Pikart Travel!"

And most of staffs they can speak English. The hotel located nearby city centre with very nice views, I saw beautiful sunrise here. 5 mins motorcycle to centre. I rent motorcycle here, very convenient and good deal. I never drive motorcycle before the staff teach me again and again. 👍 It is a quiet place with warm hearted people, I hope they can get more business and if I come to Da lat again, I will definitely book this hotel again."

"Otel harika! Neyse, banyo yaparak telafi ettik! Hamamların küçük olması ve tuz koymamaları üzücü. Genel olarak, bu oteli tavsiye ediyoruz!"

"I stayed at Hai Long Vuong Hotel for a few days, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location is convenient, close to attractions, and the room had a nice view of the surroundings, which added to the relaxing atmosphere. The staff deserves special mention for their kindness and support. I had an issue with my pre-booked **VIP Sleep Bus** transfer — the car didn’t arrive at the hotel as planned, which made me anxious about missing my bus. Thankfully, the hotel staff went above and beyond to help. They calmed me down, arranged alternative transportation, and ensured I reached the bus station on time. Their professionalism and care truly made a difference. Despite the minor hiccup, I highly recommend this hotel for its cozy vibe, great service, and dedication to guest satisfaction. Thank you to the team for making my stay comfortable and stress-free!"

Cozy boutique hotel with nice service! We come Da Lat in 29 november and stay here for 3 nights. So, in room we had , there was a tv with airplay , big bath, balcony, nice wifi , enough for work. When we come, Weather still not too good , so in room , was a little bit cold. but after take a bath it was ok. Breakfast à la carte, you can choose one main dish , after you come at morning, you can take fruits, choose few drinks (they have a different nice taste tea) , juice , coffee and one little cake desert (at least we had this set) We took a bike, so for us location was nice , take a grab is not problem too. Near have some cafe, but sometimes we still book a grab for foods. You can pay by cash also , when rider is coming . In sum, worth place

I recently stayed at La Yến Đà Lạt, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable parts of my trip to Đà Lạt. The hotel has a warm, homelike atmosphere that instantly makes you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. The design is charming—cozy, clean, and thoughtfully decorated with a lot of natural touches that match the peaceful vibe of the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Their hospitality truly made a difference. I especially want to give kudos to manager Minh. There was few issues during my last day, but Minh handled the service recovery with exceptional professionalism and kindness. His quick response and genuine care made the experience even better. My room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful valley view. I especially loved the quiet surroundings—perfect for relaxing after a day exploring. Highly recommended for both the beautiful property and the outstanding hospitality!

My husband and I enjoyed our 4-day/3-night stay at the resort immensely. The view from our room was beautiful. The surrounding ambience was serene and very peaceful. The room was big, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet spread was sumptuous and delicious with Vietnamese, Western and Asian cuisines. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The manager even gave us an impromptu buggy ride round the resort, golf club and driving range. The resort provides regular free shuttle bus services to and fro Dalat City Centre. I definitely recommend Swiss Belresort Tuyem Lam for a relaxing getaway for couples, friends and families.

Room are huge for the price offered. Room is clean with basic necessities. I love this place because it is quiet as it far from the centre (just 1km) but near to Da Lat Intercity bus station (200m). The road to here slight poor and slopy. But the place superb for Solo Traveller like me. My room can accommodate for 2 people btw and HUGE WINDOWS for claustrophobic guy like me ❤️👍🏻 The night shift receptionist is very helpful even though language barrier but he definitely attentive 👍🏻 Grab bike is accessible to this place. So i travel here and there by bike and still manage to cover my entire trip plan.

The Manor Villa has given me a great experience overall as a first time traveller to Da Lat. For those who arrived earlier than the check in time, you can stay on the 1st floor until 2pm with a scenic views. We requested a free of charge honeymoon decoration and they fulfilled it wonderfully. The area was so quiet at night that you almost won’t hear any honk from the locals like you usually heard in the hustle & bustle of the city. The toilet window’s latch in our room was broken so we asked for a repair as we were worried about our safety, people might get into the room through the broken window, but gladly they attended to it at an instant. However, the room toilet was clogged, and the hot water didn’t really work well during our stay. Hopefully, the team can look into it and try to improve on the problem. For experience, I still recommend The Manor Villas to everyone, I’ve had my share of moments and would try other hotels in the same area if I were to go back to Da Lat next time. All the best The Manor Villas!

Views are amazing, it faces the sunrise side, so it’s worth waking up early and enjoy it. Staff is friendly and helpful. They made cleaning everyday and refilled bottles with filtered water. Also they have a coffee shop on site, so feel free to ask them for a cup of coffee.

Unnecessarily inconvenient. I rate the 4person room with balcony. Pro: The place ist nice and quiet, feels luxurious, good bedsheets, nice sunset view. Some piano (tv) sound comes from the lobby. Nice Ambiente. Good value for the price. This is not the city center, you take a grab to go somewhere, place can be found as ”d house” on Google maps easily. Many power outlets, space, tables and some chairs and 2 mirrors in the room. The bedsheets are thick, only 2 sheets for 4 persons but I guess it's for couples. Con: The indoor slippers hurt my feet with every step, there are many steps to level -2. Cannot take them off because the floor is cold. When going to toilet or shower, you must bring the toiletpaper, towel, shampoo clothes etc from your room, lock your room, bring your keys, ... *** you need an orgachart and checklist just for taking a poop. Light cannot be switched from bed, and when entering the room you must first reach behind the door. After 8pm you need to fiddle a bit to open the gate. No wifi information stored in the app or in the room. Super Inconvenient, hire someone to improve the flow(i.e. japanese person)!

I recently stayed at this fantastic new hotel and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The rooms are incredibly spacious, offering plenty of comfort and relaxation. Every toiletry you could need is thoughtfully provided, making it feel like a home away from home. The location is perfect, with a wide variety of eateries just steps away. One highlight is the restaurant on the 4th floor, which not only boasts a stunning view but also serves an amazing breakfast with a diverse spread that changes daily—there’s something new to enjoy every morning! The restaurant staff are exceptional, always courteous, smiling, and eager to assist, which made every meal a delight. My only minor gripe was that the TV featured only Vietnamese programs, but that barely detracted from the stay. The Wi-Fi was reliable and fast, keeping me connected with ease. Plus, the hotel staff were incredibly helpful in arranging day tours to nearby attractions, making exploration a breeze. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!
