"Although this hotel has a good facility, its management left me with very bad impression. First, it asks customers to pay unreasonably large amount of deposit though the hotel room has been fully paid. I booked three rooms with two of them fully paid and one unpaid for three nights. I was asked to pay 4000 yuan though the room rate is ~ 650/night. This sounds strange to me compared to other hotels I have stayed. Second, I forgot to return two room key cards and didn’t realize this until I arrived in the train station. When I called the hotel, I was told I will be charged 50 yuan for each unreturned key cards, or they could not give me the deposit until I mail the key cards to them. I have never heard of such an unfriendly policy for any modern hotels. Overall, I didn’t get good experience at this hotel."

"酒店的優點，房間挺大的，離商圈很近，八佰伴步行就能到，入住退房都很快，服務談不上熱情，但是中規中矩，早餐還是不錯的，味道很可以。專用停車場進出方便。
缺點很致命，酒店隔音很差，走廊隔壁房間的聲音一清二楚。更有意思的是酒店的四樓是別家的KTV，半夜十一二點，聲音嘈雜，7樓的客房能清晰的聽到音樂聲，非常影響睡眠，致電服務枱衹説讓保安去提醒一下聲音輕一點，這個方案顯然是無效的。感覺不會入住了。"

一走進酒店大堂就被它精緻又温馨的設計所吸引。原木色的主調、充滿書卷氣的“竹居”書吧、空氣中瀰漫的淡淡茶香，瞬間洗去了我旅途的疲憊。而最讓我印象深刻的是前台負責接待的木槿小姐姐。笑容甜美，更有着專業高效的業務能力。辦理入住時，她主動問候，並迅速識別出我的會員身份，流程一氣呵成。在遞送房卡時，她還細心地向我介紹了酒店免費的夜宵服務、洗衣房的位置和使用時間，這種貼心讓我感到非常驚喜。
🏡 細節：無處不在的温暖
整個入住過程中，能感受到亞朵在細節上的用心。房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適，淋浴水壓充沛。但最核心的温暖，還是來自工作人員。晚上洗衣服很晚了，工作人員讓我先去休息，洗好了會送到我房間。果然第二天起床洗乾淨的衣服已經在門口掛着了。
第二天早上在大堂遇到木槿，她竟然還記得我的姓氏並主動問候，詢問我昨晚休息得如何。這種被記住、被重視的感覺，是冰冷的標準化服務無法比擬的。
如果説硬件設施是酒店的骨架，那麼用心服務的員工，就是酒店的靈魂。讓亞朵“服務”的理念變得真實可感。這次入住讓我徹底成為了亞朵的粉絲，下次一定會毫不猶豫地再次選擇這裏，也真誠推薦給大家！"

衞生：乾淨整潔，看的出來阿姨們的用心和辛苦。

Usually smaller hotels like this in small cities across China have problems checking in people without a Chinese ID Card. I drive my car there, and the security guard even got in my car and showed me how to get to the small, free parking lot behind the hotel. Thank you !!!!

__WeChat436611****到丹陽朋友家來玩，提前一天預訂的，酒店前台當天辦理入住的時候給安排了靠小區的房間，很貼心，會問我們有啥特殊的入住要求，房間也做了無煙處理，感覺像回家一樣，沒怎麼拍房間圖片，乾淨温馨舒適，三個詞形容，下回還會再來的，早餐也吃的飽飽的。

AAnonim Kullanıcı自駕遊途經此地，停車比較方便，有自己的院子，房間的衞生還可以，沒啥異味，水龍頭出水特別猛，衞生間門正對着床讓我體感有點不舒服，房間的隔音不太行，住在一層，早早就被外面汽車發動的聲音吵醒，早餐種類不算多，有粥有面吃着還算舒服。洗衣機衹有兩個，使用頻率比較高，所以我也完全沒有機會能夠使用到，最後自己手洗了，結果就是第二天衣服都沒幹……雖然有這些小問題但耐不住性價比挺好的👍

MM39879****我是10月1日至5日住在貴店，6號上午離店。10月1日晚上入住時，被安排在九樓，設施、衞生、環境一般，特別是設施似乎還是十年前的沒動，感覺很不好。後來前台於4日下午將我們房間調至調至十三樓，設施有了非常明顯改善，舒適感大大增加。幫我們調換房間的前台服務員態度很好，非常熱心，遺憾的是忘了問她工號和名字了。如果貴店負責人能查到4日下午是哪位當班的，請代為轉達我們的謝意。
