Ditto distance to Old Town. • A few minutes walking takes you to shopping and any kind of high-quality food (I really mean gourmet meals) from different parts of the world. • These hotel facilities (shorter ”skyscrapers”, all around 40 floors) are in some comfortable, convenient, and appealing way surrounding each other, and they are then again bonded together with smaller shops/stores, boutiques, saloons and kiosks, offering everything from fresh bakery, haircut/spa, and medicine to any kinds of coffee and workout. And as a pulsating heart of this complete organism, there is this attractive shopping mall. With other words, you'll find everything you've always wanted but didn't know that you needed, too, on this energetic but at the same time peaceful and safe island, created just for your welfare and safety. • Your room/apartment is of a higher standard, with a smaller kitchen, fully equipped, so to speak, and with washing machine on the balcony. • The housekeeping services are just outstanding. Make your private appointments with the room cleaner in accordance with your own schedules, and your unit will be perfectly cleaned and maintained whenever it suits you. • The 'Landlord' is simply unique, even his English skills are on an excellent level. 👍 ... In addition to always being available, he is also extremely serviceminded and helpful. As a tourist, especially for the first time in Hanoi and Vietnam, you really are safe and taken care of when needed. He even made sure that we had a secure and reliable taxi waiting outside the main entrance early in the morning, bringing us flawlessly to the airport. Thank you, Tran! We are forever grateful. Otel çok elverişli bir konumda yer alıyor. Ayrıca kahvaltıda da zengin bir seçenek yelpazesi mevcut. Personelin hepsi takdire şayan ve yardımsever. Konaklamanın yanı sıra otel, kara ulaşımı ve turlar da ayarladı. Genel olarak, burada kalmak Hanoi gezimizi unutulmaz kıldı.

Great hotel to stay. Booked a connecting room for a family of 4 (2 toddlers). Suitable stay for kids. Hotel is conveniently located in old quarters. Walkable to the key attractions. Lots of eateries nearby. Thanks.

I don't understand how can this hotel get a 9.3 rating and rated as a 5 star hotel in trip.com. when I reached I felt deceived, this is just a 3 star hotel. Room is so small. And with the price I paid about 85 euro, I think you better go to Fraser Suites still one of the best in Hanoi. This hotel is one of my worst hotel in Vietnam. When you enter the toilet has a big smell and the sink is blocked. Imagine at 11pm already dead tired and shower halfway with a block sink and flooded floor. See the photo. How can a hotel design the floor sink like this. There is no slot to contain the water and if it's blocked it will overflow of course to the dry floor. Such a stupid design and not to mentioned the smell. The manager know exactly this room has a problem when he came but still provide this room to me. This is the point that make me furious. I manage to change to a new room and this room is better with no block sink but the room felt outdated and small. . Most importantly there is a constant water flowing water noise that I don't know is it from the neighbour or from upper ceiling. In general there is simply no insulation and noisy when people walk by. I felt like want to check out after my first night but its a non refundable. No choice. Overall it is a nightmare for me. Breakfast is average. Positive side the staff is ok. I will never trust the rating in trip.com of 9.3 or Google rating 4.8. just cannot believe it and I booked it to try due to good rating but end up quite disappointed. Anyway in general as advice try to avoid most hotel within the old town and look for Novotel suites, Fraser suites that are located outside from the touristic old town to get the best value for money and just use Grab if you want to visit the old town.

Abit further away from old quarters but definitely safe here considering the ministry of defense is just right in front. Cleanliness can be improve as we found hair in the bath tub. The security uncles so kind, welcoming and helpful. He even reminded us of the weather at Sapa before our departure. The staff tho can be improved. We were there for 3 nights and didn’t see any hotel receptionist. Honestly if not of the security, we would have quite a bad experience here. Also suggest not to use sensor light at room corridor even though it’s for sustainability purpose. It’s so dark when the lift open and we got a shock the first time. All in all, it’s a great value for money honestly. Would come back again.

Uçuş gecikmesi ve Hanoi havaalanında bagajlarla bekledikten sonra taksi transferinin beklemesi ve otele zamanında varmam hoştu. Giriş işlemleri sorunsuz ve hızlıydı. Oda özellikle geniş olmasa da tüm ihtiyaçlarımı karşıladı. Sıcak su basıncı iyiydi, ancak lavabodaki sıcak su duştaki sıcak sudan daha sıcaktı ve daha serbestçe akıyordu. Yine de uçuştan sonra duştan ve rahat uykudan gerçekten keyif aldım. Bulutlu ve serin bir sabaha uyanmak otelin rahatlığını vurguladı. Nehir/dere manzarası işçilerin tarama yapmasıyla kesintiye uğradı ancak biraz eğlence sağladı. Kahvaltı çok iyiydi. Hanoi'ye harika bir giriş oldu.

What a great location in the middle of the hustle in bustle! This hotel is a family owned and operated business. We met the owners son and wife who manage the property and they are lovely people and give great recommendation. Check-in was quick and seamless. They greeted us with welcome tea and gave us a map with a thorough briefing of the best places to eat and visit. They even ran our luggage up and had someone turn the AC on before we got in our room so it would be cool upon entry. The room was cozy and the bed had a supportive mattress but I am partial to the hard beds of Asia. Breakfast was at the top in a beautiful space and they made your eggs to order. I only wish the shower door did a better job of keeping the water in. We tried to book them after our HaLong Bay cruise canceled but sadly they were fully booked. We will be back!

The hotel was clean and new. Look similar to what the photo show. Recommend to book.

I really liked the location of this place in how it is near a lot of food, fruit, and vegetable stands. I also liked how it is near a lot of mini stores where I can go pick up things that I need. Owner is very nice and loans me things that I needed. She is very respectful to me calling me sir. Hotel maid was very friendly to be around. I like how there was a portable convection stove for me to cook things with. I like how there were silverware, chopsticks, and dishes that I can use to eat my food with. Very good deal to use the washer where it only costs 20,000 dong for the first time and free for additional uses. I liked how it was near that big Winmart grocery store. Hotel room was very clean. I liked how it had this small space where I can hang my clothes up to dry which was perfect because it was directly underneath the air conditioning unit of the room upstairs where it gives off the heat which dries it faster. Hotel always has a fresh clean set of towels available whenever I need it. Hotel always has toilet paper available whenever I need it. The only thing that I didn't like was that now and then, there are spiders, where I had to kill 2 of them. I also had to deal with a big spider on my last day. I am somebody that has a fear of spiders. I might comeback to this hotel in August, September, or beginning of next year when I comeback towards Hanoi in Vietnam and the situation fits for me.
