Since there were two of us, we found the initial room a bit small, but they kindly upgraded us to a larger one. Mr. Song, the owner, is an expert birdwatcher and knows all the local birding spots like the back of his hand. He was able to give us tips on reliable locations to spot specific birds, which was a huge help. We'll definitely be back!"

When I used the toilet, I noticed a small stain on the toilet seat and used a disposable toilet seat cover, thinking I'd just make do. After showering, I opened my towel and found a hair stuck in it, which immediately annoyed me. The bed linens also had stains, but I tolerated it, thinking I wouldn't come back. They gave me two bottles of mineral water when I left. My child, who was originally planning to go to the botanical garden, couldn't get up and was late, so we changed our plans and went rafting on the Nanla River. When we got back, I thought I'd just stay one more night. When I booked the room at the front desk, it was crowded, so I didn't mention it. When it was less crowded, I mentioned the hair in my towel last night. After showering, I opened the towel and found another hair. I didn't want to say anything more. Then, I went to brush my teeth. I opened the box, and it was empty—nothing at all! They hadn't even refilled my toothbrush or toothpaste. I was completely speechless. Anyway, I think hygiene is the most important thing, and this is the first time I've encountered something like this in all the hotels I've stayed at."

"This is the most favorite hotel we have stayed in Yunnan. When we stay at the hotel, we can listen to the free explanation of the museum on the first floor. Mr. Sun's explanation is particularly professional, so that we have a deeper understanding of the tropical rainforest. The hotel room can overlook the mountains. Each room has an ecological cylinder and electron microscope 🔬, which is particularly fun and the bedding is very comfortable. It is highly recommended for big friends and children interested in nature to stay in this hotel!"

"The hotel's facilities are quite new and clean, and the diligent cleaning staff were the only highlight of my stay. However, the front desk service and management were a disaster. Upon check-in, the male receptionist told me the room didn't include breakfast. When I asked if it could be complimentary, he suggested, 'If you leave a good review, we can provide it.' I immediately agreed, but for my three-night stay, I only received one breakfast voucher. When I asked why, his colleague (who seemed to be the duty manager or hotel manager) brushed me off with the excuse that 'two reviews only count as one.' This practice is truly disgusting. Either provide breakfast for all three nights or don't offer it at all; there's no need to placate guests in such a manner. In the end, I didn't even use that single breakfast voucher. Furthermore, I was assigned the most remote and smallest room. While I understand that room types might vary depending on the booking channel, the platform did not inform me in advance about location or size restrictions, nor did it clearly state the difference between the main and annex buildings. This room was also far from both the elevator and the laundry room, making movement even more inconvenient. What was even more disappointing was that the manager spent the entire time at the front desk playing on their phone, ignoring guests. When I extended my stay, another female employee was unfamiliar with even basic system operations, repeatedly asking for information that was readily available. The training here seems to be non-existent. The hotel is split into two buildings with no signage whatsoever. The elevators also lack floor directories, so I had to repeatedly try different options to find the correct building. The back building doesn't have direct access to the underground parking or the laundry room; guests have to walk around to the front building and then a long distance. The layout completely disregards basic guest needs and even poses safety risks. The chaotic front desk management, lack of service integrity, and severe flaws in the building's layout go far beyond ordinary service imperfections."
