"We love this hotel. Staff were friendly and this lady: 阳阳晓明 was very friendly and helpful, giving us tips and suggestions on where to go. If you need help when booking this place, just add her. "Basically didn't get anything I booked the hotel for.The room I was given faced the alley way. Bathroom was mouldy and unpleasant with sewage smell coming from the drains. Had to keep the exhaust fan going constantly to try and vent the smell out. As with a lot of Hotels the sound proofing between rooms was non-existent. I booked a QueenRoom with window facing the river. If you want to choose this Hotel you'd better demand to see the room first so you don't get the ones in need of desperate renovations."

"The lobby was fancy and clean, and the front desk staff were friendly, even though they didn't speak any English Check-in as a foreign was hassle-free. The breakfast buffet was typical Chinese hotel breakfast food, just normal, but lacking in fresh fruit. It's close enough to the Mountain Scenic area to walk. I have two complaints, though. I had a windowless room, and it smelled awful inside, and the ventilation fan didn't help get rid of the smell. Also, the shower door wouldn't close all the way, so it left a huge puddle on the bathroom floor every time I took a shower. It was uncomfortable taking a shower while trying to hold the door shut as much as possible, too. The room was clean, when I checked in, though, and cleaned daily. I could hear some noise from guests in other rooms, like loud talking and toilets flushing. It would definitely be better if I had gotten a room with windows, to help get that smell out. It's easy to walk along the river from this hotel's location, though."

Es waren draußen fast -20 Grad, aber innen war es wohlig warm. Der Besitzer hat uns gute Tipps für die Wanderung auf der Mauer gegeben. Das hausgemachte Essen war überaus köstlich. In den Zimmern hängen wunderschöne Fotografien der Mauer, die der Besitzer selbst angefertigt hat. Egal was wir benötigt haben, sie haben sich bestens und rührend um uns gekümmert. Vielen lieben Dank für die wunderbare Zeit! Wir werden wiederkommen 😊

Qqy****地理位置：離大灘鎮中心和馬鎮車程大約20分鐘，離百里天路南口車程大約10分鐘，對面就是雲中草原零距離。比鎮中心安靜太多了，那裡吵得讓人鬧心。但晚上還是有零星的煙花聲音。
酒店環境：院子設計挺好看的，依山而建錯落有致，房間裝修和設施都比較簡單，但也很清爽。
服務：旺季滿房，服務響應有點慢，但都很熱情。每天晚上9點還有篝火晚會。
餐飲：早餐有基本的粥牛奶主食小菜等，味道還可以；餐廳烤羊腿好吃，就是太難等了；酒店裡有家咖啡廳，美式很好喝，咖啡廳的風景也超讚。
其他：酒店裡有個巖石馬場，專業教騎馬的，可以騎馬體驗；酒店門口也有牧民經營的騎馬體驗。

TTommy ChawAt the beginning it is hard for me to choose even the review is positive, but when I arrive and check in, I totally change my view. The surrounding is cozy, the room are clean with no cigarette odour even they provide ash tray in the room (suggest owner take away the ash tray and put a notice smoke at provider smoking area out side the premises), toilet are bright and water pressure is good (but hope the owner can make a little bit changes for the wiring system of the water heater), the food is tasty and size are too big for solo traveller (suggest to owner set a
price for small size for not wasting food), the owner parents are friendly and always give the good service. At night, surrounding is quite and good to rest. it is a walking distance to Jing shang ling tourist center but if planning to do the sunrise walk the owner will provide a transfer service to the entrance at 330am. Overall it is a good choice to stay here.

2205358****暑假出去遊玩路過承德順便逛逛避暑山莊及周邊景點，從攜程上選擇了這家酒店，最初定的是無窗的，到了前台辦理入住時，前台小姐姐態度非常客氣並果斷給升級了客房，酒店整體環境很不錯，也有免費停車位，同時離各個景點也都很近（尤其避暑山莊），而且周邊餐飲商場有很多，方便購物就餐，最後説一下個人感想，伏天、尤其是晴天一定做好防曬，太熱了
