All hotel staff that I met were extremely friendly. Room was clean, windows opened to give fresh and cool air to the room which is necessary due to the lack of air conditioning. Fan is available to circulate the air. Bed is comfortable, and there’s a shoe horn in the room! Water pressure is average and TV is not smart, but who needs a TV when you’ve got such a great view from the balcony

Hotel was located conveniently near the station, just a 10min walk from Interlaken West. Plenty of shops and amenities in the area as well. Even our paragliding activity was located a stone’s throw away so that was extra convenient for us. Service by the staff was excellent too. And there is also the cutest cat in the garden house!

This is by far the best hotels I've gotten in Switzerland. We got upgraded to a suite with patio although we couldn't use the kitchen provided as they said it'll come with cleaning cost if used. But very very happy for the free upgrade for our honeymoon. We will come back!

酒店佈置的很用心，非常乾淨舒適，感覺是夫妻倆經營的旅館，規模雖然不是很大，但入住體驗感極好，我們的房間在3層，有一個很大的户外陽台，可以看到山上玩滑翔傘的遊客在天空中飛翔，非常開心，房間裏有咖啡和茶，燒水的壺也有，老闆娘熱情周到的服務感覺很暖心。

Great location right next to Interlaken West station, which makes getting around super easy. The hotel is modern, very clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. Rooms are comfortable but a bit on the small side, and some amenities like a fridge would have been nice. Overall, a very good stay — convenient and reliable base for exploring the area. Thank you for the hospitality

The apartment has beautiful mountain views from two sides, offering a lovely experience of Interlaken. The breakfast options are limited, but overall the quality is good. The restaurant staff are very helpful, and the reception staff are extremely friendly and supportive. Special thanks to Christian and Hadeer — their warm welcome made us feel comfortable from the very beginning, and because of them we decided to book this hotel. Their kindness and the smiles they gave us every time we met truly touched our hearts. Overall, we had a pleasant and memorable stay.

We loved everything about this hotel and cannot recommend it enough. Easy 7min walk to the train station, everything was just a walk away as such. Very nice and responsive staff and an amazing breakfast everyday. If you get the rooms with a view like us and nothing better than this, viewing the snowy mountains from the big balcony.

Otel stratejik bir konumda, Interlaken OST'ye 10 dakika uzaklıkta yer almaktadır. Odalar temiz ve düzenlidir ve balkondan sabahleyin güzel dağlar görülebilir! Kar yağışı sırasında, balkondan bakıldığında dağlar daha muhteşem görünür, birkaç fotoğraf çekmek için mükemmel romantik bir yer. Otelin kahvaltısı çok iyi davranan personeliyle mükemmeldir, Kısacası evden uzakta mükemmel bir yer! Otelin dışında aynı şey için bilet alabileceğiniz bir Yamaç Paraşütü satış tezgahı vardır. Gelecekte bu oteli tekrar ziyaret etmeyi dört gözle bekliyorum.
