但是比較打動我的還是細節吧。
睡覺時不喜歡枕床上的靠枕，第一天入住就拿到一邊，一般的打掃可能直接給我復原了吧，但是等我晚上回來，發現清潔人員不止打掃過，還把我不用的靠枕收在了不起眼的角落。有一種你的小習慣被工作人員努力維護的樣子。
甚至走前趕高鐵，兩個貼心的前台小姐姐還教我去哪裡打車更方便。有這樣的服務我還可以再住十年🥰"

"The hotel was very neat and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was good, except that welcome music would play every time you enter the room. The breakfast was alright, it was just enough to fill you up until lunch with a decent selection. There's a convenience store with 3 minutes of the hotel. One issue is the proximity to a restaurant and the occasional drunk person to be close to, or inside the hotel."

"Must like~~The enthusiastic service of the ladies has conquered me. I check in quickly and have a habit of booking a standard room. I like to have an extra bed for clothes, which is spacious enough. "前台小孫特別熱情，把我的快遞都理好了等我入住的時候取，真是五星的服務，讓人感覺到鹽城的温度。
房間很大，經典的裝修但是卻是智能的客房，有小度，有智能馬桶，電視可以投屏，有浴缸和一次性浴缸套，很貼心。

The hotel is surrounded by lush greenery, creating a peaceful and refreshing atmosphere. The entire property was impeccably clean, making my stay even more enjoyable.
What truly stood out was the exceptional service. The staff were warm, friendly, and always ready to help. They went the extra mile by offering assistance proactively—whether guiding me or simply checking in to ensure everything was perfect. Their attentiveness added a personal touch that made me feel truly valued as a guest.
I was also deeply impressed by their honesty and efficiency. When I realized I had left an item behind, I called the hotel, and 小徐 (Xiao Xu) at the front desk confirmed within seconds that it had been safely kept. She even arranged for it to be delivered to me the very next day—such outstanding service!
Thanks to this wonderful experience, I will definitely choose Mercure hotels again in the future. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making my stay so delightful!

CChanyiZen酒店環境很不錯，比較清凈，温泉品質挺好的，全家人都覺得很舒服很滿意。在這裏遇到的每一位服務員都很熱情，客房阿姨貼心地提前準備好了膠囊咖啡機，一入住立刻就能打咖啡節省了很多力氣，開電瓶車在景區裏接送我們的小哥一路還給我們講解介紹了幾個打卡點，並且主動幫忙拍照，很有服務意識非常棒，從酒店的庭院裏直接就能上船遊湖，即便是冬天風景也是很不錯的，非常難忘的體驗

quick. Being able to check in at 9 a.m. was also great. The staff members were helpful and friendly. The room was nice and spacious.
The view is absolutely beautiful, and the area where the hotel is situated was very quiet and relaxing over the May holidays. Breakfast was lovely; there were Chinese and western food options.
Just a suggestion: with the floors of the room being dusty, it would be great if the hotel had basic cleaning equipment, especially for longer stays (I do not feel comfortable contacting the staff to clean the room, especially with the language barrier, so it would just be easy to do it myself quickly).
It would also be great if a microwave, plates, cutlery, and serving utensils could be included in rooms, especially for longer stays and for parents with children. Having rooms with a play area would also be awesome, and I would definitely pay more if the above were included.
There is also room service available from the cafe on the first floor, where drinks and sandwiches can be delivered to your room, or you can enjoy it downstairs with a great book from the library.
I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

DDavid Shick!Not bad, but the room had a damp musty odor that wasn’t pleasant. It was clean overall. Good breakfast the next morning. We enjoyed our stay in my wife’s hometown of Dongtai.

MMisafir KullanıcıOur stay there was enjoyable. One of our only notes for improvement was about the safe in our room not being ready ahead of time. Luckily the staff assisted in getting a new one, as the one in our room was not working, but they had to go through three broken ones just to find one that worked. Another note would be about the lack of air conditioning in the elevator and hallway. They set front desk in the 4th floor , but put gym and laundry room in the 1st floor where is no air conditioning and no security, the 1st floor is open access to anyone which made me nervous while doing laundry in the might.

TTime Traveller123This wasn’t my first time staying in Mingcheng Jinjiang hotel but I must say this time they reminded me how great they are.. I contacted them in advance asking them if they will provide temporary residence registration form. They were super professional especially Sandy Li, who made sure the form was ready. Check-in was smooth and quick, car parking was super convenient. Hotel room was clean and spacious. I asked for a bottle of water, they sent 3 bottles. They were amazing throughout my stay there. It’s a pity I missed breakfast both days as I woke up late hahaha.. but overall an amazing experience.. will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Yancheng.

