"Very dark decor generally in all areas, difficult to find room number as door was in an alcove and the number to the side not on door.
I am 5’2” and when I eventually found the towel rail because it was above the toilet it was difficult to negotiate and find the size of towel I needed without pulling them all out.
General lack of information in the room I found the A4 piece of paper as I was leaving TV was difficult to operate with a foreign language on some of the remote buttons and no news channel available.
I slept really well which was the most important thing"

"The hotel staff were excellent but unfortunately the only rooms available were next to the lift shafts and they are noisy. They kindly upgraded us to a junior suite so there was a separate sitting area and it was a tiny bit quieter but you definitely need ear plugs if you’re in a room that ends in 16 or 17!"

"We had an enjoyable stay at Roomzzz Nottingham. We had a concert at Rock City so this hotel is in a prime location with the venue literally on the door-step. There was parking available for £10 at the hotel and spaces there for us when we arrived so we saved money not having to use the Q-Park (which is also very close if need-be). The room was clean, bed was comfy, air con worked great and the kitchen area had everything you need for a longer stay, no issues at all. They have instant coffee in the room with a few milks but if you prefer there is a coffee machine downstairs in the reception that has take-away cups so you can simply get a coffee and take back to the room. They also had croissants in the morning included in the price in the reception that you can take back to the room or eat there. The staff were lovely and the reception manned 24 hours, no complains and if we have another concert at rock city or the rescue rooms we will be staying here again."

"I booked a double room that was larger than expected and decorated just like in the photos. The breakfast had a good variety. Only complaint is the plumbing- the flush wouldn't always work and the basin drained slowly."

"Elderly parent stayed here in an Accessible Room while her heating system was replaced. Staff were excellent with her, extremely helpful and aware of her needs. Room was very clean and well equipped. There are so few accessible rooms in Nottingham and this was top notch.
Facilities a bit lacking for main meals. Local area a little run down too. But overall very good."

XXena_CSince we arrived in Nottingham quite early, we called the staff to see if we could check in early. The staff was very accommodating and arranged a room for us to rest. The room was spacious, with a view of the campus outside, and the mattress was extremely comfortable. There was also free parking. Overall, we were very satisfied.

MMisafir KullanıcıWe stayed there for 8 nights. We arrived on Sunday. The first night have problem with shower heater, no hot water for taking bath. Though it was late at night, still able to find staff to come and check. Unfortunately heater cannot be fixed. The second day they changed the room for us. But have another issue on sofa bed. Reception lady is very nice and helpful, she helps us to fix the sofa bed.
In general, the furniture and fixtures are a bit old, but staffs are very helpful and friendly.
Apartment is close to city centre, and indoor parking is available. We definitely will stay in this apartment again when coming to Nottingham.

The carpet was too old to be cleaned. Heater was not that efficient that just better than nothing. Room located at different level which you feel get lost in the corridors😅

WWeTravels LimitedWe were welcomed with a treat being our wedding anniversary. The facilities in the hotel are good and there is on site parking for just £5 a day. The breakfast menu is great and offers anything you would like to have at breakfast. A gym is available and a bar too. The staff are friendly and prompt. I Highly recommend.

I was disappointed by the spa area, the pool water was cold and the jacuzzi water was also cold and not even the slightest bit warm.
The breakfast was lovely with such a range to enjoy from. The food in the restaurant just seemed like it’s trying to be too fancy. For the price,there really wasn’t much on the plate and it could have been seasoned more. The bar menu gave more promise than the restaurant so was a shame to have a nice setting but the food just didn’t live up to it.
Overall I enjoyed my stay and would return to this hotel. The service was great and the staff were excellent. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Rooms were clean and quite basic but sufficient for what we needed - downside no fridge to chill your drinks. There is a kettle to make hot drinks and room has tv which is good.
Ordered the breakfast which was lovely - options to have cereal, fruit,yoghurt,toast,pastries and a full English with coffee/tea and juice.
Restaurant overlooks the river which was nice as we could see the ducks and swans
Hotel has a bar which was nice to have a few drinks in the evening when we arrived
Hotel staff were really friendly and helpful - would definitely go back if we needed to stay in Nottingham again

Beds were really comfy (we booked for 3 people, one double bed and a sofa bed but ended up with 2 double beds 👍🏻), microwave, kettle, plates, cutlery etc and tea/coffee. Can be tricky to find so follow the YouTube video that they send, especially for the postcode. Parking was on street.
Location is quite a student area but ideally located for a quick Uber into the city (@£6) and bus stops nearby.
Accommodation is in the back area of the property so need to be mindful of the family home, especially when coming and going at night.
Overall, pleasantly surprised and great nights sleep ☺️

There was an issue with the booking from Trip.com's side which the duty manager Declan was able to resolve in a timely mannor while also making the wait very pleasant with some nice chat.
The staff were lovely, including the two young ladys on the bar/food service as well as Declan. Unfortunately didnt get the girls names.
The building is stunning and surrounded by lovely woods, perfect for a walk.
Rooms are a bit dated, sure, but why are you looking to spend all your time in your room? More than enough to have a comfy sleep in.
Also as a side note on that, id imagine It's a listed building and so hard an expensive to update.
Overall a lovely night and a pleasant morning having breakfast then a walk. Absolutely would recommend.

Reception was friendly..I arrived late at 2340..friendly night guy..room was adequate for my needs..Room 9 cold tap handle was missing, but a shsve was possible and teeth with warm water..mattress protector needs a boil wash and new carpet would freshen things. Shower was luke warm but manageable..heating was fine..tv ok..1 night fine;)
