"We really enjoyed the retro look of the motel! The lobby and restaurant are amazing! Our room was very comfortable and I loved the bathroom and shower. We had our breakfast in the restaurant there and our server, Michele, was awesome. She was so very friendly and accommodating! We enjoyed our breakfast, which was so much better than the continental breakfasts you get at other hotels! We checked out the pool and surrounding pool deck. It was really cool! Loved the look. We hope to go back for a longer visit sometime."

"Overall, the hotel appears to be well managed, and it was nice to see the staff working together and supporting one another. I especially appreciated not having to wait several hours for check-in, which made the arrival much smoother.
During my stay, some areas of the floor were under renovation. While this is understandable, there was a noticeable smell and visible signs of ongoing work, which slightly affected the overall impression.
The room itself felt quite cool, and there were a few small details that could be improved. The coffee machine wasn’t working, a hair dryer was not available in the room, and there was a noticeable draft coming from the window. I also noticed a black hair on the bed upon arrival. On a positive note, an iron was provided.
One thing I did appreciate was that coffee and tea were available in the lobby most of the time.
For a 4-star hotel, 🫣🫣🫣
Overall, this hotel could be a good option if alternatives are limited, and with some attention to details, it has the potential to offer a more comfortable stay."

"We came with friends as we usually do every February. Shanica greeted us with such a smile! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and helpful! Breakfast was excellent and the rooms very comfortable. Our friend even had the room next door with a fireplace! The entryway was warm and inviting and very comfortable. Even had a table out there where we could play games and talk. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and had nice towels. This why it is our favorite place to stay in Pigeon Forge!"

MMisafir KullanıcıBeautiful home with ALL of the amenities! Our family enjoyed evenings in the hot tub and shooting pool while watching football after long days at Dollywood and downtown Gatlinburg. Patriot Park is a very short drive, and you can purchase an all-day trolley pass for $3 there. The location is perfect! You get a beautiful mountain view from the balcony and living room, while still being close to everything and not having to worry about traveling curvy mountain roads to get to the cabin. We will definitely be back!

First they took all money at the morning from card i didn’t wanna to use , then when we are arrived to hotel they get other credit card and use that for deposit , but anyway from my other card they took 10 dollars ! What management do their job like this ????? And about breakfast! Horrible ! You get the coupons for breakfast and you can’t take coffee and water ! one drink for the breakfast:coffee or water or juice ! All the days they confused our orders ! Service at the hotel one star!!!! Never seen that at Marriott hotels ! They even didn’t give water for the status like it usually do ! Because we booked through trip .com . But it is ok ! Other things are just disappointing! It was my birthday trip!

SShanghaixin去大霧山住在BW， BW酒店房間多，上下方便， 中間游泳池也大， 那天下大雨， 第二天上山，山上的霧很多。其實大霧山的景色在浙江福建是很多的， 非常普通， 不過後麪的藍嶺公路確實不錯。

HHrishi MenonWe stayed here for 3 nights as a family. The hotel has a lot of facilities to keep kids happy and engaged. Indoor waterpark was good with quite a few slides. Thanksgiving decoration was beautiful. They also did a lot of activities right from 8:30 am until 9:45 pm to entertain the families and kids, and that was really nice of them. Rooms were OK, it didn't have a microwave. They have a breakfast place, ice cream shop, flavored pop corn and sweets/candy shop, and a pizzeria. The breakfast place had ”A la carte” option, no buffet. Overall, it's a very nice place for families with kids. The kids will never feel bored even if they have to spend a whole day in the hotel. And location is perfect.

First and most important to the person who said the place had bedbugs I looked trying to find one and I never did see any. The linen was so clean I honestly think it was new, the sheets and the towels. Mirrors had no streaks or spots on any of them. The shower had no water stains or spots. The fridge looked like it had never been used. It was so clean. I have never been able to sleep on a new bed without waking up to the worse back pain and for the first time ever the pain was less than as if I was at home in my own bed. Pleasantly surprised! I also seen some complaints about the breakfast so let me tell you….awesome! There was quite a selection to choose between biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, yogurt an assortment of juices, muffins and they kept it stocked clean and great! When I go back my next visit I will be looking to stay here again. Thank you for such a great experience.

We thought there would be a pool based on what we booked online but this location did not have one when we arrived. We also booked a room with two Queen beds and received two full. Not a deal breaker but not what we signed up for either. Overall not bad for the price and it was close to everything we wanted to do. I wouldn’t stay there again now knowing there are a lot more options

MMisafir KullanıcıHotel was older but clean. Convenient to Gatlinburg, and the Smoky Mountain parkway. The room had everything you needed mini fridge, small coffee maker, hairdryer. A elevator to the second and third floors. But it wasn’t convenient to both ends of the large outdoor entrances. The beds were comfortable. The room had a flat screen tv but the remote controls didn’t work. We tried to call the front desk, but the phone didn’t work either. When we went to the front desk to tell them, they said they didn’t know the rooms had phones. They gave us a new remote that also didn’t work. There was only 1 washcloth and towel in the room, but they gave us more when we went to the front desk. The air conditioning worked well. The pool was open but not heated as advertised.
