"200多的房價確實也衹值200多，一進門前台就説低樓層的是引流的房價，在一樓，房間會有潮味，帶我們去看了樓上的房間，但樓上的房間進去也有潮味，而且補差價到500我還不如去訂本島五鑽的酒店，淡季也衹要四五百。覺得不太值得就在一樓住了，一樓人員很雜，外面的人都能從後門進來，小露台外面就是馬路，馬路上路過都能直接看到房間裏面，甚至翻進來，小烏石塘的風景還不錯，但輪船很大的汽油味。房間裏還有蒼蠅。衞生間有點返味，但是智能馬桶。投影儀看片都是要掃碼花錢的。房間空間比較小，箱子有點難打開。吹風機記得自帶，風力太小吹不幹長髮。以後再來應該不會選擇這家了"

酒店不足之處
1. 在攜程預訂該酒店 到了之後酒店給我安排了靠近電梯的第一間房間 我當即就提出質疑 因為一般酒店都是幫客人在有空房的情況下不會按排在電梯旁邊 工作人員聲稱我沒有特地註明 （我的疑問是即使沒有註明 你們在有其他空房的前提下就這樣對待住店客人的）隨即幫我安排了往裡麪一些的朝北房間
2. 第二天起床 發現左手前段出現大面積濕疹 分析原因 才知道是房間朝北太潮濕了 即使房間有加濕器的情況下 還是很潮濕 那麼問題來了 當我第一次提出質疑房間在電梯旁（這時候我還沒有意識到這是朝北的房間） 你們幫客人換房間 明知道客人已經不開心了 為什麼不換間朝南房間 還照樣換成朝北的房間 我覺得酒店服務質量方面很不人性化（沒有眼力見）雖然後麪補了一份小水果給我們 但是這個服務的質量和這個酒店的適配度感覺完全不匹配
3. 酒店房間隔音太差了 我們在房間裏 隔壁房間説話聲都聽得見 電視機聲音也聽得見 這個有點接受不了 酒店房間的牆壁用料太差了（怪不得床頭會提供耳塞）
最後酒店給了帶有大悲咒的香插桶送我們"

AAnonim KullanıcıI wish I had taken more photos of the hotel and the. room we stayed in. the hotel has a homey and welcoming feel. the beds are very Comfortable and the water pressure is good. the decorations are designed to make you feel the seaside feeling of the island. this hotel was so clean, the daily upkeep was meticulous even with my sandy children coming in from the beach, each time we returned to the room it was spotless. the owner of the hotel went above and beyond to help us understand the bus and ferry booking, he gave the best tips on where to go and what to see. there the island itself was busy but we found the beaches empty and the children had a Wonderful time playing in the waves. I will return and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to relax.

11369691****雷迪森酒店是我非常喜愛的一間酒店，每回來普陀山必定住上一晚。每回接站的師傅都非常的親切，幫忙提行李。辦理入住的前台總是很熱心親切。酒店配的泡腳盆讓爬了一天的台階的腳得到放鬆。積雪草的洗浴用品，配巨水量的瀑布雨淋浴🚿解乏指數100😘～伴手禮是法雨寺開光的手串，年年都有新意。晚餐在酒店餐廳用的。價格雖然不便宜，但是方便乾淨，味道不錯☀

MMaria13579One of our best stays in China! This place was absolutely amazing. The ladies running it are hilarious and always made us laugh.
First of all - the rooms are really good for the price. We got upgraded to a much better room after our first night, free of charge. It’s also conveniently located next to grocery shops, cafes, restaurants and the beach, while still being a little out of the way from the hustle and bustle.
The food here is really good too - the (included) breakfast as well as what you can buy for lunch/dinner is really fresh. Because of the language barrier they tried to accommodate by providing more “western style” breakfasts for us, but when we realized and asked about it they made us a second breakfast that was like the one everyone else got.
They also helped us out with a driver to take us to the abandoned village, and booked our tickets back to Shanghai.
Also, the aircon here is FAST and reliable which we’ve realized isn’t a given after a few weeks in China. So that’s another (small yet important) plus for sure!
Usually I like to explore different places and stay at different accommodations if/when I revisit places, but I’d probably make an exception and stay here again if I ever come back to visit the island!

酒店最大的亮點就是地理位置——步行即可到達普濟寺。
🏮日式設計，乾淨整潔，缺點是隔音有點差，外面聲音很清晰，還有中央空調有點吵。
🚐貼心服務，無縫銜接
從碼頭開始的接送服務非常周到，完全不用擔心找路或搬運行李的問題。工作人員主動幫忙搬運箱子，態度親切熱情，瞬間讓人感受到賓至如歸的温暖。
🍜早餐豐富，開啟活力
早餐品種雖不算極多但還不錯，🈴口味，為一天的行程充滿電。
💯員工優秀，特別表揚
最想點讚的是許玉蘭和華好成兩位員工！服務好，主動幫忙協調，耐心解答問題，讓整個住宿體驗昇華。

GGeorge MuletRose from Ocean Haven was such a big help this weekend. We booked this hotel for the Can Festival due to its close proximity. Rose called me once I booked the room to make sure we appropriate transportation to the hotel from Ningbo Railway Station. We exchanged WeChat contact information, and she was able to answer all my questions leading up to and during our stay. The room was clean, the amenities were great. The location and views from the hotel were fantastic. My only complaint was that the city doesn’t allow us to swim in the beach in front of the hotel, but the pool made up for it 👍🏼 Great hotel and great service. Thank you Ocean Haven.

The room is smart room enabled and have an excellent view especially in the morning. The boss of the property is extremely friendly and provides great hospitality. He drove us personally to the pier and also when we finished watching impression of Putuo, he also picked us up and drove us back to the property. The next day when we wanted to have a seafood feast, he recommended us a nice restaurant and once again he drove us there. He even make some Chinese tea for us in the lobby and chatted with us. Lovely experience.

KKevin HZThe Westin in Zhoushan is a very large resort style property. We had a warm welcome from the front desk staff named Franky. He explained to us details about the hotel and how to visit the beach.
The room was large and clean. Housekeeping staff did a good job cleaning it and bringing extra water and towels for our children.
The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast food. Most of the food was bland and lacked a true western style breakfast. The coffee tasted bad and some of the food items were empty. The service in the café was fine, no complaints about the service.
I recommend this hotel to someone wanting a weekend getaway. There are many local seafood restaurants next to the hotel.

4.配套：有健身房和小童樂園在1樓，不算大，玩下也挺好，室外超大泳池冬季關掉了，夏天來游泳應該比較爽；

MM271213****沒來之前看到評論不好，來了發現挺好的，有人在碼頭接，房間也挺好的，在二樓，接待人員直接迎上樓，服務態度挺好，住的房間有窗户，空間比較大，很安靜，乾淨衞生，酒店離普濟禪寺走路五分鐘，酒店對面就是百步沙，可以看到日出，離南海觀音三分鐘，走路到碼頭十五分鐘，吃飯可以到普濟禪寺，那裡吃飯的多，吃自助素齋45元一個人，下次再來這裏住
