"We chose this hotel mainly for its perfect location—just steps from the station. Check-in was a breeze because the super friendly staff had our room card ready before we arrived. They upgraded us to a spacious, spotless snow mountain view room, and even gave us complimentary breakfast with lots of options, even though we hadn’t booked a meal package. Absolutely loved our stay here—definitely recommend!"

"Our family of four stayed in the Mountain View Family Room at Kui Ran Snow Mountain Resort from 24 to 28 December. This was a rather spur-of-the-moment booking on Trip.com, and while we had seen photos of the resort beforehand, nothing quite prepared us for the genuinely warm and personalised experience that awaited us, and the amazing view! Even before our arrival, the young and enthusiastic team reached out via WeChat to ensure a smooth check-in. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel completely at home. Every encounter — whether with management, kitchen staff, or the housekeeping ah yees — was met with friendly greetings and heartfelt small talk. What truly stood out was the personalised chat group created for our stay. Through it, we received thoughtful and detailed updates each day: breakfast menus, nightly bonfire timings, homemade supper featuring warm desserts, and even morning messages letting us know when the skies were clear so we wouldn’t miss the snow-capped mountains at their most magnificent. Breakfast was a colourful spread with plenty of options, and a special mention goes to the friendly barista who patiently prepared complimentary warm drinks for us each day — we were truly spoilt for choice. A big thank-you to the entire Kui Ran team. Apart from 小九, whom we spoke with daily, I was too shy to ask for the names of the other attentive and perpetually cheerful staff. Thank you for making the final days of our Yunnan trip so welcoming and memorable. I will definitely be recommending Kui Ran to friends and family — it is truly a hidden gem."

"Very barebones, but clean, comfortable and straightforward stay located conveniently next to Lijiang railway station. If you're coming to Lijiang by train and then plan to take a flight the next day (like we did) this hotel is superbly located ~halfway between Lijiang old town and Lijiang airport."

"We booked Hilton one day before our returning flight. The room has a great value for the price. It's clean and we got nothing to complain. Check out the bathtub, which is in porcelain material and super big. Also the bedding is super comfy and we could choose other special pillows on request. Btw, we also tried the pool and the gym. Both got great quality stuff. In the second morning, I went down to pick up some delivery, and Richard Li at the front desk saw me sneeze and asked if I got cold. And I later on got a pot of ginger tea in the room. I appreciate the service. Overall, Hilton is beyond my expectations and I'm very happy for the living quality I got and the price I've paid. "This is an excellent place to stay for anyone looking to unwind and catch the sunrise. It is approximately 15 minutes from the key sunrise (日照金山) viewing spots and about 30 minutes from Jade Dragon Snow Mountain (玉龙雪山). The location offers a thoughtful balance of convenience and tranquillity. Ride-hailing via DIDI is straightforward (there’s always a ride confirmed within a few seconds), and Baisha Ancient Town (白沙古镇) is less than a 10-minute walk away. For those planning to visit Shuhe Ancient Town (束河古镇) and Lijiang Ancient City (丽江古城), they are about 15 minutes and 30 minutes away respectively. Yundu (云渡) is well-situated for both nature excursions and easy access to the surrounding towns. The service is excellent—my room was consistently cleaned while I was at breakfast—and other meals (lunch/dinner) can be ordered from the kitchen at very reasonable prices. One of the highlights of my stay, however, was returning each day to their seven-month-old Samoyed, who is friendly and playful whenever he is not entertaining other guests. I initially planned to stay four nights but extended to seven because of the cosy atmosphere, convenient location, and daily playtime with Sanjin (三斤). You can also ask the front desk or message them on WeChat anytime—everyone there is so friendly and helpful. One day, they even surprised me with a bun from Henan, which was such a sweet touch."

"My stay at Yulong Snow Mountain Hot Spring exceeded expectations. The staff were exceptionally friendly and responsive, even running a WeChat group to answer questions instantly. The hot spring tub was spacious, it could be filled with natural underground spring water, and the breakfast was satisfying. There was a day when I woke up early before the breakfast is ready. When requested, they actually take the effort to pack some snacks for us to bring for our day trip to Yulong Snow Mountain. The hotel also provides a complimentary one-time 7‑seater shuttle service within a 10km radius—perfect for transfers between the station and hotel (best to confirm when booking). Unfortunately due to my schedule, I stayed there for only 2 days. It might be slightly away from 古城 but didi is convenient available (roughly 20yuan)"

"朋友們朋友們，趕緊沖呀，強烈推薦，200+的房間，能看到雪山🏔️，不僅如此，二樓有個大平台直觀雪山，就連吃早餐的時候餐廳裏就能看到雪山，性價比直接拉滿，房間裏面一次性用品真的是我想不到的都有耶，直接一整個愛住了，梳子，刮鬍刀，香皂，牙膏，小包洗衣液，擦鞋布，一次性馬桶墊，真的是太貼心了，還有還有，他們家的小兔子🐇可愛的呀，白白的，胖呼呼的，還有一衹可愛的阿拉斯加小七，濃眉大眼，哈哈，可愛極了，還有一衹小貓咪🐱，可會撒嬌了，愛不釋手，還有小羊🐏，可愛的，我在麗江兩天，我哪裡也沒去，就在客棧，溜溜狗狗，逗逗貓咪，喂喂小兔子，找老闆喝喝茶，很快一天就過去啦，走的時候都捨不得，下次再來麗江，這家會是我的首選，太讚了，工作人員熱情，服務周到，跟她們相處讓我感受到輕鬆自在，一點也不假，簡直就是好朋友一樣的老闆，活該他們家生意好，坐在前台喝茶，老闆手機就沒停過，不停的有人諮詢房間，快沖！祝老闆生意興隆，財源廣進，客棧越做越好越做越大越做越強！！！！"
