Otelin hizmeti olağanüstüydü; bagajlarımızla ilgilenen özel bir görevli vardı. Varışımızda, kapıyı açan ve bagajlarımıza yardımcı olan görevli, kendimizi evimizde gibi hissetmemizi sağladı. Personel güler yüzlü ve hızlıydı, tüm giriş işlemleri sorunsuz geçti. Hem resepsiyon hem de bagaj hizmetleri üst düzey bir profesyonellik sergiliyordu. Kendimize saygı duyulduğunu ve önemsendiğimizi hissettik ve konaklamamız inanılmaz derecede güvenli ve konforluydu.

Yaşlıların yaşadığı standart oda biraz daha küçük, restorana çok yakın, zengin kahvaltı, iyi servis. Otele erken, check-in saatinden önce vardık, restoranda dinlendik ve öğle yemeği yedik. Her yemek çok güzeldi ve Batı yemeklerinin tadı yaşlılar için kabul edilebilirdi.

Boravili smo u hotelu San Antonio i mogu reći da nas je hotel oduševio u svakom pogledu. Lokacija je prekrasna – smješten je u Imerovigliju, ali pomalo na osami, što mu daje poseban šarm i mir. Najveće iznenađenje bilo je to što je tokom našeg odmora na otoku puhao jak vjetar, ali u ovom hotelu to se gotovo nije osjetilo. Budući da je uvučen u brdo, pruža osjećaj ugodnog zaklona i mirnoće – što je na Santoriniju zaista neprocjenjivo. Pogled iz hotela je nevjerojatan – toliko lijep da gotovo i nema potrebe odlaziti u grad. Dovoljno je provesti cijeli dan uz bazen, uživati u krajoliku i potpuno se opustiti. Doručak je izvrstan, s dovoljno izbora za svačiji ukus, a posebna čar je što ga možete jesti uz očaravajući pogled na more i stijene. Sobe su uredne, čiste i opremljene svime što je potrebno, a posebno nas se dojmila pažnja osoblja – svake večeri dočekale su nas bočice vode i male čokoladice, a na početku smo dobili i bocu vina te zalogajčiće dobrodošlice. To su detalji koji čine razliku i daju osjećaj topline i brige za gosta. Nažalost, iz privatnih razloga morali smo promijeniti smještaj i ostatak odmora provesti u drugom hotelu, no odmah smo shvatili koliko nam nedostaje San Antonio. Tamo smo imali mir, udobnost i zaštitu od vjetra, što se pokazalo kao velika prednost. Sve u svemu, Hotel San Antonio toplo preporučujemo svima. Ako se ponovno vratimo na Santorini – a vjerujemo da hoćemo – definitivno ćemo opet odabrati ovaj hotel. Isplati se boraviti ondje i uživati u miru, pogledu i ljubaznosti osoblja. Za nas, jedno od najljepših mjesta na otoku!

Cet hôtel est incroyable, le personnel très attentif, rien à redire, les chambres sont belles et propres. Je recommande à 100%!!

いくつもあるホテルの中から選んだが、このホテルを選んで本当に良かったです。 まず場所はフィラのバス停から歩いて5〜10分ほどかかります。スーツケースを転がし人混みの中、坂道と階段を登るので大変でした。帰りは送迎を頼みました。往復送迎を頼むのが賢明です。 1番安い部屋でしたがバルコニーがあり、眺めは最高でした。朝食も毎朝運んでいただきバルコニーでいい景色を見ながら食事ができました。よくあるバルコニーの前が道とかではないのでプライバシー感があり良かった。 スタッフさんもとても優しくて、英語が理解出来ない時でも辛抱強く説明してくれて助かりました。 また機会があれば泊まりたいです。

