"一如既往的溫泉酒店，到附近的景點都非常方便，房間寬敞，早餐和晚餐都是自助形式，款式眾多，而且美味，而且酒店職員非常友善，酒店大門前有一段樓梯，職員都會幫忙搬行李入酒店大堂，所有點點滴滴的美好加在一起，成為一段很好的回憶☺️"

"I came with my family. It seems like a family oriented hotel - buffet menu and nothing to do in the hotel. The room had a gas heater which wasn’t very suitable for such a small room that we had to leave the window slightly open and run the air purifier on high all night. The staff were okay just doing their job but nobody spoke a single word of English. It took us extra 15 minutes wandering around the hotel as the google map location was not accurate. I very much liked the onsen amenities! They were great - head to toe care amenities. But its close location to Biei and the lake make up. I don’t think I’ll come back but for the very cheap price, you get what you pay for. Lesson very much learned!"

"이번에 아사히카와 공항으로 들어와서 아사히카와와 오타루 삿포로에서만 숙박하려고 하다가 비에이 후라노쪽의 투어 여행객때문에 힘들고, 세븐스타나무 옆 자작나무가 베어진 사건과 대부분 1일투어로 지역주민들의 여행객으로 인한 혜택은 드물다는 이야기를 듣고 일부러 숙박으로 이곳을 넣었는데 대만족이었습니다! 우선 저같은 뚜벅이 여행객이 쉬울까 생각했는데 아사히카와 터미널(9번 정류장-공항정류장과 같음)에서 시로가와온천(흰수염 폭포)가는 시내버스가 있고(1650엔) 입구 앞 도로만 건너면 바로 이곳이어서 빙판길에서 캐리어 끌고, 경사있는 바로 아래 숙박업소보다도 이동이 쉽고 편했습니다! 또한 저는 비에이에서는 셔틀이 있다고 들었는데 아사히카와도 있더라구요~ 아사히카와에서 비에이 경유여서 갈때는 비에이 셔틀시간을 놓쳐 시내버스를 타고 갔지만, 체크아웃후 올때는 셔틀버스를 타고 이동했는데 편하고 무료여서 너무 좋았어요! 체크인시 영어나 일본 서비스 가능하고,한국말 서비스는 안되니 번역기(파파고) 참고하세요~ 전날 청의호수 일루미네이션도 무료셔틀이 7시25분에 픽업되서 너무 좋았는데 비에이역과 아사히카와역까지 셔틀이동이 되어 너무 좋았어요! (유모토 이용객하고 같이 이용하는데 출발점이 이호텔이어서 원하는 자리 쾌적하게 앉을수 있는 장점이 더 있습니다) 로비층은 유황냄새같은 쿠로가와나 아리마온천 갔을때 냄새가 나서 역시 찐 온천이구나 생각되어 두근두근 거리더니 역시나 너무 좋았어요~ 수분화이트크림 글루코사민크림, 헤어트리트먼트, 온천수크림, 면봉, 두피토닉, 얼굴 팩과 클린징 워시가 기본어메니티 이외에 있어서 너무 좋았어요~ 스파는 하루 한번씩 바뀌는것 같은데 오른쪽은 욕장이 크고 노천탕이 작고, 왼쪽은 욕장은 작고 노천탕이 커서 색다른 재미가 있었어요~ (체크아웃 전 제가 마지막 손님이라 너무 좋은곳 알리려고 노천탕 급히 한컷 찍어봤어요!) 로비와 식당, 셔틀 직원분들 다 너무 친절하시고, 이가격에 뷔페 디너와 뷔페 조식까지 너무 훌륭했어요! 특히 디너에 스테이크와 새우, 오징어를 너무 든든하게 맛있게 잘먹었어요! 저는 가이세끼 많이 먹어봤는데 개인적으로 뷔페를 더 선호하는데 에피타이저 주메뉴 디저트까지 모두 너무 맛있게 잘 먹었습니다! 룸은 혼자 갔는데 3인 룸이 제가 숙박할때 제일 저렴히 세일해서 그방으로 숙박했는데 밖으로 눈덮인 산과 나무가 보이고, 넓고 쾌적했어요! 화장실이 좁았으나 대욕장이 있어 화장실 용도로만 써서 크게 번거롭지는 않았어요!(근데 칫솔 빗 비누만 있어요!) 침대는 약간 딱딱한 스프링이나 이불이 포근했고, 룸에서 사용하지는 않았으나 수동 목마사지기와 등긁는 도구도 있어 신기했어요~ 밤에 흰수염폭포가는길도 조명이 잘되어 있어서 청의호수 셔틀 타고 일루미네이션 보고 유모토에서 내려서 야경보고 들어오니 동선이 딱이더라구요~ 참고하세요! 다 좋았는데 한가지 아쉬운게 11시이후 난방이 안들어와서 추위타는 사람들은 좀 추울것 같아요ㅜ 저도 야경구경갔다 온천하고 11시 넘어서 들어와서 히터가 안켜져서 당황해서 리뷰검색하다 알게된 사실이예요ㅜ 유카타 장 위에 여분의 이불과 베게 있더라구요~ 저는 혼자 숙박해서 이불 두겹으로 자서 포근하게 잤지만 숙박하시는분 꼭 참고하세요! 그리고 밑에 글에 물병에 생수 담겨진 이야기 있는데 일본은 시골마을 같이 수질 좋은곳은 환경생각해서라도 1회용 자제하는 경우도 많아요! 로마가면 로마법을 따르라는 말이 생각나네요! 나라마다 생활습관이나 문화가 다른데 평점테러는 좀 아쉽네요ㅜ 개인적으로 일본여행 좋아하는 사람으로서 주옥같은곳 놓친 분들을 위해 자세하게 리뷰 남겨봅니다~ 100프로 제 사비로 갔습니다! 혹시 비에이에 또 가게 되면 들리겠습니다! 감사했습니다^^"

