酒店有自己停車場，入住期間停車是免費的。前台小姐姐王婷。服務熱情細緻，推薦大家來入住體驗。他們家的早餐也非常的好，房間乾淨整潔，佈局温馨舒適，床品也非常的柔軟，還提供了小童牙刷和牙膏很周到，酒店地理位置優越，距離甘肅省博物館和蘭州中心步行衹用十幾分鍾就能到達去高鐵西客站的話，十分鐘就能到起步價，他們10樓還新增了健身房的設施，推薦大家一起來入住體驗。

The hotel is very close to Xiguan (D exit). There are lots of mini markets, malls, clothes stores and night markets around the hotel. A bus stop is close too, 1 minute away from the building. You can stop taxi from there. It took around 15 minutes (under 20 yuan) to go to Lanzhou West Station by taxi. There are also bus going to the zoo and Moshui Danxia close by. You can buy the tickets online or there. Apart from 2 bottles of mineral water, they provide a small dispenser as well. Xiaodu Xiaodu (AI) is quite smart compared to the AI in the previous hotels we stayed at 😂 Note for international travellers: Make sure you bring the universal adaptor. They only have the I I type socket. (Check the pic)

這次入住體驗真的超棒！酒店位置特別好，出行方便，周邊配套也齊全。房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，隔音效果也不錯，休息得特別好。前台服務熱情周到，辦理入住和退房都很快，有問題也會及時幫忙解決。整體環境温馨雅緻，性價比很高，下次來還會選擇這裏！018

I recommend everyone to stay here especially if this is the first time you come to Lanzhou. The hotel located on 9th-10th floor in Yaou department store, opposite of Xiguan subway station. You take the lift of the department store and go directly to the 9th floor to check-in. The staff didn't speak English or some could a little but they would help you kindly and politely. When we asked for doing laundry they did it for us for free. The room was clean and cosy. Since the hotel is in the center of the district you can find everything you need and the zhongshan bridge is about 5 mins on foot.

老闆服務挺熱情的，衞生也不錯，房間大小正正好，老闆提供洗衣機，還有晾衣架。交通方便，主要周邊美食多啊😆，離夜市就三五分鐘，而且離黃河邊白塔山也也近，晚上夜景超好，總之算是周邊性價比不錯的了

第一次蘭州出差這個酒店體驗非常好，位置好，樓下就是蘭州張掖路商業街，斜對面就是大眾巷新光夜市，前走200米左右就中山橋黃河邊打卡地，房間設施齊全，全屋智能小度控制，床墊睡眠好，衞生乾淨，服務態度好，總的體驗感滿意，下次到蘭州出差還住這個酒店，周邊吃喝購物方便，推薦，推薦

酒店位置優越，交通便利，門口就有公交車站，酒店離蘭州老街很近，步行就可以到達，酒店有自己的停車場，離黃河邊的公園很近，步行可達。寵物友好。

概ね満足していますが、外国人の宿泊はあまりお勧めできません。 一般のマンションであるため敷地への入口が分かりにくく、建物の入り口ドアは一か所を除きパスコードがなければ開きません。 どこでチェックインするのかも分からず、Trip.comアプリ内にのみ記載されていた3304号室へ行くと、オーナーと連絡を取ってくれる男性が出てきてなんとかオーナーと会うことができました。 オーナーがとても良い人だったのが救いです。 部屋は最上階で景色はとても良かったです。 ただ、設備に記載されていたエアコンは実際にはなく、夏の日中はだいぶ暑くなるのではと思います。 個室とバス、トイレは非常に清潔とは言えませんが、価格を考えると妥当なところだと感じました。 全体的に、同価格帯のホテルと比べてチェックイン以外は特に悪いとは思いません。 バス停がほぼ目の前で、蘭州西駅まで歩いて行ける距離。 飲食店やスーパーもすぐそばにあり、蘭州西駅を利用するならとても良い立地です。

就在這附近，感覺還是挺好的，就是因為演唱會突然沒房然後加價太坑了，我直接無語了，怎麼會這個樣子呢。哈哈哈哈哈