Location : You can not find a better location than this hotel. The location and exquisite view are unbeatable. And close to everywhere. Hotel Facility : as hotel built on cliff, there are many small things needs repairs, and some places are needing update. during our stay, our shower leaked badly, also the water is not going down which they have fixed as much as they can and as quick as possible. but we have indoor jacuzzi room , which the jacuzzi can not be turned off, and make the bathroom super hot and uncomfortable , feels like sauna room , and their AC are not super strong, so ,if we keep bathroom door open, hot air come to the bedroom , if we keep the bathroom door closed, then, inside of the bathroom is super hot ( like sauna ) , you will instantly sweat if you step in bathroom if you keep the bathroom door closed. Food Service: they serve breakfast which you have to chose from a list every night and they will deliver to you in the morning. The quality and selection of the food is quite limited, basically, you get choice of egg, bread with juice and coffee, very basic continental breakfast but without and meat . Their coffee is super weak, if you are a coffee drinker, suggest you to bring your own. breakfast does not serve meat , if you wish to have meat, you have to ask for it and they only have deli ham for you. there is one day , i actually went outside eat breakfast as their food it just too plain and simple , lack of flavor. Their breakfast does not meet up with the rate they charge for the hotel. Service and Value : Their service is limited, when all of their ten rooms are occupied , be prepared to receive your breakfast very late as they only have 1 person to bring breakfast to each room. And if you request something to be fixed , it can only be done in the morning time as their maintenance guy only work in the morning time, their manager also leave mid afternoon, there is only 1 person who has limited resource to help you. Overall, this is hotel with super great location and view , but limited in service. I would still recommend this hotel for its location and view, suggest to book OUTSIDE jacuzzi room and without breakfast option ( eat breakfast else where - you have many choices to chose from walking distance from the hotel )

這家酒店最大的優點是位置好，離費拉車站非常近，而且對面就是一個大超市，物價便宜，可以隨時去補充礦泉水和零食。其他就比較普通吧，入住時的房間靠近馬路非常嘈雜，馬上換了遠離主馬路的房間，窗户對面是另外一家酒店，有時候早上會有施工的聲音傳來。酒店最不可思議的是衞生間，沒有地方放衞生紙和浴液，衞生紙放在門外的洗手枱上，衹能開門上廁所。衞生會每天來清掃，我們入住了四天，早餐還算豐富，會每天變換花樣。站在游泳池邊上，可以看到大海。價格在聖島來説還算實惠。服務有待更主動和熱情吧。

酒店很美，特別是風景，屋子是地中海風格。酒店的服務也特別好，我在WhatsApp上聯繫客服他們也會及時有迴應。還有一個很重要的一點，聖島上很多酒店就是不同的房型會在不同的位置，所以要在機場下來之後就要聯繫酒店的人了，否則會很難找到位置。至於他們的早餐，他們會每天大概九點左右會派人送過來，記得沒吃完的話一定要放冰箱，否則會有很多的螞蟻（親生經歷）總體而言還算不錯的。

Terra Blanca Suite Hotel'de ne olağanüstü bir deneyim! Yüzme havuzunun ve denizin keyfini çıkararak kesinlikle inanılmaz bir hafta geçirdik. Ev sahiplerimizin sıcak karşılaması ve her zaman hazır olması, konaklamamıza olağanüstü bir dokunuş kattı. Rahat şezlonglarda ve şemsiyelerin altında dinlenmek için gerçek bir çağrı olan yüzme havuzunun nefes kesici manzarasından bahsedelim. Üstelik tedarik ihtiyaçlarımız için sadece 100 metre ötede bir Carrefour! Sabahın en önemli olayı, çok sayıda leziz seçeneğin yer aldığı, bizim rahatımızla sunulan kahvaltıydı. Ancak küçük bir dezavantaj çünkü gerekliydi, formüllerde kahvenin bulunmaması çok hafif bir dezavantajdı. Kapsüllerin ve vücut sütünün olmaması gibi birkaç ayrıntıya dikkat çektik, ama aslında bu sadece kusur bulmak. Süitler tertemizdi, hoş bir şekilde dekore edilmişti ve inkar edilemez bir kaliteye sahipti. Bu gezi mükemmeldi ve şimdi gerçekten tek istediğimiz ya başka bir kaçamak için geri gelmek ya da bu büyüleyici yerden asla ayrılmamak!

Aside from being a short walk away from the beach and having ugly taste of bed sheets, everything else is perfect. They have nice continental breakfast every morning, lovely swimming pool, suitable for adults and kids. The sweetest staff but the interior of the building do look a bit old school, maybe they hired an elderly designer. Nonetheless the toilet is equipped, they have a kettle in the room, a mini fridge, some coffee and tea. I would say it is a four star hotel if it’s not for the bedsheets! Bed wise, comfortable enough to sleep. I was in the triple room and even had a nice balcony of my own! Worth every penny spent on this hotel given the reasonable pricing!
