"A nice new hotel with big comfortable rooms. Very good breakfast. Hardly anybody speaks English which is not a very big deal these days. Shopping mall with varIous restaurants next door.
In the hotel they advertise, you have a free sauna pass, but the sauna is not operational :-)
Nevertheless, I enjoyed my stay here for one whole week."

"是loft酒店式公寓，海景很好，躺在床上就可以看見海，不出門呆在房裡看海發呆也挺舒服。東面的房間正對普陀山，可以看日出和遠眺南海觀音像，西面的客廳可以看日落和朱家尖海峽大橋，很幸運日出和日落我們都趕上了。乾淨、設施齊全，缺點是不提供一次性浴巾，地理位置比較偏，離朱家尖各景點較遠，但離碼頭近，去沈家門和東港比較方便。因為我們要住兩晚，需要洗衣機，訂的房間裏沒有洗衣機，前台就幫我們把公寓內的另一間房門給打開了，免費讓我們使用，感謝！"

缺點：1.酒店比較簡陋，沒有地方洗衣服；2.最大問題是空調排風口設定有問題，直吹護欄導致上下層温差大，一樓最小風就感覺很冷，根本沒法睡覺。結果全家衹能跑到二樓小床橫着睡了3個，樓梯間夾層睡了1個；3.沒有早餐，周邊也空荒的，沒有配套設施，也沒有介紹上的機器狗體驗和表演"

Very clean.and mini bar was inclusive, and replenished daily, coffee only 2 capsules could do with more.
Breakfast was good (very busy but mid-autumn Festival period so.expected), wide variety of both Chinese & European food.
Negative points for a supposedly 5 star hotel, there is no food ordering room services, for breakfast, lunch, dinner, & late night snacks.
You can order local takeaways and delivery to hotel lobby.
No hotel car services available, even when requested 1-2 days in advance, had to use local Didi services."

"這次是第二次來舟山看到有悦榕集團的酒店，二話不説肯定要定來試試，因為對他們家的那個質量把控真的是太放心
悦榕一直是秉持度假系列，他們選址可能會偏一點點，但是讓你肯定得到真正的放鬆
酒店新開兩個多月，硬件肯定是沒話説的，我們來到晚上已經是九點多，前台小周很貼心的幫我房間升級了泡池房

衞生：我們住了三天兩夜打掃得很乾凈，而且服務員還會主動的幫我們補水，真的是太貼心了
這裏應該是一個帶娃聖地，這次沒有帶孩子出門，但是看到小童俱樂部也是讓我覺得做得很細心，現在像這麼大型的小童俱樂部的酒店真的不多了
早餐我也挺滿意的，雖然不是很多的選擇，但是品類該有的都有了，而且出品不錯
這裏的服務員服務包括前台都很貼心，而且他們還會主動打電話問你有需要什麼補及告訴他們
我們是晚上8:50的飛機，我們跟前台説能不能幫我們延遲退房，他們知道我們飛機很晚，幫我們主動延到4:00多的，太感謝了
下次還要住這裏，因為真的是讓我覺得住得很舒服，整個人都放輕鬆了，這裡是依山而建的環境很幽靜"

MMisafir KullanıcıPutoshan is well off the foreigner travel path and information in English is limited. That the nearest train station is a few hours away in Ningbo only makes it more complicated. That’s why I was happy to find this homestay/hotel with its helpful English speaking owner “良筑”. I called and he added me on WeChat to give me advice and drop me pins (hint:the “south” bus station in Ningbo is adjacent to the train station, next to the taxi queue). He explained where the four main sightseeing spots on the island were and gave me advice about how to tackle them in a day. As for the hotel itself, perfectly fine: clean and comfortable and affordable. Only disadvantage is it’s about a 10-15 minute drive to the ferry building, about an hour walk. But it’s easy to catch taxis to the hotel and then 良筑 will drive you back to town (about 20 rmb each way). Also, immediately across the street is an enormous new Buddhist temple with a really beautiful interior that I would have missed seeing if I hadn’t stayed at this hotel. It needs at least an hour. The nearby town is small but has many seafood restaurants. All in all, if you’re a foreigner with limited Chinese ability hoping to visit Putoshan, then this is probably the right hotel for you as 良筑 will help you to plan and organize your visit. Plan to arrive by midday and stay for two nights. You can see it all in that time.

