"The two queen beds in the room is smaller than expected (we measured the two beds at 150cm x 188cm) The rooms and inside the hotel can be cleaner as it is a “5 star” hotel. The food at Thai Restaurant is normal (nothing special). The salad bar at the morning buffet is good. I think the location is good. The parking lot is far…. You might have to walk 5 minutes back to the front entrance if the parking spots at the front are taken (usually are and we went during low season). Overall, this hotel offers its services and products like a 4 star hotel rather than “5 stars”."

"Not easy to find the place as the map location provided is not accurate. You may located the ”巷子內海鮮熱炒”， the hostel just just few steps away. Within 10mins walking to Kenting National Recreation Area, also near to Kenting night market. There is a lane, a shortcut to night market in a minute. The sunset from this beach is nice. I dint catched the moment the yolk drops to the ground.＞＜"

"No bidet spray, hand soap, hair conditioner, shower cap, toothbrush, toothpaste etc. but there’s water dispenser on every level so saved us some money from buying bottled water. Overall it is still provide pretty comfortable stay & good base to be at for exploring Kenting & Hengchun. It’s easy to find this hotel. From Taoyuan airport we took Airport Express Train to Taoyuan HSR (High Speed Rail) station & took HSR to Zuoying THSR in Kaohsiung, then took Kenting Express Bus 9189 at bus stop #2 along the road outside of Zuoying THSR station (need to top up enough fare in your Easy Travel card at the station beforehand otherwise pay cash to bus driver). Alight at Kenting Police Substation bus stop (get ready to press the bell once you pass Kenting Arch otherwise driver won’t stop for you) & walk into small lane walk a short distance to the back door of Kenting Coast Resort. There’s a restaurant called Magic Kitchen for quick breakfast a very short walk to the right of hotel front door. We managed to book half day (4-hr) tour with the help hotel receptionist on both days, just tell the driver where you want to go for sighting/experience/food. We paid NTD 2200 for each half-day tour. We actually checked out early in the morning on the last day & did a 4-hr tour of Hengchun old town with our luggages in the car & get dropped off at Hengchun interchange bus station to catch Kenting Express Bus back to Zuoying THSR. But we discovered actually you can deposit luggages at the Hengchun interchange bus station for a fee then walk around Hengchun old town yourselves without worrying about lugging luggages around haha."

"Staff helpful. Location perfect for beach, night market and buses. I am not fussy but had to remake bed on arrival as sheet didn't quite reach top of mattress and wrong way round. Mattress protector halfway down the bed and bunched up. Bathroom could do with a good steam clean to remove mould. There was a spilt coffee stain on hallway tiles the whole 5 days i was there. Budget accommodation does not mean unclean. I have been travelling for many months and stayed in cheaper, cleaner and better equipped places. This is my first disappointment re my accommodation"

"旅店地理位置，房間及服務全滿分！ 兩大人兩小朋人住家庭房很舒適！第一天晚上很安靜，睡得很好！可惜第二天晚上，上層來了一群年**客，由晚上10時開始不停大笑叫囂，又玩遊戲，不停拉床拉桌拉椅，整個晚上嘈得離譜，直至凌晨5時才停止。第三個晚上也是如此。整個旅程給他們毁了!"

"The exterior of the building is funky and refreshing. It's very appropriate for fun loving travellers.. No lifts tho, fantastic for couples, family, friends. Best to travel light. However the person in charge was very kind to help me with my heavy luggage upstairs and also when I was about to check out without having to ask Adequate breakfast. Good seaview.. Lovely establishment. Close to Kenting night market as well as the Youth activity center with a few trekking trails behind."

"国立海洋生物博物館のために前泊しました。9月上旬でしたので周りのホテルは比較的高価格でしたが、このホテルはリーズナブルで、しかもオーシャンビュー付きでした。南灣の海はエメラルドブルーで、夫婦共に大満足でした。 部屋も清潔感があり、シャワー水量も十分です。ただし、水温がやや高いので調整にはややコツがいります。 朝食はチェックイン日の晩より前に受付で申請することができます。1人200元です。種類が豊富で、とてもおいしかったです。 立地も徒歩1分圏内にセブンイレブンとバス停があり、この上ないです。徒歩3分で有名なタコのレストランにも行けます。ホテル屋上にはテラスがあり、そこで夕焼けや日の出を楽しむのも良いと思います。"
