"My friend and I stayed at the Tianyuan Hangyou Hotel during a layover in Urumqi, and it was the perfect choice for a short stay near the airport. The location is extremely convenient - just ~15 minutes away from the terminal, which made our transit hassle-free. The hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the airport, which was a great advantage. Though the hotel could use minor renovations, the price-to-quality ratio is excellent. The room had all the essentials: slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste, a comb, a hairdryer, an electric kettle, cups, and bottled water. The Wi-Fi worked well, which was important for us to plan our day trip and order a taxi. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet, which offered a good variety of options. Even if you're not yet accustomed to Chinese cuisine, you can find simple choices like boiled eggs and mantou (steamed buns). For sightseeing, the city center and main attractions (such as the Xinjiang Museum, Red Hill Park, the Grand Bazaar, and the mosque) are about 30 minutes away by taxi. We managed to explore all of them in a day. Nearby, there are also local markets, convenience stores, and small cafés for snacks and essentials. Overall, if you need a comfortable, budget-friendly hotel close to Urumqi Airport with good service and decent amenities, Tianyuan Hangyou Hotel is a great option. Highly recommended for transit travelers!"

"這次入住真的挖到寶了！本來衹是衝著酒店位置方便選的，沒想到收穫了超多驚喜。 辦理入住時前台小文和小梅態度特別好，主動幫我們升級了高樓層房間，視野開闊，晚上還能看到城市夜景。房間衞生做得很到位，床品柔軟舒適，熱水充足，洗漱用品也是大牌，用着很安心。 最最驚喜的是退房時，工作人員遞給我們兩張優先登機券，説這是酒店給住客的小福利。本來以為趕飛機要排長隊，結果憑着這張券直接走了快速通道，全程絲滑不耽誤，對趕時間的人來説簡直是救命神器！ 從住宿體驗到貼心福利，都能看出酒店的用心。不管是硬件設施還是服務細節，都挑不出毛病，已經推薦給身邊要出差的朋友，下次出行一定還選這家！"

"Very nice view and clean room, curtains are locked and can’t open all to enjoy the view though. Staff very nice and helpful, but didn’t speak English. check in was easy and fast."

"Hava alanına çok yakın. Dışarı çıkmadan hava alanının içerisinden Hotele yol var. Odadan hava limanı gözüküyordu. Çok temiz herşey vardı. Havlular, diş temizliği, banyo ve tuvalet için gerekli olan tek kullanımlık setler vardı. Hatta kişiye özel tarak bile vardı. Çay, kahve, su, bornoz, terlik, bone, ayakkabı temizlemek(parlatmak) için eldivenler ve s. Uçağımızın aktarma zamanı çok olduğundan bir gecelik otel tutduk. Fiyatına, konumuna ve rahatlığına göre çok güzel bir oteldi. Hiç çıkmak istemiyorduk. Herkese tavsiye ede bileceğim bir otel. Urumçiye bir sonraki seyahetimde mutlaka bu otelde konaklamak isterim."

"We stayed for one night at this hotel. They provide airport shuttle service. Having had some bad experience in Shanghai when it comes to staying at hotels near airport, the shuttle service is the main reason that I picked this hotel. And they don't disappoint! The driver came to pick us up in less than 15minutes and they also dropped us off the next day. The room is clean; the size is decent; and the bed is relatively comfortable! Overall, I had good experience staying at this hotel. Recommended for sure! 👌"

"My stay at Hanting Hotel (Urumqi Xiaoxigou) was comfortable and offered good value. The rooms are clean, well-equipped, and the Wi-Fi is reliable. The location is also convenient. However, checking in with a Thailand passport was a significant hassle. The staff seemed unfamiliar with international documents, leading to a frustratingly long process. While they eventually got it sorted, this definitely needs improvement for international guests. Despite the initial check-in struggle, the rest of my stay was pleasant. I'd recommend this hotel for its comfort and price, but be prepared for potential delays if you're an international traveler, especially with a Thai passport."

"Mixed experience. Some great amenities including excellent laundry facilities and service, free tea and coffee machines in reception and third floor communal area, powerful hot showers, comfortable beds, great location. But we had some difficulties - the aircon didn't work in our room despite the room we'd booked being advertised with independent control air con. When we reported the problem to reception they came up and insisted it worked but it didn't. We had to call them again for them to come and look again before they finally moved us to a different room with a window that we could open (and indeed fully functioning Aircon). Also difficult for foreigners to access the WiFi as you need to have a Chinese phone number to receive a log in code by SMS, which expires as soon as your device disconnects. The reception staff were helpful in using their phone number to get a code but it's inconvenient to have to do that multiple times across multiple different devices. So a nice hotel in a good location but with a bit more friction than you might expect for the price."

Отличный завтрак с выбором китайских и европейских блюд. Идеальный вариант для транзита и короткой остановки в Урумчи. 舒适度一流，地理位置非常便利，紧邻高铁站和万达广场。酒店内部安静，房间现代、干净，床非常舒适。工作人员礼貌周到，入住办理快速高效。早餐丰富，既有中式也有西式选择。这里是乌鲁木齐中转或短暂停留的理想之选。"

"One can tell that this was a tip top hotel by its nice thick towels with logo, bed sheets etc. it is now getting outdated but it's kept clean and service is good. Quite professional staff and the breakfast is good."
