"Great location, staff are friendly and helpful. Doorman, showed excellent service - he was very friendly and made sure we had umbrellas on a a rainy day. The room was nice and comfortable, and a generous size bed for two. Nice bathroom with bath tub, standing shower and separate toilet. The only pet peeve we had was that the ventilation in the bathroom was not that great, as there was a slight mouldy smell from the bathroom leaking in to the main room. The gym was small but very good as it had an abundance of equipment. There was filtered water and many apples for a post-workout snack, which was very convenient. However, all in all it was a pleasant stay and we would not hesitate to visit again, hopefully in a different room."

"I travelled here for my work meeting and i was so pleasantly surprised. The staff were so friendly, anf helpful. I ate at the buffet for two mornings, and i love that you can leave your baggage there when you chrck out if you need to run errands. Would dwfinately book again. Everything was clean and immaculate."

"Excellent stay at the Meriton Suites North Sydney. Conveniently located near to the bus stops and train station and just a short walk down to the harbour bridge. The hotel has excellent facilities and service attitude. They are willing to help at all hours, and have food security to stop people from entering from the streets. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The hotlel is a few minutes walking distance to the Sydney International Aiport makung it the best option to stay before departure iverseas. The hotel was very clean and the customer service.was excellent."

"Great location beside Airport, Krispy Crème, other fast food places. Friendly staff, rooms clean. Should offer free water in rooms. All hotels should. Down fall, got woken by evacuation alarm as some muppet didn’t pay attention to sign showering & steam let smoke alarm off. Not nice once you’re already asleep. Took hours to get back to sleep for 1.5hrs before getting up for flight….So not the best experience unfortunately! For an Uber to terminal it’s $50…. But we paid $12 for a shuttle bus, leaves 5am sharp… book & pay night before via reception desk! Great price for location. Has a laundry as well as lounge area / dining tables for guests. No food service there but plenty around area."

"Stayed for 13 days at Hyatt Regency Sydney and had a great overall experience. The room was compact but had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I had a drainage issue in my first room, but the staff handled it promptly and even upgraded me to a room with a lovely view of Darling Harbour – really appreciated that gesture! The location is great – quiet enough to relax, but still just a short walk to the CBD, so it’s super convenient. One small thing to note: no dental kit was provided during my stay, so bring your own just in case. Otherwise, service was excellent and I’d happily stay here again!"

"I stayed at the Crowne in September 2025 and, honestly, it was a deeply disappointing experience. At check-in, the treatment I received from the front desk staff was appalling—plainly rude, condescending, and with the clear attitude that they were doing me a favor just by checking me in. Such arrogance and lack of basic courtesy are simply unacceptable in any hotel, let alone one that claims to be five stars. The contrast could not have been greater at check-out, where we were finally treated with genuine kindness by a member of staff, her name Was Ever Jade. But this only highlighted the unprofessional and ill-mannered behavior of the man who greeted us upon arrival. First impressions matter, and in this case they set the worst possible tone. The hotel itself might look fine at first glance, but the cleanliness is far below what one would expect from a property of this supposed category. And the most outrageous detail came at breakfast: after paying $700 for a room with breakfast included, I was told I was only entitled to one single coffee. This is beyond ridiculous—not even the lowest-rated bed and breakfasts would dare impose such an absurd restriction. A five-star hotel cannot afford these kinds of lapses. The management urgently needs to provide proper training to its staff—not only in professional procedures, but also in basic respect and hospitality. Equally, charging premium prices while denying guests something as simple as a second cup of coffee is both insulting and degrading. Guests who spend a fortune on a stay deserve a five-star experience, not a lesson in rudeness and penny-pinching."