酒店的位置堪稱絕佳，出門步行幾分鐘就是大縱湖景區入口，不用早起趕行程，慢悠悠晃過去正好趕上湖面晨霧未散的景緻。剛到酒店門口，服務人員便熱情上前幫忙提行李，走進大堂，古色古香的江南園林風撲面而來，木質迴廊搭配着潺潺水景，陽光透過雕花窗欞灑在地面，恍惚間像是走進了一幅水墨畫卷，隨手一拍都是能刷爆朋友圈的大片。辦理入住時，前台小薛的服務更是讓人眼前一亮。她不僅動作麻利，很快就完成了手續，還主動詢問我們的出行需求。得知我們是來賞秋度假，立刻拿出景區地圖，耐心標註出最佳觀賞點，甚至貼心提醒傍晚的蘆葦盪日落別錯過，連酒店內哪個角度拍湖景最出片都細細告知。更讓人感動的是，聽説同行的長輩腿腳不便，她悄悄協調，免費幫我們升級了離電梯更近的湖景房，推窗就是波光粼粼的湖面，秋風帶着蘆葦的清香飄進房間，瞬間驅散了旅途的疲憊。房間的佈置也滿是用心，中式風格的傢俱透着雅緻，床品柔軟親膚，躺下就像陷進雲朵裏，一夜好眠到天亮。衞生間乾濕分離，洗漱用品齊全，連浴帽、卸粧棉這些小物件都擺放得整整齊齊。清晨被鳥鳴喚醒，到餐廳吃早餐時，更是被豐富的菜品驚艷，中式的魚湯麪鮮掉眉毛，西式的麪包甜點精緻可口，還有當地特色的小吃琳琅滿目，工作人員不時上前詢問是否需要添茶，貼心又周到。晨間盛食 一城一味，有很多當地特色閑暇時在酒店裡散步，更是處處皆景。亭台樓閣依水而建，錦鯉在池塘裏遊弋，偶爾還能看到工作人員細心修剪綠植，整個園區乾淨整潔，透着精緻的生活氣息。傍晚時分，坐在湖邊的露台吹吹風，看着夕陽把湖面染成金色，遠處的蘆葦盪隨風搖曳，這般愜意的時光，足以讓人忘卻所有煩惱。這次的大縱湖之行，因為大縱湖開元度假酒店變得格外圓滿。無論是絕佳的地理位置、雅緻舒適的居住環境，還是以小薛為代表的暖心服務，都讓人感受到滿滿的誠意。如果下次再來大縱湖，這裏一定會是我的首選，也真心推薦給每一個想要尋覓愜意時光的朋友！一直住開元的品牌果然預料之中的很好

__WeChat292009****常年出差在外，全國各地到處跑了十多年，她家是我住過的唯一想找缺點都困難的酒店，比一些連鎖酒店還優秀！衞生十分乾淨，第一次躺在被子有淡淡清香的床上，我能想到這是老闆親自清洗的被褥，因為聞的出來是洗衣粉的香味，一般清洗廠是捨不得用好的洗滌劑的！這也是我唯一能確定確實是一客一換的，時間長就沒有味道了！下次來這裏直接入住，不用選擇了！好評！還有，他家這邊停車位挺多的，入住很方便！而且價格特別便宜，

1st impressions were good. Even though the staff spoke very limited English they checked me in efficiently (I do speak some Chinese but if you don't it's okay). The rooms are a good size and the big picture windows give great views over the public lake/park. the only downside was the faint aroma of stale cigarette smoke in the room but this is China and unfortunately to be expected.
The downside was the breakfast was very Chinese and though I love the cuisine here I'm not a lover of Chinese breakfast. It would have been better if the cook knew how to make fried eggs in different styles than just solid yokes and they invested in a good coffee machine. The coffee was in a flask....and was white....I didn't even try the bit I poured into a cup. The positive is Wuyue Plaza is a 10 minute stroll and has a Starbucks and MacDonalds!
I had a look at the gym and pool. Gym was 10 yuan, pool was 40. Both looked okay. The hotel grounds needed a bit of a tidy up but were okay. I couldn't find direct access into the lake/park area but then I was only there 2 nights.
The big convenience was Wuyue Plaza. The top floor was restaurants. A decent selection. Towards the back on the outside walking street was a decent little bar (Black Vine). Nice manager, 8 craft beer taps, lots of bottled beer.
Yes, I'd stay here again as it suited my purpose.
