Je recommande. C’est une maison de famille qui a été transformée en hôtel à taille humaine et décorée par un designer local avec soin et beaucoup de jolis détails. L’hôtel est tout neuf (décembre 2025) et très propre. C’est une entreprise familiale et le personnel est très aimable et accueillant notamment le jeune employé M Li. J’ai eu le droit au thé et aux fruits et à beaucoup d’attention. La communication est très fluide grâce à leur application de traduction. Il y a des chambres au rez de chaussée ce qui est pratique si on a de lourd bagages (pour les occidentaux petit rappel : le rez de chaussée correspond en Chine au 1er étage). Au rez de chaussée : un grand espace de repos avec grand écran et au 2ème étage, il y a une agréable terrasse avec vue sur la porte de Chaoyang et un second salon de thé (il y en a un autre à côté de la réception). La chambre est très belle et il y a tous les équipements nécessaires et modernes. Le matelas est très confortable. Il est situé non loin à pied de tous les lieux touristiques par des petites rues : la vieille ville, le petit train, le jardin de la famille Zhu et le lac… Le rapport qualité prix est incroyable. Il est accessible en voiture.

The place has so much history and culture - we are privileged to be able to be able to experience it all during our time in Jianshui. The host (Zhao) is amazing - when we first arrived, he brought us around the place and told us all about it. During our stay, he goes above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable. He even accompanied me to the pharmacy to get some medication. We felt right at home after a day and felt sad to leave. This place is close enough to the ancient city (7 min by foot). Around the corner, there is a local morning market. It’s small but you could see the hustle and bustle and even pick up some local fruits/food! Room is not big but it is sufficient and clean. We weren’t confined to our room because the communal area is very inviting. You get to play with the occasional resident cat and dog! Overall, this is a highly recommended for travelers seeking unique experiences!

As boutique hotel owners ourselves, we know excellent hospitality when we experience it — and this was, without a doubt, the best customer experience we’ve had in China. Every detail is sublime, from the personalized breakfast to the incredible afternoon tea, and the service is nothing short of five-star. They even have a café that might be the best we’ve visited anywhere in China. The location is ideal for exploring Jianshui, and the care and attention put into every guest’s stay left us both grateful and impressed. Highly recommended — a true standout and a model of what a boutique hotel should be!

Super cozy yard very nice person quiet and large room, close to main street and very convenient to everywhere. Thanks for suggestions and helps from the elegant hostel lady, like went back home and saw your grandma and family. Jianshui is also worth to go back many times, time stopped there and addicted to various rice noodles.

民宿就在米軌小火車臨安站對面，走路10來分鐘就到古城迎暉門，去朱家花園、文廟等景點很方便，周圍小吃、飯館也多，停車就在民宿門口，關健是民宿真的非常好，設計好、設施好、衞生好、服務周到，房間尤為舒適寬敞安靜。老闆親切友好，詳細介紹獨家旅遊攻略。前台小妹和各位服務員們素質都高，這次來建水的選擇太正確了，強烈推薦。

Very nice small hotel in a perfect location. Our room was spacious with a little patio, huge tv, big and comfortable bed. Powerful and hot shower with a glass door to prevent splashing. Lots of drinking water and fruit baskets every day were a bonus. Location is near the bustling East gates, but sufficiently hidden from the traffic and crowds. You can hear the music in the evening but they stop it early enough before you go to bed. Taxi can’t get to the hotel doors but super friendly staff will help you with the luggage and taxis. We would stay there again and recommend to others.

設施：很古風的民宿 第一次住 還挺有意思的 有個很大的投影儀 喝喝茶 聊聊天 看看電影 確實很愜意 衞生：整體來説很乾凈 沒有污點臟的地方 阿姨會每天早上簡單收拾一下衞生 放兩瓶水 環境：古風建築的木門 會有小蚊子 院子裏面讓老闆老闆娘收拾很好 很乾凈 也特別有韻味 服務：超級熱情的介紹自己的民宿 自己周圍有什麼好吃的好玩的 怎麼遊玩路線 也會詢問我們每天早上需不需要吃早飯 我們住的三宿都很遺憾都沒趕上 如果有機會一定要嚐嚐味道 民宿還有個可愛的小狗叫胖虎 是個稱職的小門衞 有次回去太晚了 小超市都關門了 想買啤酒 跟老闆娘説後從倉庫給了我們兩聽啤酒 一點都沒有猶豫 最後也並沒有收我們的錢 在這裏的四天三宿 過得都很開心 也瞭解了建水悠久的歷史 也吃了好吃的包漿豆腐以及各種米線餌塊 期待下次的見面

錯開五一高峯區，朋友一起出遊，看點評不錯，訂了一晚，小院環境不錯，房間設施齊全，智能馬桶，床品舒服，公共區域超讚，離紫陶街，古城都很近，出乎意料的驚喜，乾淨衞生，性價比很高，

到建水住臨安酒店就對了，臨安酒店在建水個人感覺是最好的星級酒店。因地理位置優越，環境設施好，住宿餐飲和接待體驗都好。 前台王茜，王俊，湯婷，小佟輪班接待非常有禮貌，還贈送野山茶。感謝啦！ 住宿價格親民，酒店環境高大尚，房間乾淨，熱水器水量温和，晚上休息安靜。 早餐品類多非常豐富，服務員很有禮貌。 到建水古城北門步行幾分鐘，到古城裡朱家花園也很近。白天早點出去遊玩，晚上9點後很多店鋪打烊了。 關於遊玩： 1.打車去小火車很近，小火車終點站下來鐵軌對面就是草莓園。 還能在乘坐小火車對面乘坐旅遊大巴下午5：00準時發車去彌勒直達，很方便。攜程購買旅遊大巴票76元便捷。 小火車想體驗就選擇，不想體驗直接打車去經過三個站點目的實惠。 2.到雙龍橋十七孔橋打車很近拍夕陽，或者乘坐百年歷史小火車經過第一站就是十七孔橋下來玩也方便。 3.打車去團山民居玩也方便，或者乘坐小火車到終點站第三站團山民居遊玩2個多小時也夠了。 4.打車去貝山陶莊玩不遠，拍照風大，拍視頻效果超好。 5.想去紫陶街或者古城買建水紫陶品類繁多，足夠挑選，當地五色陶土製作，不用擔心假貨，陰刻陽平工藝好。 6.蟻工坊和燕子溶洞個人喜好，很多城市類似。
