"The hotel location is good and the room was clean. However, during checkout at 8:30am, there was only one staff member at the counter. She was processing a check-in very slowly for the guest in front of me. When I informed her that I only needed to check out, she told me she would attend to me later. I ended up waiting for more than 10 minutes just to return my access card. When it was finally my turn, she told me that I could simply drop the card into the box. She could have informed me earlier instead of letting me wait unnecessarily in the queue."

"Wow! What a great place. Check in was pleasant and helpful; we arrived early (10a) so our room was ready. They held our luggage until we returned from Disneyland that evening. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was great and the staff outstanding, they worked hard and exhibited happiness. Grandkids loved the water slides and pool area. Staff there seemed bored but still helpful. All in all they have a great staff; HR be sure to take care of them! If we ever have the opportunity to revisit Anaheim, the Cambria will be on our list to stay at again."

ロケーションがとても良く、ディズニーまで徒歩10分〜15分なので0時までディズニーに滞在しても同じようにホテルに戻る人がたくさんいたので安心感がありました。
タオルも毎日交換され、コーヒーの補充やバスタブの髪の毛なども回収されており、その辺は良かったです。
ただ、シャワーの使い方にコツが入ります！
まず蛇口から水を出すのに温度調節のレバーを引っ張り出す必要があります！レバーを回すだけでは水は出ません！かなり力を必要とするので、濡れた手や石鹸のついた手では滑るので気をつけてください！
レバーを引き出したら下の蛇口から水が出るので、蛇口の上部分のつまみを引っ張り上げるとシャワーに切り替わります。温度調節はレバーを回してできますが、回しすぎると冷水に戻ったりするので調整してください。
また、シャワールームにゴキブリが1匹出ました。
シャワーの使い方もわからず、ゴキブリも退治できなかったのでフロントに電話して対応してもらいました。
メンテナンスを向かわすと言って、15分ほどしても誰も来なかったので結局フロントまで呼びに行きました。
フロントの人はすぐにメンテナンスに連絡入れてくれていたようですが、メンテナンスの人が毎回どこかに行っているのかすぐに来てくれません。ディズニー閉園まで遊んで、それから起こる部屋の問題に正直とても疲れました。私たちが色々とフロントに電話したからか、最終日にはお詫びの品としてクッキーが部屋に置いてありました😅
人が来るのに時間はかかりますがこちらから依頼すれば対応はしてくれるので、部屋に何も問題なければディズニーに徒歩圏内で行けて、清掃もされていて、寝るだけのホテルとして値段相応だと思います。"

房間挺大，都有小陽台。酒店像個小花園一樣，還有小童玩水的樂園。因為附近是高速，噪音挺大的，沒辦法。
停車收費，價格可以接受，税後大概30。我們11點退房，也同意我們停到14:00。

"Hotel was a short walk to the entrance to Disneyland and California Adventure. Check in was very quick and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Parking was additional but not a deal breaker, although other hotels on the block do offer free parking. They do guarantee a spot for each room, so that is helpful. After parking we were contacted by staff to move our truck to a larger spot where it would be safer, very nice touch! The room was clean and easy to access by stairs or elevator. The common space for the room and bathroom were very small, but doable. Keurig type coffeemaker and coffee/tea provided in the room along with a mini fridge and microwave all in working order. Bed and pillows were comfy. I would definitely book again, especially at the rate we got on Trip."

すぐ隣のトイストーリーパーキングからディズニーへのシャトルバスも次々と出てますし、すごく便利でした。近くにチーズケーキファクトリーなどもありますし⭐︎

MMisafir KullanıcıLocation is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

My only issues were when checking in, the man that helped me was extremely kind but the woman on the counter next to him was very rude and took my ID away from him and stared at it and then at me very accusatory. I don’t know if she thought it was fake or what but it was awkward and very rude. My other issue was that when we came down for breakfast around 8:30 (breakfast ends at 9:30) they were almost completely out of food (all that was left was some potatoes, cereal, and oatmeal) and when we asked the kitchen staff if they were going to restock it we were rudely ignored until finally she said what they put out already was all that they were going to for the day. Overall the location and the room were pretty great it was just some of the staff that ruined it a little. (Except for the man who checked us in, he was very kind!). Not a terrible experience but if I’m paying this much I would expect better service.

Overall was a good experience. Place felt safe as well, the bus stop to Disneyland was within the compound so it felt a lot safer. The hotel after this busstop had homeless people sleeping on the benches.

The only thing is, it has 2 stories & if you are on the bottom floor people seem to make alot of noise above you, like kids running up & down or adults stomping across the room. The girls went into the pool once because apparently it was too cold. There is a Denny's across the road & opposite that is a small market/grocery store where if you buy 1 of those gallon water bottles then you can refill for 25 cents. There is no breakfast at this hotel but I bought a big box of cereal each from home & bought a 4 pack of bowls from K mart for $2 & breakfast was done. Outside Denny's is a bus stop but download the ART bus app. I paid $48usd for the 3 of us for 3 days & it saved our legs especially when done in Disney. There are also 2 Service stations with Orca right next door & the other across from that. There is a wonderful new laundromat next door as well. Overall our stay was nice & front desk people were helpful. I would stay there again even though I usually stay more in the vicinity of Disneyland Park. There is also lots of eateries around & a 20 minute walk up the road to Target which sells not only clothes but groceries & fresh fruit & Veg as well.

BBeibeibeika離迪士尼很近，83路2刀一個人，公交車一站就到，走路要20多分鐘。晚上回來沒公交車打Uber15刀。入住第一晚直接在酒店看到了迪士尼的煙花（第二天竟然沒有煙花），賺到了！免費停車真的很棒，車停酒店自己去迪士尼就行了，省35刀停車費。作為迪士尼附近的酒店性價比還行吧。
備註不想住角落，直接安排在了路口，雖然離電梯近但人來人往有點吵。房間隔音不好，走廊走路説話都能聽見，還好我們太累了睡眠好。
整體設施看起來有點舊舊的。公共區域的製冰機第一天是壞的。自動售貨機裏是空的，根本沒有飲料可以買，酒店也不提供礦泉水，大晚上不知道能去哪裡買水。建議入住前在周圍加油站買好水。附近吃飯的地方倒是挺多，飯店門口基本都有免費停車。
早餐沒有正經餐食，居然是給我們發了一包燕麥棒，還好有橙汁和咖啡可以喝。自製了一杯橙C美式，很不錯。

The bathroom faucet is broken , it moves when you turn it on.
The kleenex holder has no kleenex and its rusty.
The lights needed new light bulbs. So it was very dark in the room.
None of the ice machines were working. And when I told the girl , she said nothing to me, like she didn't care.
Then I asked for hand towels , wash cloth and 1 more bath towel and the maid said no, they didn't do the laundry, so me and my husbandp had no wash clothes to wash our face, nor dry our hands.
Then complimentary coffee in the morning, I was looking forward to,. Never .existed. she told me I had to pay her 4.00 for a cup of black coffee!!!
The refrigerator in our room was broken, the door of it was held together with tape!!
How could a lovely town have such a scummy hotel!!!?
Why don't you fix things that break , gave ice for your customers, and towels!! Towels are pretty darn important!!
Don't lie about complimentary coffee and then try to sell it for 4.00 a cup.
Alot needs to be fixed on this hotel. It's hideous, and could be so nice if you just tweak a little bit of things. .
I'm sorry but 1 star, I need towels when I get out of a shower.
I need ice too, and coffee would be greatly appreciated.
