"週末來忻州玩，看了下忻州酒店還是選擇了希爾頓惠庭，主要原因就是大品牌值硬件和服務都是統一的有保障，還有就是新酒店設施都是全新的，雖然價格有點偏高但是一切都是值得。
位置
位於市中心火車站旁邊，由於市內火車站基本上都是普速車，因此客流量不大，這附近不會很喧鬧，不過火車站正對面道路有學校工作日放學時候大概比較擁堵。
酒店附近餐飲相對不是特別豐富，但是2至3公里開始就變多了，一些比較不錯的餐廳集中於古城那邊。酒店距離古城北門大約三公里，古城南門四公里，打車去很便宜。
酒店自帶停車場充電樁，面積不算小，直接進入，每次出去前台掃碼可免費，非常適合自駕，一路進城也基本都是大路。
房間
希爾頓惠庭酒店裝修風格和設施基本上都是統一的，包括舒適的床，沙發圓桌寫字枱椅子等等基本上如出一轍。房間沒有設定語音功能依靠按鍵也挺方便，房間內設定大量插座非常便捷，寫字枱牆上的是不間斷插座。酒店配備了洗菜池、冰箱和微波爐，尤其是冰箱非常強悍，製冷效果最厲害甚至可以冷凍。房間儲物設施超多還有掛燙機和熨衣板。
酒店淋浴房非常大，出水量和水温都沒有令人失望。
早餐
早餐設定在十一層，7點開始，早餐以中式形式，主要構成是幾道熱菜主食、中式檔口的餛飩、餄絡麪、傳統麪條等，輔助冷盤、西式點心、炸物等等。不過經過兩個早晨發現酒店早餐幾乎沒有變化，菜單幾乎完全一樣。當然個人感覺早餐還是不錯的。
公共設施
酒店一層佈局了非常大的公共區域，包括惠庭特色的辦公區域甚至有自助打印機自助茶水區，這裏可以讓商務辦公直接開展，也可以讓人歇歇腳，個人就特別喜歡這樣的公共區域。
服務
服務是非常到位，入住當天提前打電話詢問入住時間。每次早餐期間服務員都會禮貌的詢問昨晚休息的如何，有沒有什麼建議或者意見。可以看得出惠庭對於客人的反饋非常重視。
作為忻州市中現階段大概是新開業最好的酒店了，惠庭價格算不上太合適，但是提供的設施和服務應該是和價格相符合的，選擇品牌主要是因為品牌的統一培訓統一風格能夠控制，至少不會踩雷。"

"辦理入住的時候前台會遞上温熱綠茶，大堂裏也有兩壺免費的熱飲可以自己接；酒店還配備了健身房、洗衣房、都是二十四小時的，隨時可以去，還有各種書籍，包括詩詞、散文、小説，不是千篇一律很流行的那種！
洗衣房除了有洗衣機烘乾機，還有有凈／臟衣簍、各種衣物洗劑、消毒液、針線包、獨立包裝的洗衣液小袋，甚至還有熨燙機！簡直是一個小型的衣物打理區
”深夜粥到”從21:30-23:00，兩款粥和小菜可以自行拿取～
酒店背後就是打鐵花演出場地，特別近，而且入住酒店買打鐵花門票有優惠。臨走的時候，前台小姐姐還送了小禮物"

It is adjacent to Xiurong Academy, West Garden and Taishan Temple Snack Street in Xinzhou Ancient City. The surrounding transportation is convenient, making it very convenient for traveling and playing.
Room facilities: The room is equipped with zero-pressure mattresses of well-known brands and high-grade latex zero-pressure pillows. "It's worth the money to stay in Dongchengli! Superb! It's clean and just walking distance to the restaurants and tea houses. The staffs are polite, very attentive and helpful. If you're into modern / smart technologies (smart curtain, tv, shower and lightings), yet you want to mix it with traditional Chinese style of inns or villa, then it's the place to stay. I guess it's too modern for me haha, I can feel the energy pressure of staying in a smart room, I get lots of static electricity, not sure if it's because I meditate too. I have an electric/magnetic field meter with me, I was so busy that I forgot to measure the room's field. As in, few fallen hair won't fall off my jacket. Thus, I stay most of the time, outside the room. They have a nice swing and a tea area with free biscuits & tea. I didn't get the chance to play with their full tea set. They have a lovely cute parrot and 2 cats! They provide free disposable toothbrush & toothpaste, hairbrush, slippers and yes, I found disposable towels too, not sure what kind of towel - I didn't open it yet, might try it in airport shower."

