MMisafir KullanıcıIncredible stay! We booked a night here after a disaster at a neighbouring hotel and our stay was one of the best in Indonesia. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with astonishing hospitality from all the staff members but especially Reza who went above and beyond to ensure that we were welcome and comfortable in the hotel. The facilities are top quality, the room was very clean and extremely comfortable, and we slept very well. The gardens and hotel grounds are extremely well maintained, beautiful, and have lots of space for relaxation or, if you have kids, spaces to keep kids entertained. The hotel has ample options for food/drink and also entertainment and also offers tours of the local area. It was also my girlfriend's birthday and the staff again put in genuine effort to make it a really special day for her, we are extremely grateful for their efforts - 5 star service.
I can strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants an escape from the city and to be near mount merapi or who wants a bit of relaxation.

AAnonim KullanıcıRoom was okay but not very okay because trip.com purchase through 3rd party tiket.com and did not pass the room we choose non-smoking, so we ended up with room for a smoker and same level for all room for smoking. Hotel did a good gesture after we make a call to Mr. Bagus to solve this matter as hotel was full house to make sure our room comfortable, the housekeeping did change our sheet, and everything in bed also spray our room with perfume to make smoke odor gone. I was hopeless actually because the 3rd party was tiket.com local travel agent online which wasn't reliable like traveloka they are the same. But trip.com already apologize for the mistake and offer us as gesture a goodwill for their mistake, so I won't take any further action or complain as the hotel management already tried their best solved our problem. Thank you. I hope this never happen again in the future, they need double check and make sure their agreement with 3rd party is gone through very well and no mistake happen again

The other hotel staffs I've met such as the chef, room boy, and the office worker also very friendly and helpful. As this hotel has a very large area, sometimes you may ask direction to the hotel staff. This hotel is new so the room condition is super good, comfortable, and clean. The pillow was very big, soft, and comfy. Each non-smoking guest room features a flat-screen HDTV, coffee/ tea maker, mini-refrigerator, desk, sleeper sofa, safe, slippers, robes, bath products, hair dryer, bottled water, and a very fast wi-fi connection. Beside this hotel there is Wyndham Garden Hotel & Conference and Sooji the instagrammable restaurant. Stay active with jogging and BMX tracks, a gym, outdoor pool, and outdoor children's play area. 1. Check-in fast: staff is nice
2. Hygiene is terrible: blood stain, ink stain found at the beding and pillows. Cleaning staff well trained to hide the stain. 2 nights slept with the blood stained bedding. Towel is dirty, can't use.
3. Room: curtains cannot block sun light, will make you wake up at 6 in the morning. Room sound proof needs improvement, balcony door is locked BUT with gap, street sound directly comes in.
4. Spa: menu at the room with each service price listed. BUT the ridiculous spa reception informed minimum charge 320,000 IDR no matter which section you chose.
5. Location is fair, close to all.

KKazamboIt was a good experience. The hotel is Majestic and Beautiful. The location is good although walking out from the hotel to the main road is quite a challenge, going up and down slopes. The staff are welcoming.
Food at its Restaurants are excellent.
Service is good and the waiters are well mannered.
Getting around is also easy with Gojek or Grab.
