新しくオープンした大阪のホテルに滞在しました。場所は少しわかりにくく、タクシー運転手も知らないことがありましたが、内装はとても素敵で、スタッフのホスピタリティが抜群でした。朝食でいただいたフレンチトーストは今まで食べた中で一番おいしく、東京のホテルはまだ知りませんが、国内でも最高のホテルです

Güzel bir otel, biraz izole ama şehir merkezine yaklaşık yarım saatte ulaşım sağlayan küçük bir tren istasyonunun yanında. Oda küçük ama temiz. Kahvaltıda, özellikle kekler ve diğer tatlılar açısından iyi bir çeşitlilik var. Personel nazik, ancak bazen biraz aceleci. Universal Studio 15 dakika yürüme mesafesinde.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, conveniently located near Namba Station. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s about a 6 minute walk to Kuromon market and 15-20 minute walk to Shinsaibashi, which was perfect for exploring the area. While we didn’t use many of the hotel’s facilities, the room quality and prime location made our stay very enjoyable.

Great location right outside Universal Studios and Citywalk. Nice big rooms with great view of theme park. Staff very accomodating holding bags the day of checkout. Would stay here again.

Otelin Çince konuşan bir resepsiyonu var ve iletişim sorunsuz. Otelin yakınında bir metro istasyonu ve Ebisucho istasyonu var ve caddenin karşısına geçmenize gerek yok. bedava dondurma ve içecekler (çocukların favorisi), ayrıca en sevdikleri ramen ve bedava bira da var, vay be🤩, harika, burada kalıp ayrılmayabileceğimi hissediyorum, ayrıca bir tane de alabilirim. We stayed for six nights. The hotel was a bit far from the train station, but it offered the best view. Overall, I would say it was wonderful: a big bed, a clean room, and nice, friendly staff. The only thing we didn't like was that the breakfast wasn't that good. We found there was not much variety, the same food everyday (with only a few changes), a lack of staff, too many people, and food shortages everyday of our stay

the location is very strategic, easily accessible by both taxi and train. It is a very short walk to major train station (Osaka Shin) and modern shopping mall. Good for business traveller

Location: Next to Bentencho station so easy access to Osaka loop line and Chuo Line for Subway and Rail. Really good location even though it's not central Osaka. The advantage is that you can still get everywhere within 10-20mins and the surrounding area is clean and safe and quiet. There is a 7-11 next door and a commercial gym (charged at 1650 per day) Negatives are there is not much to do in the evenings. But this leads to the quietness of the area and is an advantage Hotel Room: We stayed in double room and it was large. Nice comfortable bed with good pillows. The AC was modern and good and did not make noise even while we were asleep. The room is cleaned daily (tidy and new towels) with new sheets every 3 days. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided. The room was also very clean. The bed has USB and chargers on either side of it. There is space to hang clothes But the room is really nice. We always were glad to come back to a very clean and tidy place. The TV has English menus but we never watched anything. Negatives are the fridge could be colder and the bathroom sink has a tiny slope on it so you cannot place product on the sink but you have a shelf above the sink for this. Very slight negatives for what is a great place to stay Hotel features: Excellent. Great laundry room with several washers & dryers. Trouser presses, vending machine and ice machine. A rooftop terrace with good views. The breakfast is free and is underwhelming, just different bread and pastries with choices of juice, soups, water and yogurt. It's acceptable and I guess it's free. The hotel lobby has little items you can take if needed, such as hair bands, toothbrushes, razor kits but something nice was that they give you bath bombs for free too. Different ones each day. Staff: Very friendly and helpful, even after midnight when I made requests they were very fast and helpful Overview: 100% would stay here again. The price-to-quality ratio and the large room size make this an easy choice. Do not worry about location, I stayed it Dontonburi area before and alothgh its close to everything, its loud, dirty and feels unsafe. But the location of Porta Inn is really good and super easy to get to central areas (around 10-20mins) and easy to get to the airport (direct line) and easy to get to Universal Studios too.
