"We love this hotel. Staff were friendly and this lady: 阳阳晓明 was very friendly and helpful, giving us tips and suggestions on where to go. If you need help when booking this place, just add her. She will translate the messages you send ber using her wechat's translation app. On our first evening here we crossed the road outside the hotel and had a lovely time exploring. "Basically didn't get anything I booked the hotel for.The room I was given faced the alley way. Bathroom was mouldy and unpleasant with sewage smell coming from the drains. Had to keep the exhaust fan going constantly to try and vent the smell out. As with a lot of Hotels the sound proofing between rooms was non-existent. I booked a QueenRoom with window facing the river. If you want to choose this Hotel you'd better demand to see the room first so you don't get the ones in need of desperate renovations."

"The lobby was fancy and clean, and the front desk staff were friendly, even though they didn't speak any English Check-in as a foreign was hassle-free. The breakfast buffet was typical Chinese hotel breakfast food, just normal, but lacking in fresh fruit. It's close enough to the Mountain Scenic area to walk. I have two complaints, though. I had a windowless room, and it smelled awful inside, and the ventilation fan didn't help get rid of the smell. Also, the shower door wouldn't close all the way, so it left a huge puddle on the bathroom floor every time I took a shower. It was uncomfortable taking a shower while trying to hold the door shut as much as possible, too. The room was clean, when I checked in, though, and cleaned daily. I could hear some noise from guests in other rooms, like loud talking and toilets flushing. It would definitely be better if I had gotten a room with windows, to help get that smell out. It's easy to walk along the river from this hotel's location, though."

"If you want a getaway from beijing heat, this place is really close and easy to get access to, stuff is really friendly and this place looks like a heaven. Es waren draußen fast -20 Grad, aber innen war es wohlig warm. Der Besitzer hat uns gute Tipps für die Wanderung auf der Mauer gegeben. Das hausgemachte Essen war überaus köstlich. In den Zimmern hängen wunderschöne Fotografien der Mauer, die der Besitzer selbst angefertigt hat. Egal was wir benötigt haben, sie haben sich bestens und rührend um uns gekümmert. Vielen lieben Dank für die wunderbare Zeit! Wir werden wiederkommen 😊

Qqy****地理位置：離大灘鎮中心和馬鎮車程大約20分鐘，離百里天路南口車程大約10分鐘，對面就是雲中草原零距離。比鎮中心安靜太多了，那裡吵得讓人鬧心。但晚上還是有零星的煙花聲音。
酒店環境：院子設計挺好看的，依山而建錯落有致，房間裝修和設施都比較簡單，但也很清爽。
服務：旺季滿房，服務響應有點慢，但都很熱情。每天晚上9點還有篝火晚會。
餐飲：早餐有基本的粥牛奶主食小菜等，味道還可以；餐廳烤羊腿好吃，就是太難等了；酒店裡有家咖啡廳，美式很好喝，咖啡廳的風景也超讚。
其他：酒店裡有個巖石馬場，專業教騎馬的，可以騎馬體驗；酒店門口也有牧民經營的騎馬體驗。

TTommy ChawAt the beginning it is hard for me to choose even the review is positive, but when I arrive and check in, I totally change my view. The surrounding is cozy, the room are clean with no cigarette odour even they provide ash tray in the room (suggest owner take away the ash tray and put a notice smoke at provider smoking area out side the premises), toilet are bright and water pressure is good (but hope the owner can make a little bit changes for the wiring system of the water heater), the food is tasty and size are too big for solo traveller (suggest to owner set a
price for small size for not wasting food), the owner parents are friendly and always give the good service. At night, surrounding is quite and good to rest. it is a walking distance to Jing shang ling tourist center but if planning to do the sunrise walk the owner will provide a transfer service to the entrance at 330am. Overall it is a good choice to stay here.

MMisafir Kullanıcı衞生：與自己去過的同價位的幾家河北賓館衞生條件持平，但走廊的地毯需要翻新了，有點塵味兒，缺少餐巾紙（但去的幾家河北賓館也衹有兩家提供）
環境：住在街口，對面金隆廣場，但意外的到九點半就安靜了，這也是續訂的主要原因，另一個就是離承德避暑山莊近，馬路對面就是大潤發。
綜合上述，結合酒店價格整體性價比較高。
贈的洗浴汗蒸沒問要也沒打算用，時間有限。

MMisafir Kullanıcı該酒店位置比較好據避暑山莊，步行15分鐘就可以到了。客房佈局還可以，衞生間差點。賓館的前台。設定。工作人員的。着裝。都非常規範。像正規賓館的樣子。但是表面相。骨子裡不像。接待不熱情。不主動介紹自己賓館裡頭的餐飲。停車場啊。一副愛搭不理的樣子。攜程上説。可以免費停車，我停在他門口，他説停那兒可以，結果收費的來，收了13塊錢，大概是三小時。這不是錢的事兒。是工作素質的事兒。所以不要丟了，避暑山莊，承德服務業的面子。
最後讓我的車停在人行道上，兩邊都是樹，倒進去還真要點功夫
