"There was a slight misunderstanding on the first day, but the staff found solutions. The location is very near many beautiful landmarks. The kids enjoyed the pool, even though it was 18 degrees Celsius. One room was a bit old, and the hot shower in one room wasn't working. The front view shown in the app differed from the actual view. The food was average. All amenities were accessible. I liked the fitness room; it was clean. 7/10. Thank you!"

"The room had a dead lizard balcony looked like not been cleaned . Breakfast eggs and food was cold tasteless with a lack of choice. Location is the good part very central to everything as long as you drive. Some staff very friendly but some not even a smile I think the management’s could resolve this shortfalls to make it a good location to stay. For me I would not rebook this hotel again."

"This hotel was ok. Room was fairly basic, but clean with a decent shower. It seems that the hotel caters for Thai holiday groups so the breakfast was geared to that."

"It's cheap, so please don't expect anything much. No elevator if you have big luggage and have to stay on high floor. However, It's easy to find food, you just need to walk out to the main road a bit. However, if you plan to stay in the hotel for works or rest, I don't think it's a good place. I just used it for sleep. I went out to the city for whole afternoon and night, and came back late. And i left early in the morning. It's ok."
