Park Yeri Olan Tangerang Otelleri

This hotel is attached to a mall making it convenient to eat and do some shopping. It’s also close to the airport. They helped us arrange a shuttle and were very accommodating even packing us breakfast to go. The room has a very cool design worth checking out. The AC feels more like a swamp cooler however and never really felt 100%comfortable in the room for sleeping.

I had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Airport Jakarta, and I’d love to share my experience. Special thanks to Mas A Gree from the restaurant team for his extra care and warm hospitality. He is very kind, friendly, and always checked on me and my husband every morning during breakfast—offering new dishes and making sure everything was perfect. The food was amazing too! Also, thank you to Mba Caca, as well as Mas Ryo, Surya, and nindi for their great service. Not to forget the warm and polite shuttle driver, Bapak Priyanto Julian, who was very helpful. And thank you to Mas Vincent/Joshua for taking care of my many pieces of luggage, hehe. Overall, it was such a pleasant and welcoming experience. I will definitely come back to Sheraton Airport Jakarta again!

We were pleasantly surprised again and again with them. First the airport pickup, Mr Rahman Hakim was very helpful with our luggages and communicated with us about where to meet up. The check in process was smooth with friendly front desk staff. We loved the simple yet very functional luggage storage, clean rooms, and comfy beds. Hot shower with good water pressure and quality toiletries are provided. They also have a small but well equipped gym and swimming pool (which we didn’t have time to use). The buffet breakfast was quite a spread, consisting of fruits, breads, rice, noodles, cereals, etc. They also have a coffee machine for americano and espresso, and some local tea and “jamu” drinks. We must mention that the staff there were very helpful despite most of them not being able to converse in English. My wife saw the noodle soup counter being set up and asked how can we assemble our own bakso. The staff there couldn’t understand but smiled, and few minutes later served us a hot bowl of bakso, which looked and tasted better than if we assembled it ourselves! What this hotel provided has exceeded our expectations! Would definitely stay there again. Having said all that, there are some minor things which we think can be improved: 1. The spa. We enjoyed the massage very much, but we felt some information can be revised to avoid misunderstanding: There is a Body Scrub Massage package for 200,000, but after asking the staff they said it’s just scrub with some stretching, no massage included. 2. Cafeteria. The rice porridge and soup were cold. Probably the soup warmer wasn’t working or was not turned on

Free shuttle even at midnight! Very good communication and quick to arrive. All staff were extremely friendly and polite. The hotel room was lovely, very clean (and I am very picky!) with freshly-washed linens. Large bathroom with great hot shower. Very quiet place despite being so close to the airport. Nothing negative to say; it was a 100% positive stay and I would highly recommend. Shuttle back to the airport was right on time and despite having a lot of people, it went quickly and we were at the airport in only five minutes.

Good except the open buffet for breakfast is above a restaurant which is not clean and a typical street restaurant. I like the taste of the food but the atmosphere of the restaurant is bad (no AC) and not clean. I would not recommend such a restaurant to any visitors.

Location: 15-min car ride to airport. Free shuttle service provided by the hotel at 1.5-hour interval. No other business or eateries around the hotel. Amenities: Basic toiletries provided. Only multipurpose soap is available as hair, conditioner and body shower. - No room slipper provided. - No bottled drinking water provided but you could refill at the water dispenser along corridor. - No facial tissue available in the room. Room: Size is sufficient for solo or two travellers. I was unfortunate to get corner room directly opposite the staff room. The staff got in and out throughout the night and I woke up to noises. Room isn't bright enough for working.

✨ Hotel Review: Neo+ Airport Hotel ✨ ⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4/5 stars) I recently stayed at Neo+ Airport Hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. Located conveniently close to the airport, it’s a great option for travelers who need a comfortable place to rest before or after a flight. 🛏️ Room: The room was clean, modern, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and there was good lighting. I appreciated the minimalist design and efficient use of space. The Wi-Fi was reliable and fast, which was a big plus for me. 🍽️ Food: The breakfast buffet had a decent variety, with both local and Western options. The food was fresh and well-prepared. Room service was also quick and reasonably priced. 🛎️ Service: Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. They also offered a shuttle service to the airport, which made my travel even easier. 🌆 Location: The hotel is just a short drive from the airport, making it ideal for layovers or early flights. There’s not much to do in the immediate area, but it’s perfect for a quick, restful stop. 🧼 Cleanliness: The hotel was spotless. Common areas and the room were very clean, which made me feel comfortable and safe during my stay. 👍 Overall: Neo+ Airport Hotel offers great value for money. It’s not a luxury resort, but for a transit hotel, it delivers exactly what you need: comfort, cleanliness, and convenience. Would definitely stay again if I need a place near the airport!

Hotel was very secluded and far away from town. Only near to the airport. Room condition was very dark and not comfortable. Breakfast was meagre. Won't be coming to the hotel. Only good that they provide shuttle service to the airport.