MMisafir KullanıcıWe loved the customer service. Due to gale warning, we arrived a day early. The hotel got a shuttle service to and from Ferry/airport. We arrived late and the weather wasn't the greatest, but the owner were willing to drive us to get food and offer to pickup. After a long day of rushing from one island to another, we much needed a foot massage. Due to the bad weather, the owner was so nice to offer to drive us to a massage parlor and pick us up after. This is some excellent service you don't see often. The hotel doesn't have elevator, but it's not really an issue for us. The rooms were clean and neat. I could see the temple from my room. This place is in a community, but not far from alot of places. It's walking distance to rent a moped, If you could ride a moped, I 100% recommend it. You could use Wechat/Alipay to rent it. We rent it to ride everywhere. It's very safe. I would definitely book with them again and recommend this place to stay if you are planning to visit the island.

Luckily they had shuttle service from and to Ferry, which made it so much easier than calling a car service. When we arrived, they assisted us unloading the luggage. Our room got excellent view and could see the Guan Yin statue from our room. I'm OCD, so cleanliness is very important to me and I approved. We booked two nights, sadly we were only able to stay one night due to a Gale warning. The hotel had such a great customer service, when we were sightseeing, they gave us a call to inform us that they received a Gale warning and that the ferry will not operate the next day. They gave us an option to stay or refund us the one night if we wished to checkout to catch the ferry. They were very helpful and resourceful in that respect. The manager Zhou Min reached out to our online booking to verify our refund. We were very pleased and amazed with their extraordinary service. I personally would definitely refer and book with them again. I care about service and they have one of the best service I've had experienced.

KKamiailvxing這次旅行能選到這家民宿，簡直是我整個行程的點睛之筆！一踏入民宿，温馨雅緻的氛圍就撲面而來，每一處細節都彰顯着主人的用心。房間佈置得整潔又舒適，床鋪柔軟得像雲朵，一躺下就感覺一天的疲憊都被治癒了。
公共區域更是驚喜滿滿，有充滿文藝氣息的閲讀角，還有可以盡情放鬆的庭院，閑暇時在這兒曬曬太陽、喝喝茶，愜意極了。民宿的工作人員熱情周到，從辦理入住到推薦周邊美食景點，都讓人心裏暖暖的。位置也超棒，周邊出行、覓食都很方便。下次來這邊，我肯定還選這兒！

WWarren TanadaService by the guy who picked us up from the airport is excellent. 10/10!!! Our luggage was damaged during the flight, he called someone to help us repair it. We were short on time for the ferry sailing to Mt Putuo due the weather conditions, that day sailings will be cancelled, (we got to chat in the van when he picked us up from the airport), he said we can just leave the luggages at the front desk and then hurriedly sent us to the port, good thing we made it. That's superb customer service!!! He didn't even want to get a tip, eventually we gave him some dried mango packs from the Philippines. The front desk guy though is a different story, he was super slow, did not know how to handle checking in of foreign passport holders I think. He has our passports and had to ask us our birthdays!! It was also difficult for him to understand the visa dates (expiry and issue dates), and he kept on asking when we arrived, it is just there stamped opposite the visa page, we just actually arrived that day, this is our first hotel. Anyway, free pick up from the airport is best and free sending to the port and then lastly also to the bus station. Great service.

