因為七栩鐘樓 選擇了鼓浪嶼榕舍，不負期待，超出預期。 入住時，剛好過了高峯期，文質彬彬的管家Leo碼頭迎接，一路講解榕舍的歷史，並告知幫我們從山野庭院連廊房升級到了落日連廊房，驚喜。 和從碼頭下來的人山人海熱鬧喧囂不同，一進入榕舍榕樹環抱的靜謐空間，撲面而來的是放鬆和安心。 房間裝修一如鐘樓七栩，不過度高檔，不費勁侘寂，雅緻和諧，讓人鬆弛。空間佈局合理，設施設備用起來順手。房間外連廊，泡一壺茶，一覽庭院鬱郁榕樹，水波粼粼。 最愛茶室，拾級而上，面朝大海，豁然開朗。到達的那晚，飯後，温柔小姐姐幫我們選了福鼎花香牡丹，氤氲茶香中靜享鼓浪嶼裏榕舍的悠閑時光。 因為喝茶時光太美好，而鼓浪嶼商業中心又太喧鬧，本來想放棄第二天榕舍安排的當地導遊陪遊鼓浪嶼而繼續喝茶，早餐後，想想還是臨時預約了一小時徒步遊覽，然後發現這是住榕舍的絕對加分項! 跟着土生土長的鼓浪嶼小哥避開人羣，走走停停，聽他把鼓浪嶼的深厚歷史，老洋房的百年滄桑，兒時鼓浪嶼度過的歡樂時光，娓娓道來，這一刻的鼓浪嶼不是喧鬧的商業的，而是一本靜靜佇立的厚重的書，我們淺淺地讀。 一個多小時的遊覽結束後，再回茶室喝茶。喝茶前，請濃眉大眼的北京小哥Klaus 幫忙找角度在榕舍拍照，技術和位置指導比專業旅拍都強。而喝茶時，和Klaus聊着各自的人生經歷，聽他説著榕舍的工作日常，那一刻的鼓浪嶼是細瑣的也是鮮活的。 離開時，Klaus提着行李送我們到碼頭過完安檢，揮手道別，心裏想的是，榕舍，再會有期。 如果説榕舍的不足，那就是早餐單調量少了點，稍微食量大點都會吃不飽，建議增加點份量和品類，哪怕加個特色魚圓都是好的。迷你吧裏除了飲料可以增加點小零食，畢竟榕舍在鼓浪嶼上偏於一隅，晚上餓了出門宵夜很不方便。 瑕不掩瑜，榕舍值得。

Excellent, well-priced, and quiet stay. Rooms are clean and modern, service is great, included amenities are great - we particularly liked the bath and varieties of soaps and lotions available. Coffee was decent. Breakfast was high-quality though limtited to 2 choices (Chinese style and Satay noodles) that change daily. Only complaints were that the pool on the roof is currently unavailable despite the photos shown on Trip.com indicating otherwise and it has surprisingly poor beach access for how close it is to the ocean, though it is a simple matter to rent a bike and ride the hill down. Not annoying enough to give less than 5 stars.

Overall the room is nice but guess I had high expectations as it was written it's an international hotel. The breakfast was all Chinese nothing catered for the other customers, so much improvement is needed there. Also non of the front desk or anyone I came across in the hotel speaks English........... One good thing is the hotel is not far from the airport and the nearest subway station and bus stop is justt by the hotel. One does not need to walk far.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay, and I especially want to commend Veronica for her warm and thoughtful service. We casually asked if we could purchase two small face towels, and after she checked, the General Manager actually arranged for them to be given to us as a gift. This unexpected gesture truly made us feel warmly cared for. The front desk team was consistently enthusiastic and proactive. The room was comfortable and clean, and even the ballpoint pen provided for signing had a stylish design. From response speed to sincerity in service, every detail was handled perfectly. On top of that, the location is extremely convenient! it's right next to a small mall with convenient shop, cafes and even Michelin Bib Restaurant! Metro is just few steps away, making it extremely accessible to many famous tourist spots. We genuinely love this hotel and highly recommend it!

