Fantastic hotel stay! Wonderful service and convenient location, was here for 6 days 5 nights to explore Urumqi.  前台的小李服务很棒！Xiao Li at the front desk was super helpful to help check us in early at 8am and she was very friendly. She also suggested the restaurants on the right side of the street after going out the hotel cause we were hungry 韩姐每天 帮我们 带泡脚来房间! 也很棒的服务！ Every night we asked for the free foot soak and they would bring to our room and prepare for us. Great to end the night after a cold day.  There is also always hot tea the lobby and also some free coffee vouchers to drink specialty coffee (try the pumpkin latte) at the restaurant since they don’t provide coffee in the room.  Location is convenient as we had to DiDi around. Around 10-15 mins to the Grand Bazaar.  Would recommend to go to Heavenly Lake 天山天池, take a DiDi to the tourist entrance and buy a ticket for another bus which is 40 minutes (sit on right side of bus going up and down for good views).  Another place worth visiting is 南山牧场 Nanshan pasture. We went in Nov so it’s cold to ride horses (30 mins to waterfall and 30 mins back). Still worth the experience although it’s freezing, or can take a little shuttle bus up to the waterfall. During summer many locals go for holidays and stay there for horse racing etc, so I would definitely visit in summer again.  The area near the hotel itself is also good to walk around because after exiting the hotel and turning right, cross two traffic lights and there is a wholesale area for dried fruits. Many stores selling cheap raisins etc. quality and price is much better than Bazaar or other stores!  Also there is a restaurant for Xinjiang food right next to the Hotel with many 羊肉烧烤 Lamb skewers. Very good food, worth trying for dinner at least once. May look dark and quiet from the outside, but inside is beautiful and actually pretty big with many customers.  Initially was considering between Belle Hotel (百丽) and Atour as I came with my parents. In the end my friends stayed at Atour and came over to visit, said this hotel was so much in terms of facilities and the service. I will be back for sure!

非常好，用攜程積分兑換的，遠超出預期。 服務：前台很專業（特意拿出來説是因為酒店人員的專業性在新疆這地界其實挺稀缺的）。升級了房型，入住送果盤，還送了一個冰箱貼。我想延遲1小時退房，前台説3點開始系統會產生費用，但還是給我延到了2點半。但其他評論提到的送機服務是收費的，有國內手機的話不如自己打車。 衞生：整體很乾凈，沒有下水反味等問題。 設施：床墊枕頭都很舒服，有加濕器，兩個窗可以打開温度剛剛好（有窗鎖很安全，之前在新疆5個晚上都熱到睡不着，開窗太大又害怕，這是我第一個整覺）。 伊帕爾汗的全套洗護，薰衣草味很濃，是本地的一個牌子（用完種草了），機場和tb都有專賣店。 環境：步行3分鐘就是ccmall很多吃的，到機場35分鐘左右。酒店有健身房和洗衣房，比較適合商旅客人。 早餐：沒有體驗 整體來説很棒，唯一的一點小問題是水壓，洗澡有點忽冷忽熱，還算可以接受。如果改善水壓問題就很完美了。 btw茶芭蕾特別好喝都去喝好嗎！！

這次入住體驗超暖心！酒店設施特別貼心，隨處有自動售貨機，日常需求隨手就能滿足；整體佈置得格外喜慶，滿是濃濃的過年氛圍，氛圍感拉滿。環境衞生也超讚，房間和公共區域都打掃得乾淨整潔，住得舒心又放心。最讓我感動的是工作人員的服務，入住時不小心劃傷手，工作人員立刻從醫葯箱拿出創可貼、碘伏，細心幫我消毒處理，全程特別周到，細節處的温暖太戳人，超推薦這家有温度的酒店！

This is an excellent hotel located in the coty centre close to many nice restaurants of various types of food to cater for the travellers of different nationalities. Very courteous, friendly and helpful staff especially those young and friendly ladies at the Front desk. Free pick up service was provided and need to be pre arranged prior to arrival. The hotel is also equipped with laundry room and gym for its hotel guests to use at no cost. The rooms are very clean come with big TV, full toiletries, kettle. Air dryer. Breakfast is good and healthy with plenty grains. |Really enjoy my stay here.

This place is amazing, in terms of location it is located amongst the local housing / schools a little bit in the alley however it is not far from public transportation (the subway is 800m away) and taxis are plenty. The room is great for the price it offers, i stayed in the duplex for 3 nights, it was spacious and clean. The amenities are of great qualities too, towels/bedsheets are clean. The front desk are very welcoming and helpful. I don’t speak Mandarin, however this was not a problem as we can communicate through wechat/translation app and they were willing to help me as much as they could and that alone show that the hospitality is beyond expectation. Another great thing is, one of the host speaks great English too! As a foreigner, this is a plus point of staying at this great accomodation, although I would suggest that any traveler to learn a little bit of the local language to have a more memorable travel experience. The host gives great travel advices as well. I would definitely be back again at this place when I visit Xinjiang in the future 💖

The hotel is beautiful, the room is five star level, the bed and the towels are new, the new system appliances There are some notes: 1- When you leave the door open, there is no alarm bell 2. There are no spoons for the towels inside the bathroom, as you go out to use the towels, which exposes you to slipping. 3. Shaving tools are poor and not commensurate with the luxury of the equipment.4. Taxis don't know the hotel because there are bigger hotels and better locations with the same name. My friend and I stayed at the Tianyuan Hangyou Hotel during a layover in Urumqi, and it was the perfect choice for a short stay near the airport. The location is extremely convenient - just ~15 minutes away from the terminal, which made our transit hassle-free. The hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the airport, which was a great advantage. Though the hotel could use minor renovations, the price-to-quality ratio is excellent. The room had all the essentials: slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste, a comb, a hairdryer, an electric kettle, cups, and bottled water. The Wi-Fi worked well, which was important for us to plan our day trip and order a taxi. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet, which offered a good variety of options. Even if you're not yet accustomed to Chinese cuisine, you can find simple choices like boiled eggs and mantou (steamed buns). For sightseeing, the city center and main attractions (such as the Xinjiang Museum, Red Hill Park, the Grand Bazaar, and the mosque) are about 30 minutes away by taxi. We managed to explore all of them in a day. Nearby, there are also local markets, convenience stores, and small cafés for snacks and essentials. Overall, if you need a comfortable, budget-friendly hotel close to Urumqi Airport with good service and decent amenities, Tianyuan Hangyou Hotel is a great option. Highly recommended for transit travelers!

One can tell that this was a tip top hotel by its nice thick towels with logo, bed sheets etc. it is now getting outdated but it's kept clean and service is good. Quite professional staff and the breakfast is good.

Alex, the lady from reception was so helpful and courteous. She was all smiles and made us feel very welcome. When she found out that I was an IHG member, she offered me a bottled welcome drink, From 6pm to 2am, the hotel offered free beef noodles and wanton soup (not sure whether this was based on room type). Food was good, but the server/cook on the night of 15 October was a nightmare. He was unhappy when we disturbed him to ask for a bowl of noodles. All he was interested in was to play on his handphone. He shouted at a guest who was trying to be helpful by returning used bowls and utensils. Honestly, he should not be working in the hospitality industry. The hotel is located in a residential area with no restaurants or shops nearby, but it is clean and modern. Wanda mall is about 2km away. We walked there.
