新しくオープンした大阪のホテルに滞在しました。場所は少しわかりにくく、タクシー運転手も知らないことがありましたが、内装はとても素敵で、スタッフのホスピタリティが抜群でした。朝食でいただいたフレンチトーストは今まで食べた中で一番おいしく、東京のホテルはまだ知りませんが、国内でも最高のホテルです

Yakın zamanda Osaka seyahatim sırasında bu otelde kaldım ve beklentilerimi aştı. Konumu mükemmel — toplu taşıma araçlarına, restoranlara ve önemli turistik yerlere yakın, bu da şehirde dolaşmayı inanılmaz derecede kolaylaştırdı. Personel konaklamam boyunca çok cana yakın ve yardımseverdi, her zaman bir gülümsemeyle yardımcı olmaya hazırdı. Great location right outside Universal Studios and Citywalk. Nice big rooms with great view of theme park. Staff very accomodating holding bags the day of checkout. Would stay here again.

Next to the JR Universal City station offers easy access to the Universal Studios. Check in on the second floor and the view from the spa rest area at the top floor is excellent. Sky spa on the highest floor is very good with an outdoor pool and a sauna. TV in the rooms provide an overview of how crowded the Sky Spa is.

The stay at Oriental Hotel Universal City was pleasant overall. The location is excellent and the staff were courteous and professional. However, the shower water pressure was weak, and the toilet lid had visible stains, which was unexpected for a hotel of this class. Overall, still a good experience.

Ideally located near the station, this hotel offers superb convenience. The service is warm and dedicated, with exceptional dining that delights. Rooms are pristine and cozy, ensuring a comfortable stay. A fantastic option for travelers seeking quality and ease.

Location: Next to Bentencho station so easy access to Osaka loop line and Chuo Line for Subway and Rail. Really good location even though it's not central Osaka. The advantage is that you can still get everywhere within 10-20mins and the surrounding area is clean and safe and quiet. There is a 7-11 next door and a commercial gym (charged at 1650 per day) Negatives are there is not much to do in the evenings. But this leads to the quietness of the area and is an advantage Hotel Room: We stayed in double room and it was large. Nice comfortable bed with good pillows. The AC was modern and good and did not make noise even while we were asleep. The room is cleaned daily (tidy and new towels) with new sheets every 3 days. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided. The room was also very clean. The bed has USB and chargers on either side of it. There is space to hang clothes But the room is really nice. We always were glad to come back to a very clean and tidy place. The TV has English menus but we never watched anything. Negatives are the fridge could be colder and the bathroom sink has a tiny slope on it so you cannot place product on the sink but you have a shelf above the sink for this. Very slight negatives for what is a great place to stay Hotel features: Excellent. Great laundry room with several washers & dryers. Trouser presses, vending machine and ice machine. A rooftop terrace with good views. The breakfast is free and is underwhelming, just different bread and pastries with choices of juice, soups, water and yogurt. It's acceptable and I guess it's free. The hotel lobby has little items you can take if needed, such as hair bands, toothbrushes, razor kits but something nice was that they give you bath bombs for free too. Different ones each day. Staff: Very friendly and helpful, even after midnight when I made requests they were very fast and helpful Overview: 100% would stay here again. The price-to-quality ratio and the large room size make this an easy choice. Do not worry about location, I stayed it Dontonburi area before and alothgh its close to everything, its loud, dirty and feels unsafe. But the location of Porta Inn is really good and super easy to get to central areas (around 10-20mins) and easy to get to the airport (direct line) and easy to get to Universal Studios too.

The room itself is well maintained and the facilities are common basic ones that I need as a solo female traveler. It a 5 minute walk to Juso Station and a lot of convenience store around. They have a coin laundry machine as well so it was easier to wash clothes when I needed it. All additional things that you need such as toiletries are also readily available at the lobby area. And the best part was the free breakfast!

Hotel Review: Serene Elegance Boutique Hotel I recently stayed at Serene Elegance Boutique Hotel during my trip, and the experience exceeded my expectations. Location: The hotel enjoys a prime location in the city center—just a 5-minute walk from the subway station. It’s surrounded by local restaurants, convenience stores, and major attractions, making it incredibly convenient for both sightseeing and dining. Check-in Experience: The front desk staff were warm and welcoming. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade. The lobby was clean, beautifully decorated, and subtly scented, creating a relaxing atmosphere upon arrival. Room Comfort and Amenities: I stayed in a Deluxe King Room, which was spacious, well-lit, and tastefully designed in a modern minimalist style. The bed was extremely comfortable with crisp, clean linens. The room included high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV, a mini fridge, and a kettle—everything I needed. The bathroom featured a separate shower area, strong water pressure, and high-quality toiletries. Breakfast: Breakfast was another highlight. The buffet offered a wide range of options, from Western-style dishes to traditional local fare. There were fresh fruits, hot porridge, eggs cooked to order, and baked goods. The dining area was elegant, and the staff were attentive, often checking in to offer coffee or tea refills. Service: The service throughout my stay was consistently excellent. Housekeeping was thorough, and any requests were responded to promptly. The staff were always friendly and professional, adding a personal touch to the stay. Minor Downsides: If I had to point out one small flaw, it would be the slightly thin walls—some hallway noise was audible in the evening. However, it didn’t significantly disrupt my sleep. Overall: This hotel offers fantastic value for money and is a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. I’ll definitely return on my next visit to the city.
