"I had a really nice stay at Episode Hotel Hsinchu. The place feels modern and cozy, and everything was clean and well taken care of. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed, which made it easy to relax. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth. The location is also convenient for business but not so for leisure holiday. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you’re looking for a comfortable, easy stay in Hsinchu."

"We were unaware of a policy until we arrive at the motel and it is inconvenient for stay more than a night. This policy was not flagged on the booking platform. Staying for 3 nights mean we are to check in from 6pm and check out next day 12 noon, return 6pm to check in and check out again next noon, total 3 times. A service fee (for the 6 hours 12noon to 6pm) is charged in order to keep the room thru the day for the 3 night stay avoiding the daily check in and out. This said to applies for 2pax room and is addition to the booking paid on the booking platform. We picked this motel for convenience of parking and walk up to the room. Everything was good in the room apart the narrow stairway carrying our luggage and the floor better off wearing a slippers. Breakfast is ok with a small spread of buffet and few additional items you can order from the kitchen."

"第四次入住 設備年代感較明顯 但地理位置優越是不爭的事實 附近吃喝玩樂都有 可在下午3點半入住 較一般汽旅方便 傍晚外出時告知櫃檯人員房間的蓮蓬頭有點狀況 櫃檯人員有確認是否允許工作人員 在我不在房內時進去處理 這個詢問相當貼心 晚上回房間時已更換成新的蓮蓬頭 浴室的門是電動門 按鍵並不是很精準 浴室內牆上的電視控制按鍵故障 無法調整音量與選台 早餐選擇多樣 送餐也準時 下次若再來新竹辦事 還是會選擇入住 但若是有攜伴 可能會選擇設備更好的住宿選項"
