I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect — jThe room was spotless and very comfortable, with a beautiful view of the mountains. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I especially appreciated the delicious breakfast buffet with lots of variety. Definitely a place I would return to — highly recommended!

We had a mountain view room and it was nice and relaxing looking out the balcony in the morning. There were some campfire chairs near the pool which also felt very relaxing. The hotel staff were all very nice and helpful. However, the room was clearly getting old. Furniture had clear signs of age and peeling off. The cleanliness could also be better. The hinge to a cabinet was loose, there were spider webs at the corner, the bath towels were frayed and looked grayish. But the worst was that the shower hose broke with a light tug, which suggest how old it is. The technician came to replace it shortly but it was such a shocking and unpleasant situation overall.

Muthi Maya's staff has really good service and they went beyond my expectation to provide me with a cake as it was my partner's birthday. I have stayed with their other hotel within the kirimaya group, Atta, and my experience there was a really good and pleasant one, hence chose to stay at another of their sister hotel. However, Muthi maya is very far from most facilities and facilities are only accessible via their shuttle service based on certain timings or by driving. During the stay, one of my kids experienced a medical emergency, a allergy reaction, a first for me, and Kirimaya group's hotel is not the hotel you want to stay at when you are faced with a medical emergency. Firstly, Muthi Maya's reception does not have the basic necessity of a medical kit or medical bag. We even contacted the Kirimaya's hotel reception and Atta's hotel reception and there was no medical bag that we can have access to. Secndly, the nearest hospital is at least 30km away. My kid's breathing pipe was closing and waiting for the ambulance was definitely not a good idea. So if staying here, Driving is the best way to get here. Other than this huge scare, because i stayed during their 'non-peak' period, the hotel breakfast was not the usual buffet and this was a huge disappointment for me as i was looking forward to a good breakfast given i have stayed at Atta before and the breakfast was really good when i stayed there. one night in Muthi Maya cost twice as much as atta as well, Hence the high expectations. Overall, i would say the room was really huge, and pool in the villa was really clean. but sadly because of the situation i had face, i would reconsider booking this group of hotel in the future.

Money for value hotel.  We ate at the Italian and Thai restaurant in Movenpick next door.   The service staff are very nice  The lady staff on duty not only deliver our bfast boxes as well as seeing us off at 5am on the day we checked out. We stayed 5 nights.  Only blemish is the hotel had a blackout and water shut off on Sunday morning 6 am. We learnt that it was a blackout in the whole area not the hotel Alone.   The downside of this hotel allows people to hold mini party at the bfast  restaurant alfresco dining area. The party goers had karaoke in the process and the noise were too loud for residents in rhe Tower C.  This is one area the management should look into as the crooners were out of tune .

The resort has a modern design but still feels cozy and peaceful, surrounded by nature. The rooms are clean, stylish, and comfortable, with great views and good privacy. The atmosphere is quiet and not crowded, which makes it perfect for couples who just want to slow down and enjoy time together. Staff are friendly and helpful, making the stay feel easy and stress-free. Breakfast is good, and the common areas are great for chilling, taking photos, or just enjoying the scenery. Overall, it’s a lovely resort for a couple’s trip or a short escape from the city. Definitely recommended ❤️

We had a lovely stay at Mövenpick Resort Khao Yai. The resort was very clean, well-maintained, and the facilities were excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel very welcome. The location is peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing with family, although it’s a bit far from main attractions. Overall, a great resort for families looking for comfort, good service, and a calm atmosphere. Would definitely recommend.

Had a 3d2n in this resort. The room itself was very big and we were amazed by the private pool, rooftop Terrance and the onsen. We were able to do the check in at the room itself. Their services provided were very good. You can also have your own bbq at the rooftop however you might really need to tell them you want have the bbq your own. If not they will helped you cooked the food and served to your room. The quality of the bbq food I would say was average only. Could have been better. I like that we can get to choose in room dinning for our breakfast and there’s quite a few options for the breakfast. As for the location wise, it was a very ulu place and some of the road leading to the place doesn’t have lamp post light and a lot of pit holes making it hard to drive in the dark. Have to take note of the parking place as you need to park on a down slope 😅. Other than that it was still a good experience staying there!

Resort very clean and full of old culture of Thailand, if really great , but just only one problem is when we arrived to hotel the electricity is didn’t get and they don’t have second plan for this problem so we need to wait until 5 pm for electricity and air condition . Breakfast for set menu is also nice and good
