Ideal for a short stay. Not much food options nearby but certainly Deliveroo can help. Close to Heathrow, there are both public bus and airport shuttle to go to and from Heathrow. Perhaps it’s better if the hotel can provide more detail information about bus/ shuttle bus transfer from Heathrow.

非常完美的體驗！ 店主人非常友善，第一天晚上我們因為大巴晚到了，但店主仍然很熱情地出來接待了我們，為我們展示了房間。 房間的佈置十分温馨整潔，床睡着很舒服，房間裏還準備了許多咖啡與牛奶。 和店主的交談很愉快，他還為我們推薦了附近好吃的餐館（確實很美味），以及美麗的教堂。在我們每次出門前，還會為我們指出路線。 希望之後有機會可以再次光臨~ Very lovely experience!❤️❤️ It's very kind of Tom,the hotel owner,to receive us.The first night we were late because of the coach,but he still welcomed us warmly and showed our room. The room is decorated in a cozy and neat way,and the bed is very comfortable.There’re also plenty of coffee and milk sticks in it. It’s very pleased to talk with the owner,and he also recommended the delicious restaurants for us.Every time before we head out he also gives us directions. It's very happy to stay here,and we hope we can visit again sometime.

It is close to the airport and easy to find. At first the stay was comfortable. The room was clean and had plenty of space for your luggage. But after one busy night, we had the most noisy and worst family checked in at 11:30pm next to us. It wasn’t just a normal little noise it was constant all through the night. Kids screaming, tv on the loudest, bathroom door banging until 4am!!!! You can hear everything! Night manager didn’t do anything. It was unbelievable and unbearable.. If you want to choose a quiet hotel and have a good rest for your long haul flight THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO STAY!! I complained to the staff, but they said they couldn’t do anything. Very disappointed. Because of this incident I won’t be recommending or staying here ever again. Also the car park is not £15 per day it’s £17. This should be updated.

I had booked a king-sized room for 9 nights. Surprisingly, there was another extra single bed so I could use the room space to sort out my clothes without messes. 😁 Although there was no bathtub in my room, I felt totally comfortable and privacy within. It never fails my expectations to see that the room was always kept clean and tidy after coming back from my activities every single day. It takes only about 7 mins to get to the hotel directly from Heathrow Central Bus station. You should not miss out the intercontinental breakfast it caters for guests daily at a price of £13. I simply love it and I got to savour it on the last day of my stay there. Yes, I will certainly come to stay at Leonardo London Heathrow Airport Hotel again if I should visit again! Highly recommended! 💯👍👏👏👏

My recent stay at the Sheraton Heathrow Hotel left me thoroughly impressed with its seamless blend of convenience and comfort. The service at Sheraton Heathrow was impeccable. As for the facilities, the hotel offered everything I could have needed for a comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, featuring modern amenities that made me feel right at home. Overall, my experience at the Sheraton Heathrow Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in the area.

Perfect location to the airport - £8 taxi to terminal 2. Very clean room. Room facilities ideal for a short stay. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast ok get down before 6:30am to make sure you get a good table. Plenty os selection for breakfast food. I would stay again at the hotel. If asked I would recommend the hotel to my friends.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a 3-night visit while travelling to London for medical treatment. I specifically chose this property because it advertised a gym and steam room, which I needed to support my recovery. Unfortunately, these facilities were completely out of service on arrival, and at no point before or during booking was I informed that they were unavailable. This was extremely disappointing given that these facilities were the main reason for choosing this hotel. Prior to booking, I had also explained that I have several allergies and requested that something I brought with me be heated up upon arrival. When I asked at reception, the young gentleman was unsure and checked with a colleague, whom I assume was his line manager. Despite the fact that the item could’ve been baby food and that my allergies were noted on my booking, the response was dismissive, and no questions or context were asked, the female receptionist didn’t even look up from the screen as she answered. I fully appreciate the importance of avoiding cross-contamination in hotel kitchens, but the lack of communication or willingness to understand the situation felt unnecessarily unhelpful. When I raised the issue regarding the closed facilities, the hotel did not provide any solution or meaningful support, and they also failed to respond to Trip.com for more than 24 hours, even though we were due to check out the next morning. This lack of communication made the situation more frustrating and felt very unprofessional. To their credit, Trip.com stepped in where the hotel didn’t and resolved the issue the best way they could. However, the hotel’s customer service and failure to provide advertised amenities fell well below expectations for a Radisson-branded property. The room itself was clean, house keeping staff very helpful and attentiveand the location is convenient for Heathrow, but the lack of advertised facilities and the unresponsiveness left a poor impression overall. I hope the hotel improves their communication and ensures that major facilities shown in listings are actually available to guests, and that staff take more care when dealing with guests who have specific health or dietary needs.

酒店晚上需要刷卡才能進出，很安全，不過這個房間沒有空調，很熱 酒店前台非常好，後面給換了間小一些但是有空調的房，還是很不錯的
