"Excellent hotel! Right by the Nara Station, and 20 mins walk from Deer Park. The staff are lovely and the room is perfectly comfortable with everything you need. They leave little dessert snacks for you in the fridge which is a nice touch. The onsen was excellent! They have yogurt drinks in the morning and ice creams in the evening to enjoy for free. The free massage chairs were also excellent. Tea, coffee, cafe lattes, and matcha lattes are also available for free throughout the day and night. At night they offer free delicious ramen as a midnight snack! Absolutely great hotel, I would definitely recommend! Loved it here. Great value"

"Good: Good cost performance, Good staff, great variety of food, convenient location - next to train station and convenience stores, signs are in english and Japanese. Staff have limited english skills which is ready good for simple requests I think. Bad: room seems to have no air conditioning (cool cold air) - the ”air condition” dail only has fan speed not temperature and it blows warm air. The window gives cold air but can be noisy, especially at day time with construction work going on nearby unless window is left very slightly ajar. Overall it's fine but not sure how good it is in the summer without air-conditioning."

"We arrived tired from a long trip around 2pm and no effort was made to let us into the room before the official 3pm check-in time. The hotel celebrates it's 20th birthday and its age shows everywhere. carpets are dirty in the corridors, bathrooms are built to a 2005 standard, at least beds were comfy."

"Three of us in a triple room. 3 adults. Separate. No couples. Just three friends. But they gave us only two cards to the room. I deliberately asked for the third card, as it was obvious that we will need the third one. Unfortunately they said that only two carfs per room are permitted. 😂 As it was any problem to generate the third one. ** It was pleasant stay, with semi-public onsen experience (opened for the guests from outside the hotel)."

"about a 10-minute walk from Shin-Omiya Station. Right next to it is the Mi Nara Shopping Mall, which has a large hypermarket and several shops selling affordable clothing — including lovely children’s wear. To reach Mi Nara, head to the left side of the hotel, toward the JW Marriott Hotel. Highly recommend:  - Mount Yoshino (steep slopes hiking) lots of persimmon, kiwi trees, pomegranate. Be sure to prepare some food, water in your bag & most importantly hiking stick. We took 4 hours of walking to complete the entire Mount Yoshino (from right with shrines to left with restaurant, fruit trees).  Places to explore near the hotel:  1️⃣ Mi Nara Shopping Mall – Perfect for groceries and daily essentials, with prices more affordable than Aeon Supermarket. 2️⃣ Montbell Village & Bellside Café – A great spot for outdoor gear, and the café serves delicious pasta, pizza, and pastries. - Ask the hotel staff for a printed copy of Bus 28’s schedule to Montbell (the bus stop is right in front of JW Marriott). From Montbell, it’s a short walk to Hard Off / Off House, where you can browse a fun selection of secondhand items — clothes, bags, toys, and household goods. - The breakfast buffet offers a good variety and is worth the price — ¥3,000 per person, payable at the front desk. - The room was clean and comfortable. I recommend renting a humidifier if you experience a dry nose due to the cold air. Also, wearing a mask outdoors helps to stay comfortable in dry or chilly weather. - A free shuttle bus is available — check with the lobby staff for a printed copy of the schedule."

"The ryokan is in a very center position near the entrance of the park. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. All amenities were provided. We had the tatami room with no view and I gotta say it smelled a little bit weird, but other than that it was a very nice stay. We were able to enjoy the public onsen at the top floor as well."

"Rezervasyon yaptırırken oda açıklamasında ”sigara içilmeyen” yazıyordu. Ama bize kül tablası ve ona uygun kokunun olduğu bir oda verdiler. Booking desteği aracılığıyla sorunun çözülmesini 3 saat bekledik. Ve sonunda bize sigara içilmeyen çok güzel bir oda verdiler. Tadilatı daha yeniydi ve masaj koltuğu iyiydi. İlk odada her şey bakımsızdı ve kötü kokuyordu. Rezervasyon sırasında sigara içilmeyen oda için ayrıca talepte bulunulması gerektiği bilgisi verildi. Bu garip, çünkü bu zaten rezervasyonda ve oda açıklamasında belirtilmişti. Genel olarak karışık duygular içindeyim. Çok fazla vaktimizi aldılar. Ancak odada tuvalet malzemesi anlamında her şey, hatta daha fazlası vardı. Jakuzi. Masaj koltuğu."

"The hotel is in an excellent location, and the staff are friendly, providing thoughtful assistance to guests during check-in. There are tea and snack options available, and the coffee is quite good, which is a considerate arrangement for guests who have just arrived at the hotel. The breakfast includes traditional Japanese foods, making it an appealing selling point for guests."

"Birçok Japon otelinde kaldık ve resepsiyon personeli iyi İngilizce bilmeseler bile her zaman cana yakın ve yardımseverdi. Ancak bu otelin resepsiyon personeli pastayı alıyor! Girişimizi yapan bayan harikaydı, kendimi hemen evimde hissettim. Filtre kahve poşetleri harikaydı. Konum tren istasyonuna çok yakındı, onsen sosyalleşmek için dışarıda oturma alanı ve sağlanan ücretsiz atıştırmalıklarla keyifliydi. Nara'ya geri dönersem kesinlikle bu oteli tekrar rezerve edeceğim."

"Отель очень понравился, находится в историческом центре и прямо на входе в парк Нара с оленями. К слову, сами олени так же бродят рядом с территорией отеля. Сервис в отеле не подвел, работники очень приветственные. Очень удивили завтраки (для каждого гостя своя кухня). Уверен, что вернемся еще раз"
