"The hotel is located on Ocean Flower Island, where there are only two hotel options. This is the more affordable one. We could order food to the room easily using the QR code provided. Walking to the nearby food street takes about 20 minutes, but it is easy to get a DiDi ride there instead. We visited in December, and the outdoor swimming pool was closed. There isn’t much to do in the hotel itself, other than taking photos at the nicely decorated main lobby and surrounding areas. The room is uniquely decorated with the Glacier theme and the bed is comfortable. Overall, it’s a reasonable option if you are looking to stay on Ocean Flower Island at a lower cost."

"I found the hotel to be clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. While it may not be the newest property, everything was in good condition and the overall experience was very pleasant. I was satisfied with my stay and would be happy to return."

"Перед въездом обязательно уточните код для заселения. Без знания китайского языка очень сложно выяснить как попасть в комнату. Делала это через поддержку Trip. Бронировалась комната одна, заселение произошло в другую. Заселили раньше, за что спасибо менеджеру которая нам помогала. Территория красивая и ухоженная, есть бассейн за дополнительную плату. Комната небольшая. Полотенца одноразовые, принадлежности все есть. Стены грязноваты, но это не критично если вам переночевать только. Само расположение комплекса удобное, недалеко до основных развлечений. Рядом есть все необходимое:магазины, кафе. Вид из окна шикарный"

"怎麼説呢，新酒店設施還是可以的，但是偌大個酒店那麼多房間，洗衣房衹有兩個洗衣機兩個烘乾機，還各壞了一個。等到半夜12點才等到洗衣機。烘乾機10分鐘就停，沒幹就再按一下再烘十分鐘，我就衹能在旁邊乾等半小時到凌晨一點才洗完。服務員完全搞不清狀況，跟我説洗衣機不是壞了，是需要投幣的。 另外就是完全沒必要多花錢訂花園海景房。所謂花園海景就是沒有正對海的房間，衹能側面看到一點海，而且房間朝東，早上大太陽巨刺眼根本沒法往外看。我們晚上入住，中午退房，海景房定了個寂寞。"

"I would like to have given this place a better rating because the assistance was quick whenever I needed it and the apartment was really nicely decorated. However, it was not clean, the washing machine was not in a good condition, the fridge smelt really bad at first, and the shower head was broken (they did replace the shower head though). I was also not given a key card or code to open the main entrance to the building and the security person in charge of letting key-less guests in usually took too long to open the door. One time I had to ring 6 times before the door was opened. Hainan is an amazing place and I'd definitely go there again. But honestly, I probably wouldn't stay in this apartment again. I also didn't realise it was more like an Airbnb situation rather than a hotel. I only found out after I'd booked the apartment that I would have to pay a deposit and only be able to communicate with somebody through WeChat because there is no front desk."
