"I have stayed at this hotel many times with my friends and we loved it.One thing we’re not happy lately is the breakfast .Before they have plenty of options but recently it’s different."

"Our stay was absolutely incredible. The hotel is located on its own private island, which made the experience feel exclusive, peaceful, and truly special. The views were breathtaking, the rooms were beautiful and spotless, and the staff provided exceptional service throughout our stay. Every meal was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. It was the perfect luxurious escape, and we can’t wait to return."

"Nice decorated hotel with high quality amenity provided, services were all very professional and instant. However the location is a big discount…. It’s really hard to locate even with the map code…. Driving back to the hotel following the GPS might lead you to no where in the area…"

"I stayed here back in 2010 but there was a storm so didn’t get to enjoy much but luckily this time around the weather was nicer and a bit cooler out which was nice. The hotel is old but has a lot of history and feels like you’re in the rainforest. I recommend staying here if you don’t mind a bit outdated stuff unless they renovated most of it I’m not sure. Food is amazing as always and there’s many restaurants nearby to walk to if you don’t want the hotel restaurants."

"Neither trip.com nor the hotel informed us beforehand that there would not be cleaning included for the duration of our stay. We had to put our used towels, bathrobes and rubbish bins outside the room for them to change. It would have cost JPY 5000 for each cleaning. Should this be labelled an airbnb instead? Also, trip.com did not indicate that additional charges had to be paid again for a child until after booking (the selected room for 3 was already more expensive than the room for 2). Requests to trip.com customer service staff were abysmal and could not address the enquiry. Service was decent and most were friendly to the child. Breakfast was also decent although it was 2x japanese and 1x western (no choice). The view from the restaurant was amazing! Blue seas and floor to ceiling glass windows. Onsen and sauna were also serviceable. Good proximity to onna beach and aquarium compared to naha. Good overall except for the hidden charges (and no cleaning!) which spoilt the overall experience. Not sure if we would stay again, and we definitely won't be using trip.com in future."

"Staff are very friendly and helpful. We went with two kids and we all loved the spacious and cozy hotel room with a stunning view of the sea at the balcony. The food is great - we enjoyed Shabu shabu at our room as well as the breakfast buffet. Thank you to all staff and I’ll consider booking this hotel again next time to Okinawa."

"Very beautiful hotel. Family friendly. I think all rooms face the beautiful beach. They have spacious rooms which makes the trip very comfortable. Nice staff nice, breakfast, just a minute away from the beach. The pool is a little bit small but it’s nice enough."
