非常愜意的小院，乾淨，服務熱情周到，世外桃源，吃的蔬菜都是老闆自己種的，雞也是老闆養的跑山雞，主打一個原生態，每一餐都很好吃，周邊徒步、玩水都很方便，冬季也可以去滑雪，城裡30多度的高温這裏空調風扇都不需要吹，晚上也特別安靜，特別涼快，退房的時候老闆還送了自己種的菜，相當巴適的地方值得多次來

I had a wonderful stay at Tiangong Heyuan Hotel Huashuiwan. The staff were outstanding—professional, warm, and always ready to help. Every evening, they thoughtfully sent delicious local snacks to the room, which made the experience feel extra special. The team was extremely helpful with public transport guidance and could even assist in arranging transport when needed, making travel smooth and stress-free. The hot spring facilities were incredibly comfortable, with clear and friendly instructions provided for first-time visitors. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and the added AI support made the stay even more convenient. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. I will definitely come back again!

地方不錯，離四季温泉谷就步行幾分鐘，泡温泉很方便，環境衞生乾淨，零食早餐準備的很齊全，老闆人好話不多，退房的那天要去西鄰雪山，時間很早還麻煩了老闆送我們到鎮上，但是房間空調效果不怎麼樣，不過有電熱毯還不算冷，照片忘了拍，總之在花水灣是值得選擇的

The room was big n spacious, with 2 big beds, 2 sinks n a balcony overlooking a beautiful view. Service (housekeeping) was excellent as they attended to our requests instantaneously. The front desk staff even sent to our room homemade Ginger tea to beat our cold symptoms!  Hot spring facilities was readily available and was great! We only felt the room furniture was slightly old n TV connectivity was not great as we couldn’t get the channels up most of the time. Everything else was excellent!

เข้าพักเมื่อ 19 Dec 2025 เป็นห้องพักที่วิวระเบียงสวรรค์มาก ให้คะแนนเต็มจนล้าน เราพักชั้น3 ห้องอุ่น ชักโครกอัตโนมัติ มีน้ำอุ่น ห้องสะอาดและกว้างมาก มีพนักงานหน้าเคาเตอร์ตลอดเวลา ถึงกระเช้าก็ถึงโรงแรมเลย ถ้าได้ไปอีกครั้งฉันก็จะพักที่นี้ ประทับใจมากค่ะ และด้วยความโชคดี ตอนขึ้นมาไม่เจอหิมะเลย เช้ามาหิมะตามภาพเลยค่ะ❤️

我不是第一次來斜源了，但住“礦工熊貓的家”是體驗最好的一次。民宿老闆人很好，給我們指了條小眾寶藏露營點，斜源祕境的峽谷咖啡，幾乎沒什麼遊客，感覺像發現了寶藏。咖啡對面就是紅番茄農場，10月份都還可以採摘番茄，而且很好吃皮薄脆甜，下午在民宿附近的礦工俱樂部吃烤魚，這家的燒烤真的很好吃，不愧是第一！在那裡吃烤肉的同時還能瞭解本地的礦業歷史，很有意思。這裏不衹有表面風光，更有文化底藴，適合我這種喜歡深度遊的人。

We got free room upgrade. Hotel room is clean. Breakfast spread is quite normal and boring, same throughout the two days. various of hot spring pools to dip but was too crowded with people when we were there.

二刷逍遙水谷，避暑滿分！訂的簡約家庭房，酒店貼心幫忙升兩間雙床房，四口人瞬間鬆快。房間門口就是大陽台，可以見山水，夜裡21℃自然空調，泡温泉看星河，暑氣全消。小孩玩的很開心，酒店服務槓槓的，真是太驚喜，酒店裝修風格一看也是老闆下了功夫的，居然還有樂器，非常有特色的一家店。已鎖定三刷，衹選這家店 非常推薦

The in-charge has a very nice personality, really helpful and friendly. They provide transport from & to airport, and to the surrounding with cheapper fee. They dont ask for more fee unlike the normal cab. The food potion was alot for solo like me, and it's very cheap. The place was quiet and nice view with mountain and forest surrounded. Enjoyed.

The room and view were exceptional. My friend had a minor accident, but the staff were very helpful. We highly appreciate their assistance and plan to return in the future.