Isabella is indeed very very friendly and very helpful. I’m a person that chat understand Chinese and she was being super helpful by recommending me nice restaurant and assist in receiving package . She indeed a value and gem in a haystack . Conrad should really value her and promote her . She deserve better role

來鼓浪嶼的旅行，最幸運的選擇就是入住灣景酒店！從踏入大門的那一刻，陌生感就被瞬間治癒，全程被滿溢的温馨與細節包裹，完全不像在外住宿，更像回到了一個有人惦記的小家。 酒店的細節真的藏在每一處角落：房間裏床品鬆軟得讓人秒入睡，衞浴潔凈無垢，連洗漱台都貼心擺好了分色毛巾和小綠植；公共區域的復古吊燈、牆角的三角梅盆栽，還有前台提前備好的鼓浪嶼手繪地圖，連去哪吃地道小吃、哪條路少人好拍照都標註得明明白白，比自己做的攻略還實用。工作人員更是温柔得不像話，辦理入住時主動幫忙提行李，耐心講解島上路線，離店時還會叮囑返程碼頭的班次，每個舉動都透着真誠的關懷。 而最讓人暖心的，莫過於店裡那衹叫木木的小狗！它小小的一衹，性格温順又黏人，清晨在庭院裏曬太陽時會輕輕蹭你的褲腿，午後坐在户外茶座喝茶，它就安靜趴在腳邊，毛茸茸的樣子瞬間治癒了旅途的疲憊。每次經過前台，店員都會笑着喊它的名字，那種人與動物、人與人之間的温暖互動，讓整個酒店都充滿了煙火氣。 酒店位置也超讚，步行幾分鐘就到三丘田碼頭，逛龍頭路商業街、打卡景點都特別方便。在這裏住了兩晚，每天被陽光、綠植和木木的軟萌陪伴喚醒，連空氣裏都飄着愜意的味道。如果再來鼓浪嶼，一定還選灣景酒店——它不僅是住宿的地方，更藏着海島最温柔的時光，讓人念念不忘。

After a long flight from Greece we arrived late at night in this beautiful hotel in Xiamen. The staff at the lobby was very helpful and informative and welcomed us with a kind smile. Our room was in the sixth floor, very clean and new. The building had two fast elevators. In every corner there was a vending machine that fulfilled every need. There was a robot for delivery in the rooms. The cleaning ladies kept our room refreshed and tidy everyday, clean towels and amenities. The shower water was always in the perfect temperature. The breakfast was serving extremely good quality and variety of food and there was free laundry service and gym at the facility. I need to point out the hospitality and kindness of the staff, which made our stay at the hotel feel like home. The neighborhood around the hotel is exactly what a traveller wishes for. There is a traditional market, very picturesque and beautiful, 24h shops, convenient stores, cafès, pharmacies, bars and all kinds of stores but at the same time the environment is tranquil and relaxed for the perfect holidays.The surrounding greenery and trees make everything so beautiful. I cannot express how satisfied we were for picking Xence Hotel for our stay in Xiamen. I really hope we come here again in the future.

OK hotel, it’s a bit out of the way and you can hear the planes from the airport nearby. The rooms are quite dated and musky smelling - we had to change rooms as we requested a smoke free room but the first one had a strong smoke smell. We had a free morning but the pool was being renovated that day and the spa doesn’t open until 2pm. Also requested a Mountain View room but our view was looking straight at another building. Just didn’t live up to expectations or the other reviews.

這家酒店位於的雙子塔的裏面，絕對是廈門的地標，四周被廈門大學包圍，和南普陀也很近。特別適合旅遊居住的地方，也狠出片。因為視野無敵了，在景觀上沒有比這個酒店更適合的了。站在落地大玻璃前面，夜景和白天都超讚的。室內的佈局也很舒適，沙發椅子都很多，空間還很大，還有冰箱是一體化的裝修在壁櫃裏。很適合家庭出遊帶着孩子，也可以像我一樣一個人來，這次住了個雙床房，另一張床放行李也蠻不錯。（主要是我訂的晚、就剩下這個房型了）老闆人很好，服務小哥幫我把行李帶到樓上。室內乾淨，推薦啊。

酒店的位置絕佳，就在市中心繁華地段，周邊交通十分便利，出門就是地鐵站和公交站，去哪裡都很方便。而且附近商場、餐廳林立，晚上忙完工作後可以輕鬆地去逛街、吃飯，滿足各種生活需求。 _ 一進酒店，就能感受到温馨舒適的氛圍。前台工作人員熱情周到，辦理入住手續快速又高效，還貼心地給我介紹了酒店的設施和周邊的遊玩景點。房間更是讓我驚喜，佈置得温馨雅緻，乾淨整潔。床品柔軟舒適，睡在上面就像躺在雲朵裏一樣，一夜好眠。房間的隔音效果也很好，完全聽不到外面的嘈雜聲，讓我能在忙碌的工作後得到充分的休息。 _ 酒店的餐飲也值得稱讚。早餐種類豐富，有中西式各種美食，味道鮮美，能夠滿足不同人的口味需求。餐廳的服務員態度親切，會及時為客人提供服務。 _ 另外，酒店的設施很齊全，健身房、游泳池等一應俱全，我在空閑時間去健身房鍛鍊了一下，器材都很新，使用起來很舒適。 _ 這次在這家酒店的入住體驗非常完美，以後來這座城市出差，我肯定還會選擇這裏，也會推薦給身邊的朋友。
