"This is an antique hotel with Swiss traditional decorations. Every direction is very clear and accurate. Swiss! It is sparkling clean. The services is comparable to the 5-star hotel. The breakfast lets me taste the local style Swiss food, not just the traditional hotel style. The fresh air here is the natural air-conditioner. Should not have any air-conditioner which destroys the tradition here. If you are planning to have the Swiss style trip, this hotel offers you the taste!"

"All hotel staff that I met were extremely friendly. Room was clean, windows opened to give fresh and cool air to the room which is necessary due to the lack of air conditioning. Fan is available to circulate the air. Bed is comfortable, and there’s a shoe horn in the room! Water pressure is average and TV is not smart, but who needs a TV when you’ve got such a great view from the balcony"

"Misafir odası iyiydi, çok temizdi ve otel olanakları ”Pure Herbs” çok iyiydi. Ön büro personeli ve temizlik personeli 3 gecelik konaklamamız için birkaç şişe daha sağlama nezaketinde bulundu. Modern rooms (in the newer wing) are sleek and contemporary, with all the latest amenities. Some rooms come with balconies offering stunning views of the Swiss Alps, which is a major highlight! Beds are comfortable, and bathrooms are spacious and well-equipped with quality toiletries. Service – 8/10 The staff is friendly and professional, offering helpful local tips and seamless check-in/check-out. However, during peak tourist seasons, service can feel a bit stretched, especially at the reception and breakfast area. Dining – 8/10 Breakfast – A rich buffet with Swiss specialties, including fresh bread, cheeses, cold cuts, eggs, and great coffee. The selection is good, though the breakfast room can get crowded.
