This was a great hotel for an airport transfer. I stayed here the night before my flight to Bali, and it was so easy and convenient, I booked again on the way back home. They have an airport shuttle which was really easy to use. You just need to let them know what time you want to be on the shuttle, and they handle everything else.

This hotel is attached to a mall making it convenient to eat and do some shopping. It’s also close to the airport. They helped us arrange a shuttle and were very accommodating even packing us breakfast to go. The room has a very cool design worth checking out. The AC feels more like a swamp cooler however and never really felt 100%comfortable in the room for sleeping.

I had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Airport Jakarta, and I’d love to share my experience. Special thanks to Mas A Gree from the restaurant team for his extra care and warm hospitality. He is very kind, friendly, and always checked on me and my husband every morning during breakfast—offering new dishes and making sure everything was perfect. The food was amazing too! Also, thank you to Mba Caca, as well as Mas Ryo, Surya, and nindi for their great service. Not to forget the warm and polite shuttle driver, Bapak Priyanto Julian, who was very helpful. And thank you to Mas Vincent/Joshua for taking care of my many pieces of luggage, hehe. Overall, it was such a pleasant and welcoming experience. I will definitely come back to Sheraton Airport Jakarta again!

Mekan çok temiz, havaalanına yakın. Kahvaltı güzeldi ama kahve veya çay yoktu. Sabahları bir fincan çay içmek güzel olurdu. Ayrıca, taksi şoförüyle iletişimin çok zor olduğu taksi yerine, havaalanından otele belirli bir ücret karşılığında saatlik servis hizmeti sunmaları takdir edilirdi. Kısacası, havaalanına yakın olması, son derece temiz ve güler yüzlü olması nedeniyle tavsiye edilir.

Dönüş havaalanı transferiyle harika bir konaklama, bu harika hizmetle çok tasarruf ettim. Otel, KFC, Starbucks ve bazı restoranların bulunduğu bir alışveriş merkezine bağlı. Çevrede birkaç yerel seyyar satıcı tezgahı ve ayrıca birkaç yerel market var, transit için yeterince iyi. Tavsiyem, varış saatinizi otele en az bir gün önceden bildirmeniz, böylece varış karşılaması için iletişim kurmak için yeterli zamanınız olur. Arabayla seyahat eden tek kişi olduğum için şanslıydım, buluşma noktasını bulmak oldukça zordu, bu yüzden şoför beni almak için bulunduğum yere geldi. Ayrılış için, erken uçuşum olduğu için kendime bir gün önce yer ayırdım. Oda geniş ve genel olarak basit olanaklarla iyi.

It is an old hotel that was built together with the terminal building. Soundproof glass insulate the noise well from aircrafts just right outside. Shower with abundant of water flows. Etc that show how a people put their best to built in 90’s era. We did not have the chance for the breakfast though. Cons: The smoking room right beside lobby and restaurant. It has a ventilation inwards instead of exhaust, causing smoke flows to lobby and lingers there area hotel. They could make some improvement by changing the mattress , pillow and bed, too old, too soft and loose support.

Good except the open buffet for breakfast is above a restaurant which is not clean and a typical street restaurant. I like the taste of the food but the atmosphere of the restaurant is bad (no AC) and not clean. I would not recommend such a restaurant to any visitors.

Location: 15-min car ride to airport. Free shuttle service provided by the hotel at 1.5-hour interval. No other business or eateries around the hotel. Amenities: Basic toiletries provided. Only multipurpose soap is available as hair, conditioner and body shower. - No room slipper provided. - No bottled drinking water provided but you could refill at the water dispenser along corridor. - No facial tissue available in the room. Room: Size is sufficient for solo or two travellers. I was unfortunate to get corner room directly opposite the staff room. The staff got in and out throughout the night and I woke up to noises. Room isn't bright enough for working.

There’s not much to do in the immediate area, but it’s perfect for a quick, restful stop. 🧼 Cleanliness: The hotel was spotless. Common areas and the room were very clean, which made me feel comfortable and safe during my stay. 👍 Overall: Neo+ Airport Hotel offers great value for money. It’s not a luxury resort, but for a transit hotel, it delivers exactly what you need: comfort, cleanliness, and convenience. Would definitely stay again if I need a place near the airport!

the hotel is located very close to airport. they have shuttle service to pick you up and drop. just inform them one day in advance. facilities in hotel are good and clean. water pressure and internet is good. breakfast don't have any vegetarian option. Also, i found ants running around in fruits kept for breakfast. except that, hotel is very nice
