Perfect stay. Amazing modern onsen ryokan. Lovely privat baths ideal for couples or families. Food was also really good and communication with the lovely staff in english (with some help from google translate) easy.

とても清潔感があり、お食事は何を頂いても美味しかったです。お風呂は決して大きくはありませんでしたが、やはり、清潔でのんびりさせて頂きました。又来年伺います。

It was amazing! Starting from meeting at the station and ending with perfect water temperature! I had amazing experience with kaiseki cuisine, which this hotel provide. It was so tasty and so many things, that I was overeating. 😅 And I meet a samurai (mascot) during the dinner. ☺️ The room was exactly the same with picture and really comfortable.👍🏻 It is possible to take a private bath in the hotel. I used this service and can say, that I totally enjoyed it! As you can understand, I am really impressed by this hotel. Highly recommend it!

車でナビを見ながら向かった際場所が少しわかりにくく迷ってしまったが、とても良いホテルでした。対応してくれた方はみなさん明るく親切で良かったです。また、食事も想像以上に美味しくて驚きました。ありがとうございました。

Отличный отель, дружелюбный персонал, очень вкусная и разнообразная еда. Понравилось все!!! Для маленьких детей не очень удобно в номере из за множества подъемов передвижение опасно, мой ребенок много раз падал и мне приходилось ходить за ним по пятам.

The manager is very nice and helpful, he even prepared all the informations such as map, good places to eat etc. for our next destination. The onsen is lukewarm, we can enjoy a long bath and relax.
