The staff was super friendly and accommodating, and the room had so many amenities! A washer/dryer, onsen bath, oxygen tank, hot water dispenser, projector screen, complimentary daily afternoon tea, and more... the height of luxury at a very reasonable nightly rate :)

We had an amazing stay at Pauline. Definitely a top choice to get away from the hustle and bustle of Lijiang. It’s located in Yuhu village that is quieter and smaller but the surrounding is super peaceful and chill. We loved the view from our room where we can see the courtyard as well as the snow mountain. Our room in Pauline is super beautiful and comfortable and we wished we stayed longer than two nights. The staff in Pauline are also very helpful and friendly to us, making sure that we know where to go and are well taken care of. Breakfast in the hotel is also very good, and it was served in their very beautiful and comfortable cafe area. The cats are also very cute. Highly recommend for people who wants to have a quiet getaway but still close enough to the tourist sites.

玖久·雪見山真的是玉龍雪山腳下的寶藏住處！推門即是綠植鮮花環繞的庭院，離白沙古鎮幾步之遙，卻藏着難得的靜謐。 房間落地窗超絕，清晨睜眼就能邂逅皚皚雪山，遇上日照金山更是驚艷到難忘。全屋智能、地暖加持，浴缸配投影的配置，讓休憩時光格外愜意。 二樓主天台的無邊水景好出片，三樓觀景吊椅和屋頂花園更是放空的好地方，午後泡杯茶看雲捲雲舒，時光都慢了下來。 服務也貼心滿分，幫忙搬行李、現煮米線、歡迎水果、篝火燒烤一應俱全，細節處全是温暖。不用趕行程，衹管靜享雪山與慢生活，下次來麗江還選這裏！

They went above and beyond to help us catch our return train. On the day of our departure, the weather was extremely bad. We couldn’t find any DiDi or taxi on our own, so we asked for help at the reception - and they instantly arranged transport for us, even though we had just 30 minutes left before departure. Thanks to them, we made it right on time with our toddler. The hotel is in an amazing location, with great service and very helpful staff. As a non-Chinese-speaking guest, communication was sometimes difficult for me, but they were always patient and made the effort to understand my queries and provide the best possible solutions.

Initially, we booked the family suite but had to change the room due to an issue with the toilet. The boss was very helpful and quickly arranged a new room for us. The new room was much more comfortable, so we are thankful to the boss for that. Regarding cleanliness, we wish the rooms could be cleaner. The hotel should pay more attention to hygiene, especially that of the toilet. Another inconvenience was that there were many mosquitos in the room. Fortunately, the hotel provided a mosquito killer racquet and killer mats, so we were able to eliminate most of the mosquitos. Perhaps the mosquitos find some breeding grounds on the beautiful patio in the middle of the house. The location of the hotel is good. It's very quiet but close enough to most of the attractions in the city of Lijiang. The service attitude is very good. The boss and the cleaning lady are very kind and attentive. The lady prepared a nice breakfast for us, so thank you. The boss helped us book a taxi for the day we were leaving early in the morning. We really appreciate the kind service provided by the staff. Regarding price for value, we think it might be a bit overpriced given the condition of the rooms. Overall, this hotel is very beautiful. The furniture is traditional and beautiful. The central patio is exquisite and we loved the traditional Chinese design. The staff is kind and attentive.

I rarely write reviews for hotels, but I really loved their service. So far, this is the hotel that offers the best service. A staff member explained all the attractions and food options in Baisha Village in detail. They provide afternoon tea, evening snacks, and breakfast—all included in the hotel fees. They also offer other services like candle making and baking classes. Unfortunately, due to my packed schedule, I didn’t get to register for those classes. Nonetheless, I enjoyed my stay and the top-notch service provided.

不是家，卻比家更讓人開心 是我住過最開心 睡得最舒服的民宿 院裏設計特別用心 晚上可以坐在院子裏和狗狗玩 不冷也不熱 吹吹風 有衹隕石邊牧叫luka 性格特別特別好 不咬人 不會叫 喜歡你就會來抱抱你 晚上院裏很安靜 狗狗會回房間睡覺 不會亂叫 大家可以放心（帶小孩子來玩的不用害怕）還有兩衹怕人的小貓 位置極佳：步行兩分鐘拐個彎直接進入到白沙古鎮裏 再步行兩分鐘就到“白沙”兩個字的網紅合照門頭了 再步行五分鐘就可以到那些網紅咖啡店拍照 外賣什麼好吃的都可以點的到 衞生：床品非常舒服 非常乾淨 鋪得非常整齊 如果需要一次性四件套可以問前台購買 在大理幾乎睡不着在這裏三天都是自然醒倒頭就睡 服務： 前台會加微信發來發好吃的好玩的 不管是幾點都是秒回 非常熱情 有求必應 解答所有問題 設施：房間內有小冰箱 蚊香 花露水 其他設施也一應俱全（雖然是木屋但是房間內幾乎沒有蚊蟲 我是招蚊子體質但是這幾天一個包都沒咬到）餐廳 健身房 都有 公共區域非常大 這幾天麗江下雨 不出屋都在小木屋裡聽着雨聲睡覺 雨停了就在小院裏訂外賣 和狗狗貓貓玩 真的太開心了！！！！！ 這是我第一次發自內心的小作文評價 本來對小木屋的衞生不抱有希望 但住了之後遠遠超出了我的期待 和以前住過的小木屋完全不一樣 這個非常非常乾淨 大可以放心. 最後附上我和七個月的小luka的美美合照 期待下一次的見面！
