這次住得特別舒心，房間乾淨敞亮，住着很踏實。必須誇誇店裡的思涵，態度特別好，熱情又實在，有需求都立馬幫忙協調解決，説話客氣又貼心，一點不敷衍。整體性價比很高，住着舒服、服務到位，麼貼心的酒店真不錯，下次來還選這兒，真心推薦！

酒店在霧靈山腳下，走幾分鐘就到霧靈山遊客集散中心，有免費的擺渡車到景區門口。就是周邊就沒有其他可玩的了。 酒店人員非常熱情，感覺很好。 酒店自己有餐廳，性價比超級高，菜量非常大。 酒店內部，房間不大，但是收拾的很乾凈，有個小陽台可以坐着聊天，浴室的洗漱用品也都有。

酒店設施環境都不錯，房間寬敞明亮整潔舒適。所有服務人員主動熱情，細緻周到。早餐品種豐富，晚餐自助小火鍋食材新鮮，口味也不錯。湯泉項目也不少，茶餘飯後來這裏放鬆一下很愜意。已經是第二次來這裏。去年夏天來的，景色景觀更加好看。因為對這個酒店印象不錯，所以特地又帶家人來。這裏人不太多，是休閑放鬆的好地方，家人非常滿意，肯定會再來！

挺好的，就在避暑山莊旁邊，出行方便，房間中規中矩，倒是挺乾淨的，服務態度是真好，二樓吧枱小姐姐特別熱情，很健談，推薦了本地人常去的餐館，確實不錯👍游泳池很大，水質很好，看到了好幾個大帥哥尼🤩🤩推薦推薦

酒店的服務真是太棒了，從入住到退房客房服務員服務特別好，特別是前台的小姐姐特別熱情，房間的清潔工作特別細緻沒有一點灰塵，還有早餐特別棒👍🏻！洗澡也是免費的，浴區還有免費的水果可以吃，還有兩個大池子孩子可以在裏面游泳，這是我住過最好的酒店！

I don’t speak Chinese, but the staff there were very friendly and helpful. From checking in to checking out, the front desk staff helped me like a personal assistant. She even scheduled a massage and taxi service. Local guests I met at the hot pools were also very nice and welcoming. This is somewhat old place, but I like places with history. Be aware of the large portion of dishes you get at the restaurant. I couldn’t finish all the dishes as a solo traveler.

週末帶爸媽來隆化泡温泉，看到酒店是今年新開業的所以立馬訂了，整體設施很新，院裏有國網的充電樁很方便，負一樓的温泉區以及頂層的露天温泉泳池都值得體驗，當然希望水温更熱一點就好了。含的早餐不錯，挺豐富的，午餐晚餐單點也是量大價格不貴，整體體驗不錯，爸媽也很滿意。

這次入住體驗完全被前台的服務圈粉！辦理入住時效率超高，全程微笑問候，耐心講解酒店設施和周邊出行攻略，連本地小眾美食和便捷交通路線都細緻分享，比做的攻略還實用。不管是諮詢問題還是提出需求，都能快速響應、高效解決，專業素養和共情能力拉滿，讓奔波的旅途多了份温暖與安心。房間也打掃得一塵不染，床品柔軟親膚，隔音效果出色，讓旅途疲憊的我睡了個安穩覺。從入住到退房都順暢省心，性價比超高，下次來還選這裏！

Absolutely loving this place! The vibes is totally awesome and a nice place to chill with lots of activities to do, though unfortunately we only had one night here as we only planned to hike Jin Shan Ling, but we will definitely be back for more next round! Service and hospitality is top notch and absolutely grateful to have such a nice bunch of staff who were super friendly and warm. The hotel was near Jin Shan Ling (about 5 mins drive) and they even offered to drive and pick us to and fro the hotel and Jin Shan Ling. Within the hotel, they were concerned with us feeling cold so they ferried us to our room as our room was a few mins walk away, and fetched us from our room to the lobby when we wanted to hang out at their chill areas there which turned out to be really relaxing. They served super sumptuous meals including a hot pot set which was great for winter and even offered us complimentary dishes as part of winter solstice. One of the staff named Henry Zhang gave us a tour at their exhibition centre showing the various scenic areas in 四季山, 金山岭 and 北京城! We enjoyed the experience sharing from him and the explanation to the various attraction sites, appreciate the sweet gesture as he didn’t actually had to do that but he did so! Room was absolutely great and spacious, extremely clean and comfortable with heaters inside the restrooms which was super nice. It was a good night rest for us. Breakfast was their local dishes which was great too and super filling (buns, eggs, porridge, dough sticks, specialty cold dishes). All in all, we had no complains from the time we checked in, super loved the experience and it definitely make us want to book another trip here again soon! 特别喜欢这里的服务，在这里住的很舒服也非常开心。好美的地方和人，令我都马上想在订下一趟旅程来这里了！好可惜我们只住了一晚因为我们本来只是想爬金山岭，如果能待多几天那该多好。。简直完美! ❤️