"這次出行是臨時決定的，所以全憑緣分，和孩子打開攜程，第一齣來的就是這個桃花島，我們沒有一絲猶豫直接就下單了，由於當天上班的原因，晚上才出發，路上還挺坎坷的，下着大雪翻山越嶺，和店裡提前聯繫了一下，説是要很晚才能到,因為開了六個小時，到達的時候已經十一點了，老闆和店員一直等我們，老闆出來帶我愛人停車，沈是給我們站着車位呢，店員幫我們拿行李，特別熱情，雖然氣温是零下十度，可他們的熱情讓我們沒有一絲寒意，心中很是温暖👍店裡還準備了各種小零食，孩子非常喜歡。到了以後才發現這個酒店的地理位置簡直不要太好，既不喧囂又離小吃街非常近，走五分鐘就到，一天可以去無數次，感覺這兩天把那裡的小吃全都吃了個遍，太適合我們這些吃貨了😄從店裡出發往西南走,大約十分鐘上個大坡,就能看到古城的面貌了，去哪裡都極其方便，店裡的工作人員都特別熱情，走的時候老闆還送了我們當地的特產，讓我都不好意思了，總的來説，忻州是個温暖的城市，物價不高，人和善熱情、食物多樣美味😋還是地熱温泉，太適合度假休閑啦！強烈推薦桃花島啊，大冷天的還有這麼多綠植和小🐟小烏龜，老闆真是用心啦！由於圖片都是視頻截的不是那麼清楚，不要見怪了，由於天天光去吃了，都忘了拍照了😊忻州古城真好，下次來還要住桃花島啊🤗"

"A place that allowed us to rejuvenate and sleep well! It has a hot spring tub in the room. Bed is a king size bed. Toilet has a sewer smell though, so that is one minus point. Service is awesome. Service staffs were helping us to bring our luggage down and up the car. They also helped navigate our car into the old city. We appreciate the free snacks and arrival drinks. The disposable toothbrush is surprisingly usable. The location is near to food street; the staff will gladly direct you to it.

"酒店亮點與槽點並存
此次入住該酒店，先説説值得肯定的地方。地理位置十分優越，周邊商業配套豐富，購物吃飯很方便，尤其對面就是老忻州飯館，想吃當地風味出門即達，這點很加分。另外，酒店工作人員態度親切熱情，有需求時響應積極，服務意識值得認可。
不過體驗中也有明顯槽點，讓人略感失望。一是工作人員業務熟練度有待提升，提前溝通好的入住需求未能落實——不僅未預留好提前入住的房間，特意要求的“遠離電梯”房型，實際卻被安排在電梯旁，夜間電梯運行噪音影響休息。二是硬件動線設計存在嚴重短板，作為標稱五星的酒店，大堂到地下車庫僅有一個出口，且需走台階，更不合理的是該通道還為垃圾清運與客人通行共用，既不方便攜帶行李的旅客，也與五星酒店的衞生標準和服務定位嚴重不符，體驗感大打折扣。 早上出門還被鐵架子擋住了樓道出口，沒有人在現場看管。
整體而言，酒店在區位和服務態度上有優勢，但在細節執行和硬件規劃上，與五星標準的差距明顯，期待後續能針對性改進。"

MMisafir Kullanıcı當初選擇五台山的住宿時，一眼就相中了這家。
服務真的很到位，無論是管家還是其他工作人員都非常熱情，有問題和需求總能第一時間得到迴應和解決。
酒店環境也很不錯，一樓有活動可以參加，二樓還設有頌缽的空間，氛圍很安靜。
我們住的是紅藤杖房型，視野非常開闊；每天房間還會送來果盤，不過水果選品如果能更用心些會更好——第二天果盤裡的草莓有發黴的情況😧
早餐是半自助形式，種類不算多，但味道很有家常感，台蘑夾肉餅很好吃！🤤
在五台山的三天裏，我們基本都在酒店解決吃飯問題。皮蛋豆腐很好吃，很有特色；丸子湯非常適合清淡口味的朋友。兩種熱鍋中，我更推薦特色暖鍋，相比之下台蘑菌土雞湯鍋裏的雞基本都是雞架，確實有點難綳🤦♀️

11878885****從北京六裏橋大巴出發，一場計劃已久的朝聖之旅便開始了。抵達五台山車站，與民宿管家有提前聯繫，到下車位置接上回民宿。由於不是自駕出行，民宿管家這邊都會貼心在指定的地點接送回家，衹需要提前跟管家打電話聯繫就好。行程比較緊張，展開特種兵的步伐一口氣爬上黛螺頂，下山回家後到茶室喝上一杯熱茶暖暖胃，並且與民宿大管家茵茵暢談甚歡，感覺就是久違的小夥伴，在一起開開心心的聊天。並且在這趟旅程中出現了今年很少下的雪，整個世界都是白色的，像被按下靜止鍵一樣，感受片刻的寧靜有種莫名的感動，覺得當下的時候真的是“觀當下，慢生活”的節奏。此趟五台山行不虛此行，收穫滿滿。也下榻了一家很有温度的家。還願時，我們還會回到山上這個久違又温馨的家~等我們。

