle that runs every 30min as well. Concierge was very helpful with everything during our stay. Breakfast service was professional and efficient. The staff were very friendly with kids and not snobbish at all. The hotel is an iconic place, most of the time we took a taxi or delivery they know the hotel by name. I highly recommend anyone that would like to pamper themselves in Tokyo. The hotel is a bit dated by the upkeep of the hotel is very good. Only thing that was a bit annoying was the light switches since it's not modern you can't control some lights individually.

Wow! One of our best stays in tokyo. Rooms are very huge and the spa amenities are great
