"We had a mountain view room and it was nice and relaxing looking out the balcony in the morning. There were some campfire chairs near the pool which also felt very relaxing. The hotel staff were all very nice and helpful. However, the room was clearly getting old. Furniture had clear signs of age and peeling off. The cleanliness could also be better. The hinge to a cabinet was loose, there were spider webs at the corner, the bath towels were frayed and looked grayish. But the worst was that the shower hose broke with a light tug, which suggest how old it is. The technician came to replace it shortly but it was such a shocking and unpleasant situation overall."

The room and the staff save for breakfast, quite disappointed. - buffet line is very small and the taste is not that good. - our trip member has the elder with wheelchair, the table in indoor was full when we came. It would be better if the hotel informed us which time the buffet room was crowded so that we could prepare."

The resort is quite large, so you might rely on the buggy service to get around. The pool water can be a bit cold depending on the season, and the interior in some rooms is starting to show minor wear — but nothing that affects comfort. Every staff member we met was friendly, polite, and genuinely helpful — from the front desk to the buggy drivers and restaurant team. You really feel taken care of here. The whole place gives off a peaceful, welcoming energy that makes you want to stay longer. ⭐ My rating: 9/10 — Excellent stay, beautiful environment, and one of the best breakfast spreads in Khao Yai!"

"The service was exceptional, the staff paid so much attention to our needs. However unlike Toscana, we were not allowed to cycle through the resident area to explore and only outside the resort. The parking areas could have more protective shade installed due to the immense heat in the afternoon and rainy season. Unfortunately, due to the heavy rain during the day, our car experience quite a rain leak through the sunroof as the drain tube was clogged. The staff however was quick to help us by having security reserved a parking spot with roof shade when we came back from exploring Khao Yai. We appreciate this very much since it rained the rest of the night. To sum up the staff and security went above and beyond to accommodate us."

Next morning enjoy breakfast at the Hotel 6. For lunch, Head over to Moo Deng Suphan2 (walking distance) 🏡 A Cozy Escape: The staff greeted us warmly. The well-maintained garden, filled with lush greenery ⛲️, adds to the peaceful atmosphere. There's also an on-site café ☕️ , perfect for unwinding with a cup of coffee or tea. "- The reception staff and all the employees, including housekeeping and security, provided excellent service and warmly welcomed us. Everyone was cheerful and friendly. - Our room was spacious with plenty of usable space, even though we booked the cheapest room type. - There were plenty of activities available within the hotel. It’s perfect for relaxing whether you’re staying with family or as a couple. - The hotel is pet-friendly, which we absolutely loved. ❤️😍 - In November, they offer a “moo kata” (Thai BBQ) service from around 5 PM onward at the camping area. The area is clean and beautifully set up, with great atmosphere and service. The food was tasty and hygienic. We were very impressed. ❤️ - One thing we would really like to see improved is the in-room TV. The TV is too old and there is no Internet TV, cable channels, or online streaming services available. We could only watch a few local channels, which were low quality and very limited 😭"

"It was perfect for staying with a friend! We had a twin room, the hotel room itself was clean and nice and staff was friendly and polite. The location is 10/10 with flower fields right across the road, and the cowboy bar (we recommend) not very far either. Overall - it was really value for the price 😊"

"We had a wonderful stay at Labaris Hotel during our 3-day trip to Khao Yai. The hotel is very close to Khao Yai National Park (just a 15-minute drive) and Tha Chang Natural Spring. The place is very family-friendly—quiet and spacious. There’s a creek behind the hotel, which made us feel even closer to nature. The staff’s hospitality was amazing. They were professional, welcoming, and incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a wide variety of food and changed daily. As I traveled during my birthday month, they surprised me with a banoffee cake and a lovely note. We will definitely be back and couldn’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a getaway from Bangkok!"

"My stay at Kirimaya this time means I've now experienced all three hotels in the group. Overall, the stay was good, but the room view I got was a bit disappointing. I couldn’t see much at all—no views of the sunrise, sunset, or the mountains. If you're someone who enjoys peace and quiet, it might suit you well, but for me, the lack of a scenic view was a letdown. From what I saw while walking around, Kirimaya has several buildings. Only two of them offer views of the swimming pool, the golf course, or good landscape. Obviously, the view there is better, but those buildings may not be as quiet as the others. If you’re aiming for a good view, I’d recommend contacting the hotel staff directly to request a room with a better one. Another downside for me was the loud noise from lawn mowing on Monday morning, just after 9am. I understand that it's a regular working time, but I had planned to sleep in and relax before checking out, so it threw off my plans a little. Best of luck to everyone planning to stay!"