AAnonim KullanıcıLocated near to Taiyuan town bus station. Can walk to the hotel from bus station, or if u tired of walking, can take the public bus from 普化寺 stop to 友谊路口 stop. (FOC, all public bus in Taiyuan Town does not need to pay bus fare). Only one bus stop to the hotel.
Very good location. Walking distance to the centre of Taiyuan Town temples. Cos, public buses sometimes are packed, Can choose walking if not tired. Traffic jam in the morning too.
Outside hotel is shopping street of the town. Hotel are near to 3 vegetarian restaurants. Can buy flowers baskets and fruits baskets from the shopping street flower n fruits stores if u wanna offering to Buddha. Flowers baskets are huge, price from RMB80. Fruits baskets RMB100. If buy from store outside temples, price might be more than shopping street price.
The hotel boss and staffs are very friendly and helpful. Always distributing bottles drinks to us when we leaving hotel.
Helped us book van to wutaishan mountain 5 terraces. And helped us book car for our one day trip out of the central, to the temples which are not so accessible by public buses (清凉寺，金阁寺, 竹林寺 and etc). Car booking half day trip is RMB300, full day RMB500. Recommended to book car, less walking up slope, driver can park car straight to temples car park.

TTAN BOON LIANG BERNARDThis is our first time visiting Wutaishan and we stayed here for 5 nights. We came here by a direct bus from Beijing and the hotel picked us from the bus terminal in Wutaishan. The hotel driver was helpful and polite. We were greeted by 2 pleasant front desk ladies upon check in. We received a beads bracket gift and welcome fruit plate .
During the first day we had an issue with the air conditioning unit in our room and they changed our room the very next day.
The hotel is located just off a busy street with lots of restaurants and shops. There is also a shuttle bus stop just around the corner. There are many famous temples here all within walking distance from the hotel. There is a restaurant in the hotel and the food is delicious and we had a meal served in our room.
The lady boss (who we didn’t meet) provided us with information for our trip planning and helped us to book a land tour of the 5 mountains.
Lastly we would like to compliment the 2 front desk staff, the 2 cleaning staff and the driver for their enthusiastic attitude and service.
Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

Additionally - the real highlight - Liu Kaidi couldn’t have been more helpful in helping to organize our trip with us. Amongst other things she: answered all of our questions we had about our hike around Mount Wutai, gave us a route and map, was extremely responsive on WeChat throughout our time in the area. She also allowed us to leave bags during our hike free of charge, helped us book and catch our bus to Taiyuan, arranged our bus to the East Terrace at 3.30am at the start of our hike (waking us up) and gave us a fantastic food recommendation for dinner (even walking us to the restaurant).
Our stay would not have even the same without her help and we are so grateful. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else if I came to the area.

AAnnie PBPMy room was spotless—so clean and fresh, and completely non-smoking, which was a huge plus. I loved relaxing in the bathtub while taking in the view.
Breakfast was a solid win with varieties of options, both international and Chinese. My favorite part was the freshly squeezed juice —such a nice touch! The Chinese restaurant downstairs was also great, especially the spicy chicken dish. If you like bold flavors, it's a must-try.
The hotel offers four mineral hot bath pools, which looked super clean. They do come at an extra charge, but they seem worth it if you're looking to unwind. Speaking of relaxation, the spa was amazing! The lady massager was incredibly kind, helping me with my lower back pain after a long week of traveling. She even shared a tip—walking backward to ease the pain!
The only downside was that during the spring season, there’s no air conditioning. If the room gets a bit warm, you’ll need to open the window for cooler air.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely recommend this place!

MMisafir KullanıcıOt's a small boutique hotel . The room was large and new looking. It had a small living room with comfortable chairs. The bathroom is average size with good hot shower.
The location is very good with easy access to restaurants and grocery shops. Be aware that everything concerned with food is just that little bit more expensive than other cities in China. But I guess the cost of hauling everything up to wu tai shan is costly.
The hotel is also close to the central bus station.
The manger Tong Tian Tian was most helpful. She came to pick us up from the bus station, helped us to book a day tour of the 5 mountain temples. ( which had to be cancelled halfway due to a snowstorm on the mountain tops, where the main temples were.
She then helped us to get our partial redunds.
And then helped us to book bus tickets for onward travel to Datong.
She was really helpful. On our first day she dropped us off at a temple nearly 20 mins away.
So top marks for her customer service
The hotel is a little short on the normal facilities like gym , small room fridge in the room, a restaurant ( so no breakfast )
