"All hotel staff that I met were extremely friendly. Room was clean, windows opened to give fresh and cool air to the room which is necessary due to the lack of air conditioning. Fan is available to circulate the air. Bed is comfortable, and there’s a shoe horn in the room! Water pressure is average and TV is not smart, but who needs a TV when you’ve got such a great view from the balcony"

"This is by far the best hotels I've gotten in Switzerland. We got upgraded to a suite with patio although we couldn't use the kitchen provided as they said it'll come with cleaning cost if used. But very very happy for the free upgrade for our honeymoon. We will come back!"

"Önceki yorumlar nedeniyle bu otelle ilgili beklentilerimiz düşüktü. Varışımızda, resepsiyonda saat 15:01'e kadar kimsenin olmaması bizi biraz hayal kırıklığına uğrattı. Bunun dışında, oda biraz loştu ama temizdi ve günlük temizlik ve odayı doldurma yapıyorlardı. Akıllı TV ve su ısıtıcısı vardı ve kullanışlıydı. Kahvaltı ortalamaydı. Konuklar için ücretsiz atıştırmalıklar bulunan bir kiler olması hoşumuza gitti. Konum mükemmeldi!"

"Hotel receptionist was friendly and helpful! The hotel room was spacious, clean and comfortable with 2 sinks ! The room service was great! It was always kept up to date and cleaned! I would definitely recommend, it’s 10 mins walk away from the Interlaken OST, coop supermarket, 10 minutes walk from Interlaken central cut across to eatery places (like Chinese, Indian, western cuisine, and even macdonalds ) ! Hotel view was wonderful too!"

"Amazing stay at Chalet Swiss. Located less than 10 min away from the Interlaken West station places it at a very convenient location. The hotel, while abit rustic, which is evident by the fact that there’s a leaking issue in the main building on the day of check in. This means that all guests will be moved to the other building which is also under the hotel. On the bright side, I got an upgrade due to this, so not complaining! The rooms are also in good condition. Breakfast is a simple continental buffet, which while nothing special, is satisfactory."

"Great location right next to Interlaken West station, which makes getting around super easy. The hotel is modern, very clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. Rooms are comfortable but a bit on the small side, and some amenities like a fridge would have been nice. Overall, a very good stay — convenient and reliable base for exploring the area. Thank you for the hospitality"

"Hotel Toscana'da 2 gece kaldık (13-15 Kasım 2024). Yaşadığımız bir sorun kolyemizi kaybetmemizdi. Eşarp takıyorduk, bu yüzden kız kardeşim ve ben masada 2 altın kolye bıraktık. Sadece 2 gece kalacağımız için temizlik görevlisi olacağını bilmiyorduk. Hepimiz sabah 10'da çıktık ve akşam 6'da geri döndük. Geri döndüğümüzde kolyenin 1 tanesi gitmişti. Her yere baktık, şiltenin ve yatağın altına, masanın her tarafına, banyonun içine ve odanın her tarafına ama gitmişti. Resepsiyonist patronuna ve temizlik görevlisine soracak kadar yardımseverdi ama kim bir şey çaldıklarını kabul eder ki, değil mi? Umarım kolyeyi alan kişi onu iyi bir şekilde değerlendirmiştir. Bunun dışında konumu mükemmel, Interlaken West istasyonuna yürüme mesafesinde (yaklaşık 7-10 dakika). Ayrıca bölgede birçok mağaza ve restoran var. Otel odası su ısıtıcısı ve cam bardaklarla donatılmış, kupa yok. Klima ünitesi yok ama bizim kaldığımız süre boyunca hava oldukça soğuktu, bu yüzden pencereyi biraz açtık ve sorun olmadı. Dağın güzel manzaralarına ve yamaç paraşütü yapan insanlara sahip çok sessiz bir mahalleydi. Odaya girdiğimiz anda temiz görünüyordu, ancak yatağın ve masaların altını ararken altta toz birikmişti, aylardır temizlenmemiş gibi çok tozluydu ve sadece zeminin görünen kısımlarını süpürüyorlardı. Banyoyu kullanmadan önce bile idrar kokuyordu. Umarım bu kısımları iyileştirirler, eğer orada kalmayı deneyimlediyseniz (benim fikrime göre) otel o kadar da kötü değil."

"Hotel is near Interlaken West train starting, which allows us to travel to various attractions easily. Can see many paraglider from our balcony! Cleanness is fine, staff were friendly. The provision of fridge and microwave at the lounge to allow guest to keep their food and heat it helped a lot as our visit fell on Sunday and most of the shops were closed at the area. Amenities is okay and the wifi connection is great. (note: no bottled water given, states that tap water is drinkable)"

"Amazing mountain hotel with a wonderful crew! Can’t say more about the views here is a picture! The village itself a very cultural one. Just the best time we’ve ever had! Hotel offers very great amenities as indoor and outdoor pool, sauna and much more. Highly recommended!"