"Really great experience! Breakfast have lots of choice of local food. Welcoming snacks included. Close to the Biei station and Bus station to blue pond with just within 5 mins walk. Connect to a souvenir shop with delicious curry bread! Have free photo printing service all by yourself but please refrain from abusing. I hope this service could keep along!"

"This is a little gem in Biei. It gave me cute little cozy wooden hut in the snow kind of vibe. Iooking out from the dining area and our room, the view was fantastic and breathtaking. Few things to highlight 1. Affordable cost. 2. Quite and peaceful space where you can sink in and enjoy at your own pace 3. Beautiful snowy farm view 4. Clean and spacious room 5. Polite and thoughtful staffs who can communicate in Mandarin is a plus point 6. Complimentary breakfast made by the chef was yummy. Thanks to the chef who also specially prepared a vegan set meal for my mother 7. Coffee beans, coffee grinder and tools for drip coffee making is prepared in the room for guests 8. Spacious parking space However, for old people who are weak and unfit to carry heavy luggages up and down the stairs might suffer a little as the hotel doesn't have a lift access to the bedrooms on the second floor.. The hotel bed is not as comfortable as other hotels in Japan. Overall, I love my stay in this hotel and would be glad to revisit this place."

"The hotel description did not capture the situation enough. I was confused due to lack of room pictures. They also posted several listing for different rooms under different hotel name section. But this room is perfect for us. The location is a bit far (if you are not used to walking) from the station but it is only around 7-9 minutes walking. The surrounding area is a quiet neighborhood. The building is new and very clean. It was also warm inside even when the weather forecast said -14 celcius outside. The japanese food they served was also very good. They provided free coffee/tea and water in common area. They also let us lent their microwave. The bathroom is only one but very clean and comfy. The room has its own mini fridge, ac, and tv. If you are wondering where to stay in Biei, I definitely recommend this place."

"One of the best onsen I must say. It’s very very near Shirahige Falls about 5 minutes walk in thick snow. But there aren’t any convenient shops or restaurants within reach. I guess you’ll need to drive. Limited public bus to reach the resort and it costs 660 yen. If you missed then you’ll need to get a taxi which cost about 8000 yen. We took the day trip around Biei which cost about 5500 per person to 8 locations around Biei and the last location you guess it right, it’s Shirahige fall. The tour bus driver very kind to drop us at the onsen resort They served the best saisaki and breakfast. Be sure to get your stomach empty before you reach the premise for the dinner."
