"The hotel is located on Ocean Flower Island, where there are only two hotel options. This is the more affordable one. We could order food to the room easily using the QR code provided. Walking to the nearby food street takes about 20 minutes, but it is easy to get a DiDi ride there instead. We visited in December, and the outdoor swimming pool was closed. There isn’t much to do in the hotel itself, other than taking photos at the nicely decorated main lobby and surrounding areas. The room is uniquely decorated with the Glacier theme and the bed is comfortable. Overall, it’s a reasonable option if you are looking to stay on Ocean Flower Island at a lower cost."

"I would like to have given this place a better rating because the assistance was quick whenever I needed it and the apartment was really nicely decorated. However, it was not clean, the washing machine was not in a good condition, the fridge smelt really bad at first, and the shower head was broken (they did replace the shower head though). I was also not given a key card or code to open the main entrance to the building and the security person in charge of letting key-less guests in usually took too long to open the door. One time I had to ring 6 times before the door was opened. Hainan is an amazing place and I'd definitely go there again. But honestly, I probably wouldn't stay in this apartment again. I also didn't realise it was more like an Airbnb situation rather than a hotel. I only found out after I'd booked the apartment that I would have to pay a deposit and only be able to communicate with somebody through WeChat because there is no front desk."

"This B&B is nice and clean. Near by these are food and walking distance to free shuttle bus stop. Good for family to stay in for holiday."

"If I could give more than 5 stars I would! We stayed in a one floor villa and for a pretty great price to get a villa with a private hot spring and sauna was already amazing. But then add the amazing service of the butler who made sure we had everything we needed and drove us anywhere we needed to go on the island… we will absolutely go back and stay there again. The pool and hot springs were lovely, the location right next to the aquarium was perfect, and even though breakfast isn’t nearby, it was included in the price and they drove us to another hotel for a tasty buffet breakfast and picked us up after. Looking forward to our next trip there!"
