"I booked for 3 nights stay at the hotel. On my first night, I checked into my room which was facing Beatty Street overlooking the BC Place, there was a 2-day concert on going until 11pm. I rang the front desk and asked for room swap, unfortunately all rooms were fully booked at the time. The next day I received a call from the front desk and they were happy to offer another room for my remaining stay, away from the main street where the concert was held. Overall great hotel location, right in the middle of city centre with lots restaurants and shops."

"Very clean rooms. The hotel has been newly renovated. Quite area of Richmond/ Vancouver airport. Not much dining around the place if you aren’t driving. The hotel has a restaurant and there is a McDonald’s nearby. Parking is an extra 25 dollars a night. There is a nice gym on the 11th floor."

"Der langfristige Mit- Bewohner hatte sich überall ausgebreitet und da das Zimmer direkt neben der Küche lag, war er zu jeder Mahlzeit hörbar, er saß direkt hinter der Zimmertür am Tisch. Am letzten Abend vor seiner Abreise hat er die Rauchmelder durch seine Kochkünste in Gang gesetzt. Die Vermieterin war aber schnell da und hat wieder für Ruhe gesorgt. War ihr ziemlich unangenehm und danach hat er sich bemüht leiser zu sein."

"- located in a vantage point that is very close to all conveniences, such as Walmart, supermarkets and restaurants; - nice and comfortable apartment that commands a lovely view of Vancouver downtown; - squeaky clean and spick and span; - very comfortable mattresses and duvets;You are mollycoddled, from the very first moment you hit the sack; - a wonderful indoor pool! "I called the hotel before my flight to ask about the shuttle bus service, and the girl who answered was like a robot in her answers and didn't seem interested in giving me very detailed or friendly answers. I was a little worried about finding the bus and asked if there was anything I needed to know about how to find the bus, and instead of explaining that the bus would have the name of the hotel on it (which was the case in the end, but isn't always the case in my experience- and I have travelled a lot) she just very robotically said to go to the charter pick up area. The shuttle bus was the main reason I booked this hotel, and I was a little bit choked by this interaction. The room was okay, it was clean, but confusingly unlit. The only light connected to a switch in the room was by the door, the rest of the room was lit only by 4 lamps (one of which didn't work) and it was incredibly dark in the room, even in the morning hours after the sun rose. The comforter on the bed was just a piece of batting sandwhiched in between two white flat sheets rather than a duvet cover. It would have been a nice service to have brought me a toothbrush to my room when I called down to the front desk and requested one, instead they made me come to the front desk in my pajamas for one. The hallways stunk of **** covered up by perfume. The guy who checked me in was nice and friendly, even though he had a lineup of people waiting to check in late at night and that must have been a little stressful for him. Overall, I felt the customer service at this hotel could be improved. Even if $120/night is not wildly expensive for Vancouver, it's still a lot of money, and the customer service doesn't need to suffer as a result."

"This was a beautiful location and exactly what we hoped for. The well equipped kitchen made it possible to prepare meals for our family. Staff were welcoming & helpful. It was great to be able to store our bags before check-in. Bus stops, coffee shops, groceries & many other stores are easy to access. The view from the room was awesome - English Bay from one window and the mountains from the other."
