"Top notch service. Corner suite on the 6th floor had a killer view of the harbor and parliament building. Walking distance from restaurant and the BC museum. Really appreciated having a sitting space separate from the bedroom.
Everything was very nice but room not newly remodeled. Nonetheless, looking forward to an opportunity to stay there again.
Major flaw was the pool, sauna area was part of an attached gym. Not the spa experience I had hoped for."

"I would like to share my experience at this hotel are clean, we manged to get free upgrade to suite.
The location is very convenient for accessing various tourist attractions. Directly across the street, you'll find ramen, Subway, Burger King, and several other dining options. It's just a 5-minute walk to Government Street and a shopping mall. The hotel offers a complimentary premium coffee and hot chocolate maker for guests.
Although breakfast is not included, you can enjoy delicious meals at The Ruby, a well-rated restaurant conveniently situated next to the lobby.
If you plan to cook, the nearest grocery Supermart, located 1.2 km away.
The Prime of Whale booking site is just a 10-minute walk from the hotel.
From Hotel to Swartz bay ferries terminal bus ride is 1hr, avoid 430pm to 6pm may takes up to 90mins to reach.

"I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! One of the highlights was the free bike rental, which made exploring the area so much fun and convenient. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise; the homemade croissants and pastries were absolutely delicious and added a delightful touch to our mornings. The billiard room was a great way for our family to relax and enjoy some quality time together. We also found the coin laundry service incredibly handy, especially during our extended stay. Overall, a wonderful experience that made us feel right at home!"

"The location of this hotel is superb!
We took Uber direct from Victoria Airport to hotel only 37 mins. Connector bus terminal just right at the corner which we took on the way back direct to Vancouver Airport.
It is right at the center of downtown, walking distance can reach major Victoria's key tourist destinations and very accessible to many eateries nearby.
The hotel is clean and simple, but not too many facilities. Only have one Starbucks and a Pizza corners serving breakfast and pizza in evening. But with the accessible location, its all good. I will definitely return since its really a convenient location with value for money room rate."

"I was in Victoria for a conference at the Conference Center, and Chateau Victoria's location couldn't have been better! Perfect walking distance with great stops for coffee, lunch, or dinner along the way. The Chateau staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with all questions I had and you HAVE to visit the restaurant, Vista 18. There isn't a bad seat in the house with windows overlooking the town in all directions. My server, Scott, gave a fantastic dinner choice (halibut) which ranks in one of the top 10 meals I've ever had! Excellent wine and cocktail choices as well as desserts - as tasty as they are visually delightful. My room had everything I needed including a Nespresso and a small fridge. I WILL BE BACK! 5 stars."

酒店選址極好，就在議會大廈邊上的酒店區裏面，邊上就是days inn，太平洋，大使館等等，但因為地勢的關係，一樓看不見內港。
房間很大，設施和其他酒店一樣不供應牙膏牙刷拖鞋梳子，園景房有露台，隔出個角落作為廚房和咖啡間，房間的陳設很舒服。
停車會連按金帶13塊停車費一起收100塊，退按金很快，退房當天就會把按金返還。
晚上遊玩內港或Downtown回來，經過議會大廈馬上就能回店，那種住在核心區的感覺，感覺就是很舒服，很大氣，比downtown另一家bw的感覺好到不知哪裡去了。
而且還便宜！"

MMillennial_saysThe moment you arrive at the hotel, you feel right at home. It's a small boutique hotel with a European flair. Imagine staying at grandma's house, where everything is taken care of and all you have to do is sit back, relax, and soak up the cozy atmosphere. We stayed on the second floor, and I'd like to point out that this hotel does not have an elevator. This hotel has a recreation room, a small restaurant attached to the main house, an outdoor seating area for breakfast, a small bar, and a gift shop. The staff are very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. We had an excellent stay. The location of the hotel is also important to consider. It is a short walk from downtown Victoria, where the main shopping street is located.

The room is very small, and the toilet can only be used by one single person each time, which is very inconvenient if you go with young kids. High tea quality is unexpectedly low, the environment is good but the staff are not enough. The food is simply not delicate for such a renowned five star restaurant.

TTrish Hope BinghamThis was a nightmarish trip, 1st I had asked for a room on the highest floor possible, with a view of the Harbour, I am a photographer and made the trip to Victoria to get some great photos of the inner Harbour. I got a room on tenth floor overlooking the parking lot and side street. The windows were so dirty it was hard to see anything, in my eyes I was ripped off, I am not going to to stay at any Merriott hotels, at the time of my booking it said they had a buffet breakfast and when I arrived they told me there is no buffet breakfast just a restaurant on site, parking was said to be free self parking. I was charged $29.40 / night to self park my truck.

CCindyTsangThe location is slightly off downtown; if you have a car, it's not a problem. Street parking is fine; you can pay $19 for a night. The flat is huge for two people. The facilities are in good condition. There are two Dyson fans, one in the living room and another in the bedroom. We were here in the summer, but the temperature at night was around 12-14. It's good not to have AC in the room, and the room still feels cool enough with the balcony door and the bottom windows opened in the bedroom and the living room, even without turning on the fans. There are washing machines with a drying function in the room, which are free to use, but you must bring your detergents or buy them at the front desk. I liked the living environment and the fresh air here. As it's off the main road, I enjoyed the silent evening without traffic noise.

MMisafir KullanıcıAvid traveller and honest review. Booked 3 days and got an older room with a plug in oil heater and fan because baseboard not renovated. Crowded plug in and power bar behind a dusty tv to run it all. But budget so rather expected a few things. Had to stay one more day so booked online , got a better room but upon arriving found a young women passed out briefly with a “pipe” in her hand right at the entrance and because children where on premise I reported as I booked in and it seemed blown off. A man then lead said girl in who was obviously “working” but also in no shape to give consent and I said to the clerk exactly that as well that she had blood down the back of her legs, who seemed to blow it off. I am disturbed with the fact that the young woman was easily going to be victimized. So , if you are ok with that, and no guarantee of your room quality then this is the place . Horrible accommodation, no ,I’ve seen worse, and second room was certain up to par, but the neighbourhood may also allow for other types of “stays” it seems because it was absolutely blatant. But hey, it was cheap!

VViolaLin由於是夏天炎熱季節去遊玩的，沒有注意到網站沒有說明旅館是沒有房間內冷卻空調，房間204內🈶️一台小的電扇，窗外無法打開通風。入宿二晚，拿房間時旅館人員告知旅館已無空房無發換其他房間，連絡trip.com客服也不能解決換旅館問題，第一晚無法好好休息。晚上的值班小姐有同理心，告訴我旅館並沒有客滿，直到隔天旅館人員通知經理才更換房間，無西曬，有通風。旅館人員很推薦👍🏼讓我的維多利亞之旅變得完美。夏天不推薦沒有空調的旅館，也建議網站要說明沒有空調。

The indian front desk consoled us in the middle of the night at 4am when we thought the hotel was ******* (it wasn’t’t it’s just us). The hotel offered free gummy bears in the lobby, and when we asked for more, they gave us a whole bag!!! (1 kg, selling for 13 bucks on amazon) The gummies are also such good quality they melt right in my mouth when you put them in. The amenities are so chic and high quality i could eat a child. (my friend typed this idk what she meant) The kitchen equipment is also quite well. The staff also helped us scared a ghost away, we slept like a baby the second night after bathing in the tub. no ac was a bunmer tho.🤞🤞😩😩
