"Hotel is walking distance to GuanYinFaJie and 10mins drive to the Harbour.
Working hot shower, hygienic disposable towels and slippers works well.
Breakfast is simple but can ask for more if needs a bigger portion. No coffee being served but able to buy if needed from hotel. Took the complimentary black tea instead.
Overall good stay with very helpful hotel staff… the front desk small lady and gents.
Staff is not hesitated to get a complimentary didi if he deem guest is waiting for the routine ride taken longer then expected time. Very nice of them"

"就服務和酒店軟硬件設施還需要有很大空間需要提高，基本沒有什麼公共設施，除了前台就是觀賞一棵樹和房間，其他的空間都是消費場景，賣手串的佛用品的小商店，再就是餐廳這些了。晚上吃了飯真的大眼瞪小眼，衹能睡覺。
餐廳的服務倒是真的很好，餐廳以外的服務就略顯一般了，前台、碼頭接駁服務、都是沒有表情的。
早餐還行，牛肉麪好吃。"

"前台接待很熱情，有耐心，給我們升級了套房，房間設施新，衞生狀況好，早餐雖簡單但乾淨管飽，門前有停車場，可以免停車費，走路去乘船大概五分鐘，各種方便舒心；去年住的全季雖然近那麼一點點，但維護得不好，房間也沒有這邊的大，早餐也難吃，以後來普陀山就住臻庭了"

"We stayed from 21-23 May. My friend’s room 1110 flooded and they changed to another room 1112 which also flooded. Poor plumbing. But 21 May afternoon shift reception and room service staff were great! They tried very hard to resolve issues. Also, 22 May afternoon shift reception staff helped us booked very last minute tickets to Impression performance"

"普陀山逛了一天，腿都快走斷了，本來還擔心認床睡不着，結果這床品直接給了我一個大大的驚喜。被子是那種很透氣的，蓋着不悶汗，特別適合島上的天氣。枕頭軟硬度剛剛好，躺下去的瞬間，感覺一天的疲憊都被“吸”走了。再看看外面的消防大隊，看看風景，看着這個水庫還是湖，很舒服，哇靠，這一覺睡得比在家裡還踏實，明天才有勁兒接着去祈福。"

"先説一下優點，①安排在了相對高的樓層，觀景很好，房間設施很好；②加了前台微信回覆很快，需要什麼都補得很及時；③早餐好吃，海鮮麪捨得放料；④大廳很乾凈有玫瑰香，停車場進出也很方便；⑤非常便捷，即使是春節期間周邊開門的超市飯店都很全。
然後就是一些不足，硬件上畢竟是老酒店了，馬桶有些陳舊聲音也大，另外房間隔音相對同級別酒店較差，床鋪也過軟有點睡不慣，服務上可能是因為春節，阿姨打掃完房間備品沒有補上，然後所謂的“遇見·19樓海景餐廳歡迎飲品禮遇2杯”辦理入住時也沒有提，可能人太多了需要主動詢問，不過我們也沒時間享用就沒有問，不過整體入住體驗還是很不錯的，退房還送了水和曲奇～"

This is an excellent place to stay as it offer a great view overlooking the beach and harbor. The vibe is very different from my first night stay which happened to be next door neighbor. The people here know what makes the customer happy, they upgrade our room when it is not full occupancy. This place is more homely and comfy and you can just chose to laze around on the ground floor in front of the big projector screen to watch a movie or at a quiet long table for reading, or just to day dream while looking out at the sea. The precinct has a nice cozy area for meals too.

CChambo97This is one of the most welcoming hotels I have ever stayed in! It is a family run business and they are the kindest hotel staff I have ever me. They treated me and my girlfriend so well, you really feel like a valued customer.
The room was so well kept, very clean and modern. The views of the mountains and dock are extremely beautiful.
I could not recommend this hotel anymore if I tried and if I happen to be on the island again, this place would be the only hotel I would want to stay.
Easiest 5 stars I have ever given!

SSteven DowsonWe stayed in the attic room with skylights, for the sea view you stick your head out of the window and look to the left and see a little. The room is very well designed, making the most of the unusual space, and although I'm tall I managed not to bang my head on the beams. The room is very cozy and also well ventilated, with the windows open there was no need for a/c although the weather was cool and breezy. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the beach, we had good moon views at night but it was too cloudy for sunrise. There is ample parking near the hotel, and the friendly owner was available on video call to guide us to the hotel otherwise very difficult to find. Breakfast was excellent - rice porridge, doughsticks, pickles, preserved tofu. We would definitely stay again.

OOrangelilihStayed there for two nights between 23-25 Dec with two friends. The family room has two double beds and a private bathroom, and is spacious enough for three of us. We were very happy with our stay and will recommend it.
- The room was immaculate, beds were comfortable, and the shower worked perfectly. Can't fault it
- Location - The B&B is in a residential complex off Mei Qin Road, about 10 mins walk from the wharf and Puji Temple. 2 mins from the bus stop. Very convenient
- The host Xiao Xiong was intentative and very helpful. It was our first time to Putuo Island, she gave us great advice about how to get around and which temples to visit
If I were to nitpick, the sound proof was poor. However, the B&B is in the middle of the complex and Dec is off season, the noise was tolerable.

AAnonim KullanıcıIt appears efficiency is a key at this hotel. Requests were actioned very promptly. Cleaning staff did a nice job. Room was a good size and mostly in good condition. Plenty of stains on the carpet in the room though, and the room entry door frame was partly torn away from the wall.
Service was very good, though it was four days before any staff so much as smiled. Efficiency but not much in the way of warmth towards guests.
While some rooms are non-smoking, most of the hotel seems fair game for smoking including halls, washrooms, elevators, etc. Cigarette butts to be found and smell throughout.
Apparently the hotel must be very pet friendly given the dog that was brought into the restaurant at breakfast.
Acceptable all around, but not sure I would opt for this hotel again.

MM533301****這次選擇柏納酒店太明智了，從進門到退房全程都很舒心。位置特別贊，離我要去的商圈/景點步行10分鐘內就能到，門口還有公交站，出行完全不用繞路。
房間比預期更驚喜，整體裝修簡約又有質感，衞生做得超到位，床單被罩沒有一絲異味，衞生間乾濕分離乾淨清爽。床品軟硬適中，晚上特別安靜，睡得格外踏實。
服務更是加分項！前台小姐姐辦理入住又快又耐心，得知我帶了小孩，還主動送了小童拖鞋和小零食。每天打掃房間的阿姨也很細心，會把物品擺放整齊，還會補充遺漏的洗漱用品。
早餐在同價位酒店裡算很出色的，熱菜、粥品、麪包、水果種類豐富，味道也很家常，吃得很滿足。下次來這邊，柏納酒店絕對是我的首選！