YykchowVery friendly and helpful reception counter services. They were very patient to answer all your questions and it was free to keep your huge luggage in the reception counter before going in to PuTuaShan. And vegetarian lunch was available in the resort hotel restaurant at CNY39 per person.
I would highly recommend to spend a night here and spend at least half a day to visit the Kuan Yin Fa Jie 普陀山观音法界.
The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The furnishing was new and looked fresh. 2 bottles of water and basic toiletories were provided (except shaver).
Less than 10m walk to Wugongshi Wharf.

MMike the digital nomadI had the pleasure of staying at the Lvcheng Zhujiajian Dongsha Hotel in Zhoushan, and it was an unforgettable experience. This beachfront gem offers direct access to the beach, making it an ideal choice for travelers seeking a relaxing seaside getaway.
The hotel's location couldn't be more perfect. Being steps away from the beach allowed me to enjoy picturesque views of the ocean and soothing sounds of the waves throughout my stay. The serene atmosphere made it easy to unwind and escape the hustle and bustle of daily life.
A side note, this hotel is connected to the Westin and guest could stroll through the grounds.
The check-in process was smooth, and the staff greeted me with warm hospitality. They were attentive to my needs and provided helpful information about the hotel's services and nearby attractions.
The room was tastefully decorated and well-appointed with modern amenities. I appreciated the comfortable bed and the well-designed bathroom. The room's balcony provided a lovely spot to enjoy the sea breeze and stunning sunsets.
The hotel's dining options were diverse and satisfying. I particularly enjoyed the fresh seafood dishes served at the hotel's restaurant. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, catering to different palates.
The Lvcheng Zhujiajian Dongsha Hotel's on-site facilities were also impressive. The swimming pool was well-maintained, and the spa provided a delightful way to relax after a day at the beach.
As mentioned earlier, the hotel's connection to the Westin added an extra layer of convenience. Guests could access additional amenities such as fitness centers, upscale dining venues, and more, creating a seamless blend of relaxation and indulgence.
Overall, my stay at the Lvcheng Zhujiajian Dongsha Hotel was exceptional. The location has numerous spots for having meals. There were a lot of restaurants all mostly catering seafood dishes. Which I thoroughly enjoyed. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect beachfront escape in Zhoushan.

CcommonelephantFor the cost (especially considering I bought a budget room) this is a good call, especially if your aim is to spend time exploring. It looked a bit down at heel from the outside (Goji berry island is mostly an unpretentious fishing community, not a glamorous destination, but that's part of the charm), but I was pleasantly surprised to find my room quite clean, decently spacious, everything functioning well, and a comfortable bed. Even the partial bay view was nice! Though I don't speak Chinese, the front desk staff were helpful in advising me on things like purchasing return ferry tickets, taxi prices, and restaurant recommendations. (You can try Xianmiao for seafood!) The location is also good, just at the bottom of the hill over to the Houtouwan fishing village, and quite near the island's main restaurant and market street. Breakfast was typical fare, but freshly made.

The rooms are not clean enough, we noticed that the air vents were extremely dusty. When we turned on the air conditioning, there was a noticeable dusty odor, making it difficult to breathe, which forced us to turn it off despite the cold weather.
Additionally, the towels provided were not up to standard—some were visibly aged, worn out, and even torn. This significantly impacted the overall comfort of our stay. Improving towel quality and ensuring better air vent maintenance would greatly enhance the guest experience.

The view from the balcony was truly beautiful, we ate at the Westin (they offer a breakfast and dinner buffet), they also have a vegetarian restaurant behind the main restaurant area. Definitely recommend this option for meals, the quality is great and the buffet is from 530pm - 9pm. Access buffet tickets through scanning the code, don’t let people trick you into buying tickets at higher prices, ask for the QR code/ mini program to buy meal vouchers. We were tricked into buying meal vouchers through the hotel as we arrived for a slightly higher price. Then soon learnt that you can buy them for cheaper on their mini program! Beach access - locals need to show ID and pay 10rmb. Although we had mostly cloudy days, the environment is very comfortable and the food from the Westin was delicious.
