"Splendid resort with fabulous breadfast and perfect location. The breakfast spread is wide, ranging from the local Taiwan porridge with plenty of delicious side dishes to cooked food, assorted bread and western breakfasts. It's open till 11am daily. Resort is a mere 5 mins walk to xiao wan beach and the night market. For those who don't drive, there is a bus stop outside the resort serving local bus and bus to kaohsiung. Cleanliness is definitely above average and the staffs are always wearing a smile and greets us which definitely makes us feel welcomed. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for place to stay in kenting."

"I doubt anyone who recommended this place. The room smelled like cigarettes, and there was hair on the pillow that I suspected belonged to the previous guest. I asked to change rooms, and the new room smelled terrible, either cigarettes or human body odor. I made a reservation in advance, but I ended up paying twice the price that day. The mixed smell kept me awake, ruining my trip the next day. I think Kenting, Taiwan, will remain as a bad memory."

When other residents get up in the morning, they can hear the noise and cannot continue to rest. All the private rooms were full for the day, so I ended up in a 12-person shared capsule room — but it was very clean, and the other girls staying there were really considerate. Had a good night’s sleep. Thanks to the auntie in the kitchen for adding two extra boiled eggs for me. The warmth and hospitality in Taiwan truly make me want to come back again and again."

The bathroom is on the first floor, while the toilets are on the first and third floors, which isn't very convenient. "This experience really touched me... Before checking in, the service staff thoughtfully asked me if I wanted to prepare a bathing chair for the elderly. I thought about it and asked the hotel staff to prepare it for me! This was indeed a wise decision, allowing me to give my 90-year-old mother-in-law a bath... I am also very grateful to the hotel for providing such a service! There were not many guests staying in the hotel, and the hotel deliberately kept some distance between us and other guests so that we would not disturb each other at all... It was really a pleasure to be able to comfortably overlook the sea on the balcony, drink tea and eat snacks with my family! At 8:30 p.m., the hotel provides happy hour service for all guests. We can listen to the wonderful live singing and share cocktails or other drinks with everyone, which adds extra points to our vacation! I am very happy that we were able to successfully stay at Kenting H Hotel this time. My husband said that this is a hotel that focuses on the guests' experience, which gave us a wonderful accommodation experience on this trip."
