必須給拾雲澗民宿打滿分！這趟宜昌跨年夜之行也太值了！ 360度觀景天台直接封神，三峽大壩、五級船閘、西陵長江大橋的風光一覽無餘，跨年夜伴着江風看景超愜意！侘寂風混搭徽派建築的環境很對味，房間乾淨到沒話説，床品軟乎乎的，一夜睡到天亮超舒服。空氣能熱水水壓足、温度夠，洗澡簡直是享受！老闆娘熱情又實在，跨年夜陪我們喝茶聊天，像朋友一樣暖心。 民宿的飯菜更是絕，尤其是肥魚火鍋，鮮得掉眉毛，湯喝了一碗還想續！本來衹打算住一晚，不想在高速上跨年，果斷續住，這波操作太值了！下次來宜昌，還選拾雲澗，真心推薦！

這次我們姐妹4人帶上爸媽自由旅行，途徑北京、上海、杭州、宜昌、印象最深刻的還是宜昌，在攜程上下單長城假日酒店，吾悦廣場店，還未到店客服就聯繫上我並加上我微信，因為第一次來宜昌，感覺很陌生，但是經過客服的熱心講解，心裏踏實多了，到店入門之後就體念到客服的熱情接待，店內各種配套設施、裝修、環境、細節問題做得很到位，這麼多年來也住過消費比較高的酒店，都比不了這低消費，高品質的長城假日酒店，我絕對不是什麼託之類的，這是我親身體驗的結果。 下午因為我們行李比較多，在來遊輪的大巴車上把我爸的胰島素背包掉在車上！那時真的是着急得冒冷汗呢，爸的胰島素每天都需要打，而且是固定產品，馬上給遊輪管家小龔聯繫上，結果大巴車師傅已經開回到宜昌城區了，經過管家小龔的努力協商下，幫我們在晚上21點送到遊輪邊上，而且是一分錢都沒有收的，關鍵是來回路程是3個多小時，真心感謝這些我們都沒有見過麪宜昌的陌生人，謝謝您們。

The hotel is clean, modern with state of the art technology. The lobby manager Ms Ma was marvelous. She helped us to get the shuttle car to send us the airport the day we left. She then made some follow up call to tell us that they found a cosmetic brush in the room of my colleague. She offered to keep it for us until our next stay. We thanked her for her kindness but told her to dispose of it. We really appreciate her friendliness and professionalism. We will stay there for our next trip.

I'll simply say that this is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Value for money, design of my liking, exceptional service, excellent location are a few of the reasons why I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a vacation in Yichang. I would like to mention the exceptional service given by Ms. Xiaolin, Ms. NiuNiu and Ms. MiaoMiao. They went the extra mile to make our stay a memorable one. Room was a good size, cleaned everyday with complementary snacks and drinks replaced daily. Breakfast was really good too, we looked forward to it everyday for the 5 nights we stayed here. There is a laundry area you can use anytime you wish, a gym and a nearby park you can enjoy overlooking Yangtze river. It was easy to go around too, we booked Didi taxi even late at night and encountered no problems. We hope to stay here again next time we visit Yichang!

設施：全季新品，增加了茶空間，可以做商務洽談，非常棒，並且這個茶空間酒店在16樓，一線江景，愛了愛了 衞生：新酒店，衞生還不錯 環境：聽前台小姐姐説酒店地處宜昌最繁華地區萬達，啥都有，幹啥都方便。離遊客中心幾分鐘路程，聯通便利，整個樓梯是目前萬達那邊最高的大樓，真一線江景，早餐美味可口 服務：服務棒棒噠，自助入住，茶水煮的好喝

We loved our stay at Westin Yichang. A new hotel opened in 2025. It is located at the riverside with stunning river view. A bit away from the city centre but we used didi to travel around with no problem. We absolutely love where we stay. During the day we were on tour bus or away for sightseeing, in the evening we would take the kids for a swim at the indoor swimming pool. The pool is super clean and warm and its huge. You would need to wear head cover which they sell around 3 yuan. After swimming, we would catch didi to a restaurant. Didi ride is super cheap too. The room is huge (we booked 2 beds - 2 adults and 2 kids). Beds are comfortable. The pillows might be a tad too fluffy for my liking - but thats just personal preference. Daily housekeeping and amenities replacements which we appreciated. Services are amazing - everyone is very friendly and kind. They dont speak much English but they tried real hard to help. Should not have any problem communicating if you download the translator apps (we did not 😅) We loved everything about Westin Yichang - but the real star is the swimming pool for the kids to swim around in the evening. The downside: The dining options are a let down. It took too long to wait for the food (we were the only guests that night). And the food did not impress us. Overall: love Westin Yichang and would stay there again next time.

訂了兩個不同的房間，都很好，主要是老闆一家人都特別熱情好客，房間收拾得乾乾淨淨，雖然自家並未開飯店也推薦到隔壁飯莊吃，但我們就想吃點家常菜，老闆娘就去田裡摘了些菜加點肉絲幫我們炒了三菜一湯，新鮮好吃還很實惠，真的很温馨。

The service is good and the room is clean. Despite the harsh weather conditions, the room is always cool. Well ventilated. They also have a handsome and beautiful receptionist who always welcomes customers with a smile. Despite the language barrier, I enjoy my days in their facilities. I highly recommend it to anyone.

Very good location with large shopping mall nearby. Many good restaurants in the area. Large and comfortable room with very nice soft bed. Good housekeeping service.

風景不錯，適合拍照，尤其是夕陽和日出，我們住的那天晚上天空沒有星星⭐️，春季去可以免費採茶，夏季的茶老了。導航偶爾會把人往小路上引，不要走，其實全程都是環山的柏油馬路。
