Had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is in the city center, convinient for travel, surrounded by pedestrian street and the city hall. The decor was amazed, the fasiliticies were execellent. Room comfortable, food and drink for breakfast many varieties with so beautiful restoran decor. It is a good choice for Perth travel. But, we must call housekeeping just to ask for water and handuk, everyday for 4 days during we stay!!!... I dont know why, because i set stay for 4 adult when booked. Yess, sure, we will back and stay here again when we travel to Perth.

I received a wonderfully warm, professional and helpful reception, upon my arrival. My room was excellent, clean, modern well appointed and very quiet. The hotel was well located, right in the middle of the entertainment district. My only regret was that I didnt stay longer. The pool is small, and the gym reasonably modest, but, my personal key priority is the quality of the room, and Hilton delivered in this regard.

The room is spacious with a nice big table enough for a family of 4 to gather around. The view from our room was unblocked and the hotel within a short walking distance to the main shopping belt In Perth. It is also relatively near to the lively botonical garden. The main downside for us was the bed was soft.

Very convenient location, Jetty to Rottnest island just downstairs; easy walk to cbd and Elizabeth quay. Good breakfast selection, great views at Reels and rooftop bar (esp sunset), and nice water view from the room. Swimming pool and fitness room early accessible. Very comfortable stay and great value!

The room was wide and pretty, beds were comfortable as well. The place is close to supermarket and free transportation. However, there was a flooding issue in our bathroom (maybe due to the drainage pipe) and also the shower head had a dripping issue. Staff were helpful to help us fix the dripping, however it started to drip again at night. Other than the issue above, the stay was pleasant, and I would recommend staying here if the bathroom issue could be improved.

The complimentary airport shuttle pick-up and drop-off is a great advantage. The hotel is basic but clean. There are several food options within walking distance. The only thing to note is to ensure you check-out at 11 am as they charge $40 for any extension beyond 11!

Room was nice and clean. I requested an early check in and was catered for. Didn’t have a pleasant sleep due to kids running up and down the hallways screaming and an adult yelling and banging on doors being disruptive. Doors to the rooms aren’t soft closing so you can hear every single door slam.

Got upgraded to Crown Towers, excellent hotel with new facility. Room is large and came with double queen beds and dual basins. 5 mins walk to casinos as we parked our rental cars at the P2 car park. Overall nice stay and we can’t complaint as we paid for Metropol but get to stayed in High Roller hotel …

The hotel did not feel very 4 star and the toilet had leaks and cracks and the aircon did not work properly so i was perspiring every night. However the saving grace was always the employees. Dushan and Daniel was very helpful and professional towards us and assisted us each time we had a need during our holiday. On the last day the weather had turned very hot suddenly and I was beginning to feel unwell and Daniel was helpful towards us as we were getting to our late flight. I truly appreciated their assistance and kindness.
