"เดินทางสะดวก ใกล้ TRA มีอ่างอาบน้ำ มีอาหารเช้า พนักงานดูแล แต่ไม่ค่อยสะอาด ตอนเข้าห้องมาเจอกระดาษทิชชู่ใช้แล้วอยู่หลังประตูและเศษผมกองค่อนข้างใหญ่บนเตียง สิ่งที่ไม่โอเคเลยคือกลิ่นบุหรี่เหม็นมาก ห้องข้างๆสูบบุหรี่ในห้องแล้วกลิ่นลอยมาทางห้องของเรา คิดว่าน่าจะมาทางห้องน้ำ ควรจะมีการห้ามสูบบุหรี่ในห้องแบบเด็ดขาด"

Can spend the whole day just taking part in activities - breakfast is fantastic, in terms of taste and variety, especially the usage of local hsinchu food - Room big, comfortable and with nice decor - international power socket - baby shampoo, soap and lotion provided - eco friendly (toilet amenities such as tooth brush, paste) only provided upon request - indoor swimming pool - sauna Negatives - location not the best (next to a lake but not near the city centre or other amenities. Only a convenience store at the outside of the hotel) - sound insulation not perfect. Maybe just my room. Room facing the road, can hear the sound of traffic."

"Dar Lon is a great hotel for business travellers. They have free flow coffee and complimentary vouchers are given upon check in where you can redeem ice cream, fruits or a cake. Would definitely choose Dar Lon for the next stay!"

"Very close to the train station and bus terminal by foot. The room is small. The shower is not separated from the toilet. The toilet is small, you better to stand to pee if you are male. Breakfast is invented but very simple and almost no protein."

"Eventhough there are some wrong messages between Trip. Com, their agent agoda and the hotel. But the hotel's staff was handling it in patients and good manners. Also a credit to Trip. Com service team, very easy to keep in touch through data call and very fast to identify their issues. Best thing of Trip. Com was very responsibility and accountable on their advertisements in their platform. Eventually they made a compensation for the mastake."

"The hotel location is convenient, near the train station, malls, parks and zoo. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is great. Would love to go back again."

"Hotel is quite nice, staff was very friendly and room as clean and equipped nicely. Breakfast was expansive with a good selection for everyone. The location is within walking distance to many things. We took a nice walk to the science park area and visited one of the local temples. There is also a nice speakeasy bar within 10 min walk (kind of hidden past the starbucks up the hill). I would definitely recommend this hotel to business visitors or tourists as well."

"We were unaware of a policy until we arrive at the motel and it is inconvenient for stay more than a night. This policy was not flagged on the booking platform. Staying for 3 nights mean we are to check in from 6pm and check out next day 12 noon, return 6pm to check in and check out again next noon, total 3 times. A service fee (for the 6 hours 12noon to 6pm) is charged in order to keep the room thru the day for the 3 night stay avoiding the daily check in and out. This said to applies for 2pax room and is addition to the booking paid on the booking platform. We picked this motel for convenience of parking and walk up to the room. Everything was good in the room apart the narrow stairway carrying our luggage and the floor better off wearing a slippers. Breakfast is ok with a small spread of buffet and few additional items you can order from the kitchen."

"A time honoured hotel got a new “face” by cultural creative designing. The rooms and the parking lot still express their old ages but good maintenance shall be credited. It seems there are many exchanging staff from abroad, which is good for providing international services. The location is perfect, just right nearby the city hall. Even though the restaurants around this area are plenty, the ones inside Howard are good enough and the cafe on 1st floor is suitable for a family with kids."
