This is a very modern, high-tech hotel, and the cleanliness throughout is impeccable. The staff are exceptionally nice and friendly, and the facilities are great for families, featuring a large kids' playground. The beach is a good size, never felt crowded, and the water was clean and inviting. The only downside, and it's a major one, was the breakfast. It was shockingly bad and fell incredibly short of its advertised ”Western” restaurant claim. The selection was limited to unidentifiable scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, bread, and other useless items. There were no proteins like beef or chicken, no seafood, no salads, and no decent desserts. A real disappointment in an otherwise great hotel.

However, the services and the view of the bedroom has got one of the best view among most of the hotels so it kinda offset the long cab ride. The receptionist are mostly very friendly, one of them providing us with the best help by going the extra miles by helping us settling our photography booking. Best recommendation for photography and service ever. Once we check-in into the hotel, we were given the room with best view and provided with the afternoon tea set. There is actually a chinese “alexa” in the room who would help us control some things like changing of temperature, open/close the curtain, on/off lights, play music etc which is actually kind of interesting. Managed to catch the sunrise in the nice bathtub in our swimsuits (from the comfort of our hotel - which is the main point). Thereafter went down for a wholesome breakfast. The free shuttle service provides us a faster way to get to the place to call for a cab back to the nearest station. The professional photography actually helps us take awesome photos with directions on what to do and where to stand (kind of feels like taking wedding photo all over again). They would actually help us to filter/photoshop all the photos before letting us choose. The hotel provides 3 free photos and the rest would have to pay at 30RMB each. To be honest, the photoshoot was really a surprise, I didn’t expect such professionalism. We really felt like fashion models at work.

Our stay at the hotel was very comfortable. Since the moment of arrival, we had the assistance of the most helpful and polite staff members Ah Biao and Xiaomei. They helped us with navigating routes from Shenzhen to HK, food & beverage, and made extra effort to make sure we had everything we needed to have a memorable stay. The staff members’ attention to detail was excellent, their helpfulness and devotion to serving guests were remarkable traits of the staff at the hotel. We had a professional and friendly photographer 老何 helping us take photo s on our 2nd day. The photographer was patient and did his best. Overall speaking, it was wonderful experience staying at the hotel. Will definitely go again.

Dog friendly hotel. staff are attentive with great service mindset. location is great with CVS store just by the room and all food and scenic spots in walking distance.

I stayed at WanYoo Esports Hotel, Shekou, Shenzhen during a business trip, and the experience was overall positive. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to Shekou business areas and nearby transport options, which made commuting efficient. The rooms are clean, modern, and well-maintained, with a comfortable work setup suitable for business travelers. Internet connectivity was stable and fast, which is essential for work-related needs. Despite the esports-themed concept, the environment was quiet and conducive to rest after a long workday. Staff were professional and responsive, and check-in/check-out was smooth. Overall, it is a practical and value-for-money option for business stays in the Shekou area.

The hotel has a peaceful location with beautiful views! A friendly, caring staff, the private beach was awesome (I wish there were sunbeds with umbrellas tho) and the food was great. The breakfast was a Chinese buffet so not really my thing but tasted really good! The room was small but perfectly clean and comfortable with all amenities as promised. I guess it gets more lively during the season as everything closed pretty early when I was there. Overall a great stay!

We celebrated our 7th wedding anniversary at this hotel, and the staff made it truly special by decorating our room beautifully—what a lovely surprise! The service was fabulous throughout our stay, and we really appreciated their attention to detail. The hotel’s location in the middle of the mountain offers fantastic scenic views, though transportation can be a bit challenging. Thankfully, the hotel provides shuttle services to/from the train station and the Forest Train (森林小火车), which was very helpful. However, if you plan to order food delivery, note that some drivers may not deliver to this area. One minor downside was the ongoing construction nearby, which caused some noise (though acceptable, as it’s beyond the hotel’s control). Unfortunately, the dust from the construction also made the swimming pool appear a bit dirty during our visit. Despite these small issues, our overall experience was fantastic, thanks to the wonderful hospitality. We’d definitely recommend this hotel for a peaceful and romantic getaway!

Just want it on the other day so we could go in and get it sorted for the first time in London for the first time I think it is the same but I'm going to be in the office today so will do it tomorrow so I can get a nice 👍🏻 and get the money for me to get a new phone 📱 is the EE for me 😭 I don't think it was just me to get the same one in it 😭 I think it's the only reason I can get a nice one in it 😭 I can do the first time in a few days 😉 I don't think it was just me to get the day of your own and you can get a nice walk in your house and I will get a new phone to see what happens if you don't want me and then I will have it on your phone to have it in the morning to see what I can do with the same as you say it was a bit longer but I don't want you can do that now and I can get the same as you say about it now but it was the day and you were in a bit longer.

Currently having construction at opposite, view should be better after that. Wanted to take night view photo of Yuncheng office building unfortunately the lighting was not turned on.

This hotel is based very close to metro stations like grand theatre and hongling south. Additionally it is in a nice neighborhood with some great restaurants. Unfortunately I was given a smoking room when I specifically requested a non smoking room, but this was most likely due to miscommunication. The hotel serviced my room daily and had good WiFi. Overall I would recommend this as a budget option in a good location in Shenzhen.
