"Excellent Ocean views from our Room. Very clean.and mini bar was inclusive, and replenished daily, coffee only 2 capsules could do with more. Breakfast was good (very busy but mid-autumn Festival period so.expected), wide variety of both Chinese & European food. Negative points for a supposedly 5 star hotel, there is no food ordering room services, for breakfast, lunch, dinner, & late night snacks. You can order local takeaways and delivery to hotel lobby. No hotel car services available, even when requested 1-2 days in advance, had to use local Didi services."

"Great place to stay. Keep in mind that they only served vegetarian food. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The heater and showers are working as it is supposed to. Staff are friendly and try to help out with your question."

"每年都會去普陀山，往年會住精品民宿，價格是真的貴，這次選擇息耒寶坨行舍，位置絕佳，步行幾分鐘到普濟寺，樓下就是原制原味甄選，棗子樹，餐食和出行都很方便。攜程金鑽免費升級房間，房間安排到二樓，大小很標準，隔音效果不錯，很適合休息，淋浴室乾濕分區，設施齊全，衞生打掃得乾乾淨淨，床墊軟硬度適中，一貫挑床的朋友也很滿意，遇到的每位服務人員都是笑臉相迎，倍感温暖，接送站服務也很到位，以後還會繼續入住！特別推薦上早課的朋友選擇入住，真的很方便。"

"I had a very good stay at Healray Collection Zhizhu. The hotel is in a great location by the water, and although it’s a little distance from the wharf, the hotel provides pick-up and drop-off service. They were extremely responsive—even when I only requested a pick-up about half an hour before arrival, everything was arranged smoothly. The room was comfortable with modern facilities, and the hotel feels very well renovated and well maintained. Housekeeping was excellent—the cleaning lady was very friendly and would clean the room promptly whenever guests stepped out. Staff were always around and readily available. The reception staff and doorkeeper were also very friendly, always greeting guests with a smile and willing to assist whenever needed. The location is another plus, with only a short walk to the famous Guanyin statue. Overall, a great experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to the area."
