"The hotel is small, run by some very friendly and helpful guys. Our room was big enough, very basic with a small TV, desk, tiny balcony and shower room. If we were just talking about the room and hotel itself, I would highly recommend it for the price. The location is great for the train stations. Apart from that the neighborhood is not great. There were *********** stood on the street outside our window and there were human faeces in the street. This isn't the fault of the hotel, but I feel that I should tell people as for some this may ruin their trip."

"【ナポリの便利で快適な滞在ができるホテル】 ナポリ中央駅のメイン出入口からはすぐ目の前で、徒歩2〜3分です。建物入口は駅前広場に面していますが、ドアが閉まっていると入り方がよくわからず、戸惑うと思います。 特に、早朝や夜間などはおそらく治安面から建物ドアが閉められており(このドアは、他の入居しているテナントや集合住宅などと共通)、ドア横のホテル用のボタンを押すと、フロント係の人がロックを解除してくれます。 この建物ドアから入り、2階(イタリアなので日本の感覚だと3階)にあがると、ホテルのフロントに着きます。 フロントの方は日替わりでしたが、とても親切でチェックアウト後のスーツケースも快く預かってくれました。 部屋はシンプルですが、ペットボトルの水や瓶ビール、缶コーラが無料で冷蔵庫に置かれていたのは好ポイントです。勿論、電気ケトルやティーパックなども置いてありました。部屋は広場に面していると朝夜も窓越しに騒がしいかもしれませんが、窓用のドアが二重に設けられているので多少は緩和されます。 アメニティに関しては、必要最低限のもの(手洗い用石鹸、シャンプー兼ボディソープの1回用パック、各種タオル)しかなく、あとは事前に持参するか近くの商店で購入することが必要です。 何より一番の売りは駅近であることで、ナポリを拠点にポンペイやソレントなどのアマルフィ海岸へ移動するのにも便利でした。"

"L'hotel è molto vicino al centro storico, Santa Lucia, al Duomo, via Toledo, al Maschio Angioino, piazza del Plebiscito. La via su cui si affaccia è trafficata ma le finestre sono ben insonorizzate. Le camere sono un po' piccole e soprattuto, se danno sulla via laterale, obbligano a tenere le tende chiuse. Le tende sono pesanti e rendono buia la stanza. Il bagno è piccolo anche se ben disposto. L'aria condizionata funziona molto bene. D'estate la colazione è servita sul tetto, dove si può prendere un paritivo 'on demand'. La colazione è discreta ma non degna di un 4 stelle. È buona la scelta di cose dolci, mentre lascia molto a desiderare la colazione salata. La pulizia viene eseguita un po' frettolosamente. Nella doccia e il calcare non è rimosso da troppo tempo dai rubinetti e dalle altre parti dando un senso fastidioso di incuria. Il personale della concierge e del bar è molto gentile e disponibile. "

"We recently stayed at the Hotel Royal Continental in Naples from January 7 to January 9, 2025, and our overall experience was very positive. Location & Safety The hotel is located in one of the safest and most touristic areas of Naples, right on Via Partenope, facing the sea and Castel dell'Ovo. Naples, as a city, is still evolving into a true tourist destination. The city is making significant improvements to attract more visitors, and you can feel that transition happening. This particular area where the hotel is located feels very safe, thanks to continuous police presence. We saw officers patrolling on foot and by car at all hours of the day and night, which gave us peace of mind. The neighborhood is also filled with excellent restaurants offering a wide range of quality food at reasonable prices. Of course, not every place is great, but there are many good options within walking distance. Additionally, the historic center and most major tourist attractions are within walking distance from the hotel. You can take a leisurely stroll and reach the main sights in under an hour. Room & Comfort The seafront location of the hotel is outstanding. The view from our room was beautiful, and we loved opening the panoramic window to let in the fresh sea breeze in the morning and evening. It’s a wonderful way to start and end your day. The room itself was comfortable and well-maintained, with a level of luxury comparable to a 4-star European hotel. However, it's important to note that European hotel standards are different from those in the U.S.. By American standards, this hotel would be closer to a 3-star property. Despite this, the housekeeping staff did a great job cleaning the room daily and replacing towels. Service & Atmosphere The hotel staff is professional and polite, but interactions felt a bit robotic and mechanical. It seemed like they were following routines rather than making genuine connections with guests. That said, room cleanliness was good, and we appreciated the attention to detail in that regard. One thing that stood out is the hotel’s nostalgic 1950s vibe. The hotel seems proud of its mid-century charm, which they promote through signs and advertisements around the property. If you enjoy that type of retro atmosphere, you’ll appreciate this hotel. Breakfast Experience The breakfast at the hotel was excellent. The dining room overlooks the sea, which makes for a lovely breakfast setting. There are several breakfast stations with a wide variety of options, and the food quality was great. Waiters clean the tables and take care of guests throughout breakfast service, which adds a nice touch. We were very satisfied with the overall breakfast experience. Final Thoughts Overall, Hotel Royal Continental is a solid choice for staying in Naples. The location is its biggest strength, offering stunning views, proximity to restaurants, and easy access to the historic center. it provides a comfortable and memorable experience with beautiful sea views and a nostalgic atmosphere. Would we stay here again? Yes, for the views, location, and breakfast!"

"Harika bir otel, temiz ve güler yüzlü personel. Odalar geniş ve iyi döşenmişti, bu da konaklamamı daha da keyifli hale getirdi. Balkondan manzara muhteşemdi. "Staff are excellent, the room is super clean and comfortable but lacks some basic amenities such as a kettle / complimentary bottled water, iron and a few basics. The location near the station can be a little rough but it wasn’t a problem for me but maybe I won’t recommended it for inexperienced travellers. Overall still good value for money"

"This suite (or rather a room) is centrally located on Via Toledo. It is safe as there are multiple guards in the building. It’s a mix of local residents and Airbnb-type of accommodation. The place is quite funky as it features a huge bath tub in the living room, with the view over Via Toledo! (We never used it.) There’s a reception person during the day but you can arrange the key outside regular hours. It’s easy to communicate with the suite and they are helpful in giving tips re: parking or restaurants. A very good option if you need a place to stay in Napoli."

"Otel personeli son derece yardımsever ve güleryüzlü idi. Bu otelde kaldığım süre boyunca gerçekten keyif aldım. Oda temizdi ve konumu mükemmeldi (Centrale tren istasyonunun hemen yanında). Napoli'ye gelmeyi planlayan tüm gezginlere şiddetle tavsiye ederim!!!"
