"Pool was littered with debris from the strong winds. The water quality was good, but the pool staff could have done a better job at hauling out the debris at the deep end of the pool. The jacuzzi was a disappointment. The presence of greenish/yellowish algae in the water made the jacuzzi uninviting. The heater was turned off and will not be turned on until the third week of November. I was there during the last week of October. Every resort I stayed at had the jacuzzi heated despite the time of the year or the ambient air temperature. If it is the position of the management to not clean or heat the jacuzzi, then the jacuzzi should be covered up and blocked off. The breakfast buffet was horrible considering how much money they charged. I probably will not stay or recommend this hotel. It’s has a lot of potential!"

"The location is so-so, it's a residential area (a row of townhouses). There are parking spaces available 👍 but it's a short walk (not far), so I suggest leaving your luggage there first. The room is very clean!! It's basically a guesthouse. Check-in is automatic. Overall, it's good, I would stay here again."

"The two queen beds in the room is smaller than expected (we measured the two beds at 150cm x 188cm) The rooms and inside the hotel can be cleaner as it is a “5 star” hotel. The food at Thai Restaurant is normal (nothing special). The salad bar at the morning buffet is good. I think the location is good. The parking lot is far…. You might have to walk 5 minutes back to the front entrance if the parking spots at the front are taken (usually are and we went during low season). Overall, this hotel offers its services and products like a 4 star hotel rather than “5 stars”."

The bathroom is on the first floor, while the toilets are on the first and third floors, which isn't very convenient.
